My boyfriend and I work at Intat and live in New Castle. I didn't have time to go to my normal pharmacy before work, so I asked them to send it to this pharmacy in Rushville. My boyfriend had used them before and his script was filled within 15 minutes, both times...so I figured I might actually just start using this one. I wasn't in the system (neither was my boyfriend the first time, so no biggie) so I gave them my info when I got to the pharmacy on Break, and he said okay one second - 15 minutes go by, my break is over and nothing. Nobody has said a word to me. We finally get someone's attention and ask if my script is filled. The woman there very rudely told me- No. I wasn't in the system before so they hadn't filled it. They had to order part of it and my insurance card wasn't working there? Even though right before it worked at the doctor and right after it worked at Walgreens? I asked her why she waited 20 minutes to tell me that, for which she had no answer. So yeah. They have pretty things, but by far the worst, most unfriendly service I have ever had. Also, my script was sent at 2/230. It was 405 when I got there. If you couldn't fill it, why not call the doctor back? So she could let me know not to waste my time in this place? For nothing? Thanks for nothing. You're a good knick knack shop though

It is the go-to gift shop in a small town that doesn't have much in the way of that kind of shopping. They even sell very unique and fashionable clothes for women. It's almost like the fact that it's a pharmacy is an afterthought. There is even a FedEx located there.
