Not a good experience with Anne at the deli counter. While slicing my selection she wiped her nose on her sleeve. I am praying the plastic gloves she wore helped to stop the spread of any germs! Someone really needs to teach hygiene here. Don't know if I ever want her helping me again. #don't work if you are wiping your nose!!!!!!

I ordered a birthday cake for pick up on 6/20 -- it was perfect! I originally wanted a strawberry cake but the associate in the bakery informed me they did not make this type of cake. Instead, she offered a white cake with strawberry icing and strawberries on top. It look and tasted great. Thank you very much for your professionalism and delicious cake.

I had a question in produce, no one was around. I went to customer service, the lady told me that someone should be over there. I told her no one was, and I had to suggest to her to call someone over there to help me. She called over the load speaker, so I went back over there, waited, waited, no one came. I went back to customer service and a manager happened to be standing there annie's finally went to look for what I needed. Unfortunately they were out of organic lemons.

Nora Kroger is awful. Just stopped in for a couple items on a Sunday at 6:30 PM. Waited in line for over 30 minutes. There was 1 lane open (with no bagger) and 1 other employee going back and forth between customer service and self check out. There were over 40 customers waiting in line. Management should be embarrassed. We definitely won't be back.

This Kroger location has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a grocery store. I travel to Va. Beach frequently from the Pacific Northwest to visit my elderly parents. Every time I’ve gone to Kroger & needed assistance finding something in an unfamiliar setting, a Kroger employee has been happy to help me find what I need. Yesterday I needed to find German Spaetzle noodles so I could make my father his favorite German meal. Being a specialty item, this wasn’t available at this location. Matt, the Asst. Manager, went above and beyond to get me the item I needed. On his way to work this morning he stopped by a different Kroger location to pick up the Spaetzle noodles and brought it to this location for pick up. My sincerest thanks goes to Matt and the many other fine Kroger employees who’ve assisted me. There’s no place like Kroger’s!

I chose this bakery because the last time we ordered the lady I spoke to (she had a beautiful accent) the order process was fine (we even drove way out to Millington just for this order when our office has other nearby Krogers). When we picked up our bakeries a couple days later- boy was it the best cupcakes of all of the Krogers combine. So naturally we ordered again for our company party. A rude awakening this time, I was passed around to 5 different person in the bakery department alone. One lady even said "Well what do you want to order?" After a few minutes- my order was made/confirmed/and a pick up date was scheduled. After hanging up, I contemplated for about 10 mins and decided to cancel the order. Bad customer service cannot override great tasting bakeries.

Stopped by at 11:30 to pick up a couple of things, the minute I got in the store they were rushing me out, stating we close at midnight, I was in the store about 10 mins. , and the young lady at the self check was talking very loudly to other employees about how she didn't care if shoppers were through shopping or not, that she was gonna turn off all the registers and go home. This was only 11:40, I understand people wanting to go home but this happens every time I stop in there at this time of night, and I am not intentionally going there this late , but sometimes I need something and I stop in on my way home from work. Guess I need to head on to Walmart instead, even though it's out of the way.

Kroger #393 in Millington always has everything that I need when it's time to shop for groceries. Kroger offers great sales, and rain checks for items that may be out of stock. If there is ever an issue, this Kroger has a superb management team who will resolve any issues fast.

This has been our family's store for years. The changes they've been making lately have made shopping there a much better experience. Great selection, including lots of specialty items that I used to have to go to Whole Foods for. Kroger's website shows what aisle every item in the store is in, too!

The manager on duty is horrible, once again the cashier had to call her for help and she wouldn't even call him back. He called the another manager and within seconds he called and said sorry I can't but call the other manager Mrs. Macintosh. The cashier replied I already did and she wouldn't call me back....so I ended up walking out without talking with a manager for the second time in one week!!!!

I went to the Kroger by Nora Plaza to try and find some supplies for my daughter's lunch and some other random items. First off the staff here was very friendly and many different members asked how I was or if I needed any help. The store was clean and all the products were easy to find. They have a wide variety of items including a daily made sushi bar and a gourmet cheese bar. They even had some of a juice called Simplicity which I have been wanting (At a lower price than I have seen anywhere else as well). I would recommend this Kroger.

This man below is unfortunately a very rude man and definitely could use some diversity training. I asked for a 1/2 pint of Loaded Baked potato salad. Very simple request at least I thought so. " Pardon me, sir if you could be so kind to add a little bit of bacon on the top of this order I would appreciate it." Kroger's representative: "No, I won't do that ". Me: What do you mean?" Kroger's representative: hey if you don't like it you can come back here and do it yourself". Shocked at his comments, I replied, "Are you Serious?" Kroger's representative: " Yes, I am very serious, you can do it yourself." I was so disturbed by his answer that I looked at another customer and said , "Did I hear him correctly?" She replied, " Yes you did hear him correctly" He stated, No I won't do that, if you don't like it you can come back here and fix it yourself!!!! Kroger's MGMT team take notice!! We are paying customers and this is never acceptable behavior from staff members whom you hire to service us!!!.

Smaller Kroger than the 71st and Binford location or the 65th Street location- HOWEVER, it definitely fits the charm of Nora- everyone there is really nice and helpful. The self-checkout terminal wastes a huge amount of customer time, delaying the timely completion of purchases. Kroger loses Sales Revenue & Profits because of the slowdown in customer throughput. It took me over 45 minutes to checkout & pay, then bag my groceries and leave, and it should have taken no more than 20 minutes. The phrase "Place item in bagging area, then scan next item" is REPEATED EACH AND EVERY TIME AN ITEM IS SCANNED!!!! It's ridiculous and unnecessary. I bought a total of 75 items for $227.99. I think any normal Kroger shopper would get the point after about 10 times of hearing that phrase over and over again. I often had to wait for the phrase to end before I could scan my next item. The terminal software should be changed to only repeat the phrase not more than 10 times. Kroger can thereby see increased Sales Revenue and more Profits from faster customer throughout if they make this simple change to the self-checkout terminal software. Thank you, Mark

I was only doing a pharmacy pickup. Yet pharmacy told me in order to pickup 2nd perscription it be 25 minute wait. Though no one waiting for pharmacy inside nor @ window. Store registers for groceries check out we're beyond just lines. All registers open, and we're quite a few, lined up down isles. Front of store sea off people waiting. Ridiculous numbers @ check out. This a Sunday @ 12:30 pm, noon hour. Veterens Day. Worst case scenario, in need of escape this would be center of a stampede of cattle. If not imperative, WAIT TILL LATER!

They have a good selection, but the display in the produce area needs work. I bought mandarins last night, saw one price, but when it rang up it was another price. I made sure I added up everything and it was less than 8 for my WIC. If the signage was correctly displayed, I would not have bought them.

It is a great (smaller) neighbor grocery store for the shore drive community. The produce section is a little smaller but it does have a few different products then the regular Kroger at Hiltop. The huge plus is the deals and saving using the app and being a member. Also if you leave a review after purchasing your goods they will actually work on fixing the problems and adding products you requested!

Our local Kroger is going through a rehab and everything is getting moved somewhere else. Not the funnest experience and it adds some serious time to a Kroger run. They did this around 4 years ago and they lost a lot of shoppers to Walmart. I sure hope they don't drive me away.

Picture this you’ve had a super busy morning and a crying baby in the car (don’t worry the dogs watching the baby). Just popping in to Kroger to grab a 12er of your favorite chilly golden beverage to start the work week. As you approach the register you realize that you’ve locked your wallet in your car with the dogs and the baby but not to worry you’ve got the best technology known to man a IPhone. But nooo Kroger doesn’t believe in Apple Pay, you can literally pay for groceries in Bitcoins but not Apple Pay. Not to forget the receipt survey and ability to see fuel points. Love this grocery store. Store was dirty , shelves were empty . Employees is the way stocking and wouldn't more or offer assistance. Trash on floor. Just an overall bad experience for a shopping trip for my Wife and I. Checkouts were also backed up and checklanes light were off , but ringing some customers. Made it even more confusing. No direction or leadership present here and quite frankly , very obvious.

This location is great for fresh produce. However, the customer service is terrible. The staff is not friendly or helpful. The cashiers act as if they do not enjoy being a part of the Kroger brand (especially the older ones). I come to this location because it is the closest to where I live and I try to give them more chances to redeem themselves in the area of customer service but it hasn't changed. This is probably going to be my last visit. I'll just go to Sprouts or Walmart.

I stopped at this Kroger for the first time today on my commute home from work. It's smaller than other Krogers I've been to, but it was also undergoing renovations. There was some construction going on but it wasn't in the way really. I noticed lots of elderly people shopping which can make aisle traffic slow but check out was very fast. Like I said, I've never been to this particular Kroger. But I still found everything on my shopping list with ease! Simple to find and wide variety considering the small size. It's a fantastic Kroger.

There's so much going on in this store, I'm impressed. From the salad bar, to a sushi bar, asian bar, hot bar with soup, Olive and antipasti bar, and even ice cream by the pound... wow, just wow. I had to bring my grandmother back in here for the cheese selection and olive bar. She had a blast and enjoyed her olives this afternoon. For any chef or anyone who likes to cook at home, this is definitely a place to check out if you haven't already. The produce selection is phenomenal.

The pharmacists and staff really work hard to deliver excellent service. They all like to educate customers about their medications (how they work, potential interactions, side effects, etc.) They also provide sound advice about over the counter products. They are candid at times, which makes them more valuable. An example of how the team goes above and beyond: I was recently prescribed a little known medication which required the pharmacy to be approved to dispense the medication due to restrictions. In order to receive the medications, I needed labs performed with the pharmacy entering the lab results into an FDA database. Cindy worked all day on receiving the ability/approval to dispense the drug. She also immediately order the medication and had it for me the very next day. She took a good amount of time to educate herself. It is a tedious process, but I am so grateful she cared enough to help out so much. All of you are the best!!!

The layout of this store was recently ruined but a re-design. The staff is friendly. The lunch bar leaves something to be desired but they do have a decent cheese selection. The store isles are now very crowded since the redesign and some of the stuff is difficult to find. It seems like a lot of Kroger stores are getting redesigned and not for the better.

I went to this store and while going through the self check out line an old gentle man started up a conversation with me. The man appeared to have been from an assisted living as there was an assisted living bus out in store parking lot. The gentleman walked up to me very slowly and started to asked me if I was working hard today. I replied saying " no I dont work here" and he then said "did you go trick or treat last night?". I replied " no" and just as he was about ready to say something else the cashier "Merri' at the U SCAN walked up to me and said "ma you can't just stand there holding up the line". I replied " there is no one in the line waiting and should someone show up I will move". She replied "well you can't just stand there". As the cashier carried on with her ill tempered demeanor the gentle!an slowly walked away; I tried to keep the conversation going but as he walked away I noticed he had hearing aides. He could not hear me still trying to talk to him. This same employee MERRI at the USCAN was very rude to my daughter on an occasion when my daughter went into the store by herself. She refused to accept a dollar bill because it had tape on it. I probably got that bill at a kroger. I do 90% of my shopping at Kroger but with employees like this one I will choose which Kroger I go to base on the level of friendliness. When I shop at the Lebanon Kroger employees such as Ellen are so friendly and positive. This MERRI lady has no business working with the public. Matter of fact she blew me off and dared me to report her. The first time one can assume maybe the other person is having bad day, but MERRI'S bad day seems to be permanent.

Store is not handicapped friendly. We have been there multiple times and all the motorized scooters are not charged. Today my daughter was stranded in the middle of aisle when the scooter died mid shopping. We saw another scooter abandoned in the pharmacy section. I like going to this Kroger location, it is probably one of the nicer locations I've been to in Indy. The fresh produce section is pretty massive, and the employees in the deli and meat department are always friendly and helpful. If you happen to pass by the store manager, he is also friendly and helpful. Getting into and out of the parking lot can be tricky if you aren't familiar with Nora area, but you can turn right or left from 86th street, and right or straight back onto 86th. Left turns have to go past the pharmacy to the light, but once you know it it's no longer an issue. The only thing I don't love is that even at 9pm this place can still be busy enough to have to wait a few minutes for the self-checkout, as that is the only option later in the evening. With that said, I still shop there every week.

We used to come here all of the time but we will not be returning. The prices they show on items are false advertisement. For over three months now, almost every item in the beer and wine section has had a sale price on it. When you take that item to the cash register and scan your Kroger card, the price does not reflect what’s on the yellow sale tag. Every time I mention it the cashier and they act like I’m lying or don’t know what I’m talking about, then they have to go check, see that it’s true, manually change the price on the register. It is such a ridiculous hassle every single time. They have multiple employees walking around doing nothing, I’m sure one of them could take the time to look over the sale items and change what actually isn’t supposed to be on sale any more.

The reason I'm giving this low score is because there was a young lady who checked me out and she was really sick she could barely speak and she was coughing alot which means she's gonna make her co workers as well as the customers sick. She said if she called in it would be a problem. That's unacceptable!!! She should be at home because she's really contagious.

Watch your dates here. Bought some meat without looking at the date, my bad. Got it home and it smelled. Checked the date and it had expired 6 days prior. Went back next day to return. They were still there. I told someone in the meat department about the whole stack of expired meat and was snubbed with the "Ill let someone know". Went back the next day for something unrelated and decided to check and what do you know? They were still there. The employees here are not the happiest bunch either. I'll stick to Holland Road for now on.

The quality and quality of this store has gone down considerably in the last year. Gave a 2 star because at least the cashiers, baggers, and meat man are friendly.

During my last visit I purchased a lot of fruit. The very same day when I got home I cut into two ripe mangos and they were brown. The next day we ate two peaches I bought from here and they were becoming rancid. Organic Strawberries that I inspected throughly when purchasing grew mold on them two days later and had to be thrown out. Ive never had a problem with keeping produce fresh and I still don't, with the exception of my purchases from this Kroger Market. That was a good $10 wasted.
