I wish I'd made a different choice to provide the equipment I needed. These people delay and delay then blame their system, as if that was out of their control. I should have waited a week then made another choice. I advise others to do just that.

I had high hopes this would be an easy avenue to obtaining a new breast prosthetic and bra, but NO, it was NOT! I talked to a man who informed me the ONLY lady there to talk to was on vacation for a week. I had called earlier in the week before coming, was not told that. It is ABSURD to not have those items available for women to look at. I didn't need to see anyone, i only wanted to come in, make a selection and leave. I knew what i needed. I made a special trip from three towns away to come there. I was crushed to have to leave with nothing, AFTER getting up the courage to go in the first place. I'll NEVER go back. they were not rude, it is just such a stupid practice. I should have been given the chance to see what they had.

This company will go above and beyond there limits to take care of there patients and customers services is very helpful and very friendly they made a very special trip to my home to get my script took it back filled it and brought it back out the same day no one and i mean no one would ever do anything like this I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they have done'for me and my family thank you Mathes your the best
