Extremely nice nurses, very poorly informed & ill trained doctors in the mother baby care unit. They panicked when they found out they had to do a emergency C section on my wife. Didn't imformed just raised heart rates for the entire family in our room. Didn't let me go in the room or see my child for 3 or 4 hours afterwards. They let me see her in recovery for a short time & had to do a cat scan because they were unsure if they left a "instrument" inside her stomach. Just left us very ill informed & unsure how my wife or my baby was doing. Too many stories that they have treated other people poorly & I will defiantly never come back & suggest other to do the same.

The hospital is really nice and the people actually care what is happening. If they don't have the abilities to treat you they send you where you can be treated. The building is always really clean too which is nice

I received hernia surgery on the 30th. I have six holes in my stomach. They so graciously gave me 9# 7.5 hydrocodones. I haven't been able to sleep, move, walk. I called reid talked with the head of the complaint department ,and she tells me I need to go to the emergency room. After I informed her I was in severe pain. Then the professional reid employee hung up on me. Very unprofessional very inconsiderate I will never go to this hospital ever again.

Fraudulent business practices. I woke up one morning coughing up blood and went to the ER here. I was given a chest X-RAY and when the results came back clean an hour later, was told that they had no idea what was wrong with me and was released to "figure it out". When I followed up with my regular Doc the next day, she took all of 10 minutes to diagnose the bleeding (which had not stopped) as sinusitis. One anti histamine shot later and it cleared up over the next day. Two weeks later I got the bill. $5400 for 1 unit of IV Saline (fair cost approx $50-80) Approx 90 minutes of lying in a hospital bed This was AFTER Insurance was claimed and paid out. The xray imaging ($150) was billed separately and paid. Any business that thinks it is okay to cheat their customers to this level, will not receive my patronage. In the future I'll drive to Dayton.

Only got 1 star because it forced me to in order to write the review. Worst experience at a hospital in a LONG time. Treated my wife who had tonsils so swollen she could barely breathe like she didn't matter. Made her wait for over 3 hours before taking her back and took at least 5 other people who checked in after her back without even acknowledging her. The staff are a joke and so unhelpful and unprofessional. ER nurses at the front desk were more worried about playing on their phones than helping patients and talk about rude.

Our family had a wonderful experience at the Mother Baby Care Center in Reid Health's Hospital. They helped us through some difficult circumstances and we were able to leave feeling happier and healthier. If you are looking for a great team of healthcare professionals to look after you and your baby during pregnancy and beyond, this is the place to go.

Quite literally the most condescending and unhelpful staff I've ever encountered. Aside from the doctor, who maintained a professional and friendly demeanor throughout my experience. ER employees were completely unsympathetic and unprofessional.

The nurses at the hospital are very kind and nice, however, if you have a parent that ends up being sent to their geriatric psych ward, be aware that one of their visitng Doctors, Jill Zinner will be more concerned with her medical liabiltiy than her patient. My mother who suffers from demntia and alzhiemers was sent there by the assisted living facility she was at after 5 weeks due to her having outbursts and becoming combative as it was described to me. The first drug Dr. Jill Zinner prescribed for my mother was Geodon. I did some research on this drug and found it was an anti pyschotic drug will clear warnings that it was not recommend for patients with dementia or alzhiemiers as it could lead to death and other side effects. I called her immediatley and asked that she be taken off it. They then put her on a different drug. To make a long story short, Ms. Zinner informed me during a phone conversation when she finally got around to calling me back about my concerns about how to get my mother discharged, I was told in her words that she made the decison not to discuss my mother's medical conditon with me any longer because her main concern was her medical liabiltiy and that I was in denial about my mothers condition and I should go to the web and read up on alzhiemers. She also said that because I made them take her off the Geodon that now it was going to take longer and she did not know when she would discharge her. She also informed me that there are no FDA approved drugs for alzhiemers and dementia so she was free to prescribe whatever drugs she chooses not matter the side effects. She was dismissive and condensending and familes having to deal with this horrible and heartbreaking disease have enough stress to deal with and should not have to be left feeling helpless to help their own mother. All familes have problems and mine is no exception, my mother had left me in charge of her affairs along with medical power of attorney way before she got sick. My brother after my mother was diagnosed with dementia found an attorney that was able to manipulate my mother into signing a new one giving him medical power of attorney. Since she was with him at the time in a different state, I left it because I felt that in an emergency he needed to be able to make a decision, however, I did not think it would be used by a doctor to keep me from my mother. Again, Dr, Zinner made the decision, not my brother who did not have a problem with my being invovled with her medical decisions. It seems that the elderly have no rights and all some Doctors want to do is isolate them and medicate them until they can control them. It is very sad and I just wanted this information out there for any other familes that are going through this painful process that they may want to request that Dr. Jill Zinner not be the Doctor assigned to their family member, as her main concern is not the patient. I suppose they are all just numbers to her, just another walking disease instead a human being. It is my understanding that Dr. Jill Zinner is not a staff member of the hospital but an outside visiting physcian.

Wish I could give less than a one star. This hospital hurts more than it helps. Go to Dayton, Muncie, or Indianapolis. It will be for the best, and cost you much less.

Tonica K Combs

We have been waiting in the ER for over 8 hours for xrays and results. 8:00p.m. until, right now it's 3:19a.m. and still no word. Every time you ask a nurse, they say the results are in and the doctor will be in soon. There must be only one doctor working the entire hospital tonight. Nurses are not friendly or helpful either. I was born and raised in Richmond and most of my family still resides here but I dread ever coming here when a family member is ill or has an emergency because the staff never treats it as such. Extremely unprofessional. Completely unrealistic wait times.

Donna Dye

Veterinary office is more courteous, accurate, knowledgeable . They deserve no stars

Their Endocrinologists and Pulmonary doctors are not helpful. Reid's lab is overpriced. Although their building is nice and clean, I've never had a doctor who was helpful. Dr. Kretchman in the Endocrinology department might know where the thyroid gland is located, but she doesn't know how to read lab tests to optimize thyroid function with medication. Go to a better hospital if you have any kind of chronic disease.

This past Friday I was admitted into the ER at Reid Hospital. I came in experiencing excruciating pain in my ribs. After some testing the answers still weren’t clear. Dr Samuel Iden and the PA, Mackenzie Weston knew something was wrong and needed to be discovered. They ordered more tests and their deligence paid off. I want to express my sincere gratitude for their them and their desire to help. They showed the upmost respect when sharing my news with me and by not stopping until they had an answer.

My son had an mri and then CT scan in outpatient radiology. Both times all employees were respectful and professional. Susan went out of her way to help us. Thank you very much we felt like you really cared about us. I knew that if my son needed anything he would be in good hands. Richmond you are very blessed to have such a good hospital to meet your medical needs.

I took a relative to Reid ER last night. The staff Nurse checked us in at the front desk and within minutes we were escorted back to an examination room. Tests were done promptly and results back within a reasonable time. Patient care was good and the Doctor and Nurses gave prompt and Courtious service..

Took 4 hours before anyone helped ask for tylenol for headache and fever never came back with any then when they came in I felt rushed.

The reason for two stars is not their services it's because of their billing and patient financial services. They cannot seem to get their system in order. You have to deal with multiple offices just to get your paymenta and insure taken care of. I have been working for three months just to get all the bills lined up and set up to pay on and it's like trying to speak to someone who doesn't understand our curancy or insurance system. I am beyond frustrated and it's sad because we love the doctors and staff but the frustration isn't worth it

Whitnay Patch

Yes, the staff is extremely nice, but the ER doctors are ignorant and don't listen very well. I've always thought highly of Reid until my most recent visit with them when all they did for my meniscus tear was an X-ray when I told them from the beginning that something is TORN, not broken. I went there for answers and a solution, but all I got was a pain pill and a BS bill for them telling me what I already knew: that none of my bones are broken.

Brian Condy

Reid Health took very good care of me during my first ever (and a few subsequent) hospitalization. The staff were very caring and concerned about my health. Could be because Wayne Healthcare tried to kill me, but that is an entirely different review. No matter where you go, you will always find reviews of good and bad experiences. For me, I moved all of my healthcare over to Reid's health network and would recommend Reid hospital to anyone/everyone who asks. Do your own researching though...half of the reviews on here could have came from rival hospital staff...who knows ;)

Well my gpa is in here as we speak ive been here for 2 1/2 hours and not one caregiver has been in here. Mind you i even went out and asked for help. They are outside the door right now telling everyones business having a good ole time. Ughhhh... Some people are just here for a paycheck.

Taylor Yencer

This is a terrible awful place. If you love somebody and their life could be at risk DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. I cant explain my whole situation but just please know that THIS PLACE IS NO HELP. Very sick people, people with cancer get up and leave their hospital bed after a life threatening situation because they are scared if they stay THEY WILL DIE HERE. PLEASE IF ANYBODY YOU LOVE HAS CANCER DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. A person I love very much has had 2 life threatening situations after going to Reid after finding out he had cancer. The life threatining situations had nothing to do with the cancer, only the surgeries that were performed and the after care attention. IF YOU HAVE CANCER DO NOT COME HERE. THESE PEOPLE PROBABLY CANT EVEN HANDLE A HEAD COLD! To post this I had to give them 1 star. They do not deserve any stars, not even half of a star.

Guess it wouldn't be a bad hospital if they had employees who would work instead of putting you in a room so they can sit and talk or what ever. It doesn't take that long to read a x-ray or what ever you are there for. Hospital need to do a undercover boss .

Theresa Newsom

Zero stars. I hate doing that because the heroes of that hospital are the cleaning staff because they will help you at the drop of a hat. That is my only positive thing to say. It is one of the most prolific and life threatening flu seasons we have ever had and there are NO flu precautions, which would include only immediate family to visit and no one under the age of 18. There were children running around the ICU. Again...there were CHILDREN running around the most critically ill patients in their care with patients’ doors open to any airborne illness that wanders in. Anyone can walk right into the ICU and probably any other floor unescorted. Bedside manner is a joke. Physicians will not be honest with you, or avoid you all together. Went a whole 24 hours without speaking to a physician. When they do rounds they will not include the patient or their family. Tried to join rounds only for my family member and they lied to me and told me they had not started yet. Then they rounded and I had to stop them to fill me in and no valid information was given. Had my family member transported as soon as they were stable to give them a real chance, and they didn’t even sedate them prior (standard protocol), so they had to be sedated in the ambulance from being confused, scared, and agitated. If I am dying and my only option is Reid Hospital, take me to a veterinarian or let me die.

I had my gallbladder removed yesterday at the outpatient center. I was very nervous but the entire team that took care of me did such a great job at making sure I was comfortable. Everyone was so sweet and friendly and I felt like I received excellent care. Thank you Dr. Osayi and everyone else for taking such good care of me!

I was born in Jenkins hall. I have been a patient at REID more than a person should ever be. Dr's there saved my life on occasion more than 6 times. They saved my life as a newborn and as an infant also 5 times lungs colapsed and the latest a blood transfusion some 4-5 yrs ago. I use their heart clinic, their rheumatology clinic, their pulmanary clinic, physical therapy, I've had countless orthopaedic surgery's there and all with great gratitude and repect for their staff and their professionalism. But their last performance really took a turn. I can't repeat the whole story but i was told i could be helped. We made apointments and they had me all ready and excited and we did the apointments and some amazing results were dicovered. But then it got all hinky. I was refused anymore service because the insurance wont pay (but they told me it would pay AND we found a solution to my extremley sever tenitus. At least they are excited for me and i am excited for me as i have been suffering 12 yrs with tinnitus) After rejecting me the told twice me REID had a program to "help" so i call Reid twice and they have no idea. I call ENT and their dr was suppose to have sent a referral and REID would call me. So i said ok i will wait for their call. Its been 2 wks and all i got after the phone conversation to ENT was a visit from the POLICEMAN a couple hours later. I wont repeat what the officer said but it was defaming and a rude thing to do to someone.

My mom had to get outpatient surgery here and I had heard horror stories about Reid and was especially worried after reading all of these terrible reviews. Well I am here to say I had a wonderful experience at Reid. My doctors and nurses were all so kind and informative. But the highlight of my day was talking to a patient transporter named Shelby. She was so beautiful inside and out and just talking to her made my mom's day. She really went above and beyond in regards to what I expected from her. It was a pleasure!

Dr. Duncan and the staff on 4 North were absolutely amazing.

I would give no stars if i could. Took my friend here, they poked him 7 times just to draw blood. They were completely dismissive of any symptoms particularly because of age, and made us wait over an hour before even checking on us the first time and we were here for a life threatening emergency.

Reid health is one of the worst emergency departments ive ever stepped in! Horrible patient care! One person from lab did not put labels by bedside of my labdraw today! A male nurse today when asked by me if he was going to put gloves on before putting a iv in me! Argued and said that he doesnt normaly wear gloves because the new iv thats out doesnt leak! We asked for HR five times to file a complaint and everytime we got a nursing director! Im now on a trip back to where im currently staying and now in extreme pain becasue i was told they couldnt even give me another dose of tylanol before i left. Im making a 9 hour trip with a possible pendacidis that they couldnot confirm because according to ct everything looked good however the doctor specifically told me that it could possibly be a early onset and get checked back out in 12 hours. I will never i repeat never step back in this hospital after the way the nurse argued with me over wearing gloves for a IV even after being asked by me the patient and told its a personal preference! And after the lab lady argued with my partner when that is a job hes done for years!

At the ER currently for level 10 abdominal pain due to my pancreas hating me. I have a pain pump that was very recently placed and at a super low dose and pain medicine for break through pain during the adjustment phase of the pump. Can't keep anything down so pain medicine didn't stay down. Doctor comes in and says, "I'm going to run tests but not treat you." I'm 700+ miles from home and this is absolutely dreadful. I hate it.

Cindy Griffith

Do not go there for anything. Please the nursing staff and dr. In labor and delivery do not know what they are doing. I will go someplace else.

Nathan oesterling

Worst place I've ever been. Wait times are rediculious I've seen signs saying 18min wait time on billboards, I'm like for what the electronic door sensor to recognize motion to let you in or what? Because fast track takes hours. I think I missed 2 birthdays last time I went to reid. I was there so long my bills from there beat me home. I swore them off years ago and lived in Richmond and we drove to new castle to deliver and we went for other emergencies and it was much better and faster service. But I got talked into going to the clinic in meijer by my mom last time I was sick and figured it's a clinic I normally use minute clinic at cvs in Indy and it's 47.00 for a visit so I figured maybe 100 nope, it was over 200 It's my fault I knew better

Reid Hospital ER sent my grandmother home with "no issues" 6 days later after an MRI it was discovered that she had a stroke. We insisted they check for one in the ER but they said it was not likely because she was not exhibiting facial or muscular paralysis. Very angry and disappointed. Dr. told us there was nothing he could do for her and "that's just the system"

I'm a fan as much as I can be a fan of a hospital. This place looks like a humongous office building in the middle of a big city. It's Beautiful! Yes, I realize it's a hospital...but, I'd really just like to walk around there for a while!

I was born in the old Reid. The 'new Reid' acts like the 800lb gorilla of health care in Wayne County. By denying hospital admitting privileges to non-Reid doctors and other strong-arm ploys, they have become the de facto healthcare monopoly in the county. Monopolies care mainly about profit, not people.

Amber Halt

I paid day of service. They sent me a check refunding it. Then sent me a bill. I called to figure out what on earth was going on and they told me to void the check they would apply it to my bill, then sent my bill to collections! I sent their check to the collection agency

Shattered Senpai

ALWAYS have to wait too long, I get that it's a hospital but waiting an hour and a half for a blood draw makes no sense. Some of the staff aren't even helpful, like they dont even know what's going on or what they're talking about. Big place, decent environment and they have a Starbucks and gift shop. Also they charge you insanely high for anything

Erica Stone

No stars. Took my daughter there today because she had tried getting her tube out of her ear with a q-tip & ended up pushing the tube back farther and making her ear bleed. When we got there the ER was busy (which wasn't the issue). We got to our room was told it'd be a little. Over an hour later the NP came in and asked what happened, before I could get more then two words out she cut me off and then looked in my daughters ear and said she is fine that the tube is where it needs to be and there was not blood at all in the ear, told us she give her Motrin then left the room then almost another hour later the nurse walks in and give the medicine and our discharge papers. I am not happy at all with our experience at Reid ER today! The NP we seen was Kim Carlton!

michael Hay

Very poor for my wife recently let her lay in her feces and failed to advise myself the sponsor husband..they had to transfer to icu. I am a DAV retired Army member and advised my insurance tri care that this money paid to Reid they do not earn it with good care...Sad they treated me poorly today when I followed up on my complaint of 12/22/2017....they were rude..!

Kimberly Slusher

I was treated like a common criminal because i had a glass of wine and fell and cut my knee.. i have never been so degraded in all my life.. drs told my family i was an alcoholic and needed help and didnt want to deal with the 99 stitches i had.. no antibiotics or wound care.. said i had no fractures when i actually did.. worst experience ive ever had in my life at a hospital....

Sara VanWinkle

If I could leave zero stars I would. Reid has completely screwed over my family member! She had a surgery done in June 2018, and is STILL RECOVERING. They completely botched her and she has had so many issues. She’s seeking another surgeon to fix what this one did. The nurse practitioner she seen after her surgery, was dumber than a box of rocks. Every time she had problems, she “had no idea “ why or what was happening. I wouldn’t recommend Reid even if it was the last hospital on the planet.

Susan Richwine

What an amazing hospital we have in Richmond! The people are what make the difference BUT the building itself is impressive for a city our size. We have all the services available that a larger city like Dayton or Indy has.

I had an amazing group of Drs., nurses, nursing students, and homekeeping that took care of me by being loving and kind. They were helpful and friendly. All of these wonderful people didn't just treat me great, they also did my family. The nurses care for each individual patient and the nurses showed us reapect. The doctors were patient when I asked the same thing over. They answered in a way I understood. I was in ER/Trauma, CCU, and 4 East. I hope for those that need a hospital; they choose Reid Health for them and their family. My ER Doctor was Dr. Moore. He was very caring and helpful in explaining what was wrong. My ER Nurse was Nicole S. Oh, she was the best. She went above what needed to be done. She calmed my family down and was always smiling and making sure we were comfortable. Then I went CCU- I hope for those of you who need a hospital; you get Sherrie and Lori my nurses. Sherrie talked with my Mom for a few minutes just to reassure her she didn't have to come home. Plus, I never waited for anything nor my family. Then I was getting better- went to 4 East and I love my nurses: Erika and Carey F. Awesome ladies who couldn't have done more if they tried. There were times I was embarrassed- they treated me with respect, friendliness, and care. They treated me like family. I had Dr. Al- Badour. She was truly helpful and shared a website with me that has helped our whole family and I. Ellie was always smiling and made me feel.at home talking with me. Khyleigh, Chelsea, and Manasha (4 East) were awesome and took me for a walk because they care and wanted to be there for their patients. (These were students who could've had a break but took care of patients and their families. I'll say it again: Thank You ALL for all that you did for my family and i and treating us like family.

Kiersten Oswalt

Absolutely ridiculous. The nurse cared more for my childs needs than the doctor who tried telling me a fever of 107 is normal. I have taken my entire family out of Reid and will not return even if it's to take my last breath!!!

My family HAD been going to Reid Hospital for years. I was born there approx 56 years ago. My Mom had to be admitted into Reid in April and found out she has a place on her right lung after they had done a CT scan plus they did other testing. We needed to get her to a pulmonary Dr and we did and found a great one in Dayton. I am POA and on hippa for my Mom. The pulmonary Dr needed her CT scan disc and transcript. Mom is in a nursing home so I proceeded to get the CD disc and transcript for the Dr. Reid hospital would NOT let me have any of them. They said Mom had to go get them. Again I repeated she is in a nursing home. It was TUFF LUCK!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!! I am legal to do whatever it takes to take care of her and Reid wouldn't let me!!! So she had to go thru another CT scan cause of Reid ignorance!!! And by the way CT scans are linked to CANCER!!! She is all ready a double Breast cancer survivor and now she has lung cancer and has to go thru this. Reid you have lost a whole family. CONGRATS Reid!! We will No longer go to Reid Hospital again!!!! Good Luck everyone

My mother was admitted for a broken hip. They replaced part of it last Thursday 2/2/17. Up until today 2/9/17 every rehab specialist has said she needs to go to rehab. Well today Dr. albadore decides that my mother can go home with rehab coming to her house. Now she can not walk to the bathroom without help on the hospital floor but somehow the carpet she fell on last week is more stable for a 65 year old than a rehab facility?? Not sure why this doctor see's fit to send an elderly lady home rather than a rehab facility.

So far so good. My husband went to ER at 8pm 7/1 for abdominal pain. I had a hunch it was his appendix. By 10pm we had already had a CT done, antibiotics started, and a diagnosis. He went in for surgery at 11:15pm and was out within the hour. ED staff were helpful and thorough as was his surgeon. Staff in post-op/inpatient were fantastic also. My only complaint was that the NP we saw in the ED was a bit rude. She was insistent about my husband having kidney stones, which I myself have suffered from as have other family members and they have never presented in this manner. Anyway, after CT came back she was weird about the way she presented her diagnosis. Her demeanor was off to me and she just sounded rude almost like it was his fault he had appendicitis. Other than that one person I have absolutely zero complaints. He hasn't been discharged yet so there's always the possibility that may change so will update if need be. Overall very happy with everything.

The hospital itself is great, and the service and care I received was beyond compare. Unfortunately, the cost associated with that care was unreasonable. I was bit by my cat one evening, went to bed, and woke up to a throbbing pain in my hand. My hand was swollen and turned out to be infected. After consulting a veterinarian, I went to the hospital for care. There was no wait and I was immediately seen by a doctor who gave me a shot and a sort of half-cast wrapped in gauze. The entire process took around 15 minutes. I was instructed to keep my hand immobile for a week and take some antibiotics which I filled at a drug store. Before leaving the hospital I spoke with a person wheeling a mobile cart around who wanted to settle the bill. That was fine and I was prepared to pay. They were unable to confirm what my insurance would or wouldn't pay (HSA), so I paid $250 on the spot. I was hoping it would wind up being less than that, but that was my hospital co-pay, so I paid it and left. I received a bill in the mail for another $250 a month later. I thought it was a mistake because it was for EXACTLY $250... the exact amount I had already paid. I did not pay it thinking it was a mistake and it would all get figured out. I eventually received a call about the debt, where I was informed that the total debt was $500. I told the person that I had already paid $250, and the care I received was not worth $250, let alone $500, and I wouldn't pay it. Now my debt is in collections and has affected my credit report. When I initially said that the entire visit took 15 minutes, that was not an exaggeration. They are attempting to charge me $500 for a shot and a water-formed cast. This is unacceptable. This level of care is $2,000 an hour. If you have any option other than this hospital, please take it.

My 17 year old sister got taken here by an ambulance because she had a seizure while she was on a walk. My grandma (who is in a wheel chair) and I drove out to her. When we get in there my sister is in the bed, with the rails up and no type of padding on them and unsupervised, having a seizure while the nurses and doctors were just walking by! No one came in until i said something about it and that it was messed up. Then nurses and doctors all stood in the hallway watching. I went to wheel my grandma out to back her in and a nurse closed the curtain behind me, and tried to tell my gma she had to wait in the waiting room until i said that my sister was 17 and was not allowed to make decisions by herself since my gma has custody of her. Very poor quality of care!!!

Life with the Fosters

My father is a type 1 diabetic and went in with 600 blood sugar. They didn't try to find the cause, instead they got his blood sugar down to 350 and released him. This is terrible negligence and this hospital should not be trusted for health care. Avoid this place at all costs!

Visited a friend of mine who was a patient at Reid Health. We went on a Sunday afternoon and the place was lacking anyone to help. Finally a lady from the gift shop that was closed helped with directions .

Natalie King in Endocronology is the nastiest, hateful and uncaring NP I have ever encountered. Dear God she needs bedside manner lessons.

They are horrible. They are always going to need to run more test (for more money) and then not fully treat you when and if they find the problem. Unless, that is, they can find a more expensive way to squeeze money out of you, like surgery for minor issues. Avoid at all cost.

Cancer is something that scares everyone... and things we don't understand give us fear uncertainty and anxiety and Reid hospital took the time to better explain things and help us understand what my mom is going to face and the hospitals processes they are blinded by with insurance that as patients or loved ones we tend to hold the hospital accountable for. No one is perfect not as individual or company and we should all remember that. I would like to personally thank Scott and Diane my mom's cancer coach for your hospitality and for taking the time that you did today with me. That's going the extra mile. Making it clear that my mom is not just a number but that she is a patient that they care for as they would their own family. Thank you Reid please contact me if you get a chance. Thank you

Do NOT go here! The birth of my daughter was something we looked forward to for many years. This place made it into a nightmare. They treated my wife like a crack addict over medication their own doctors prescribed. They then kept my daughter for a full 5 days against our wishes claiming she may be addicted to the medication my wife took twice ever. Getting my family out of there was like getting released from prison! You have been warned!

The Reid mother baby care is the best! They have nurses & doctors that saved our baby, they are the best! I sincerely wish I could say the same about the emergency room doctors, as we all know, we are the best advocates of our bodies. My father went into the ER. After having seizures.. He told the doctor that he thought he had pneumonia.. The dr. asked him why he thought he had it. He said because he was horse. The doctor told him that it wasn't a sign of pneumonia.. My father died there a few days later...RIPDad!!
