I've been in the phone for over 25 minutes, 2 reps and now a supervisor just to refill a prescription. Then the supervisor thinks I'm Douglas Cullen after the rep swears I have to have an H in my member ID. I'm about to walk down to this store and hope to God someone competent is in this building but from the reviews it seems this is a Humana Employee only pharmacy.

The Humana Pharmacy is AMAZING, the one and only 'con' is that it's only open to Humana employees & their families. For us Humana folk, it's the biggest 'pro' because there's never long waits for your medication, they are friendly, extremely fast and by far the cheapest! - No more waiting 30 mins or an hour for just 1 script! The Pharmacist & the Pharmacy Techs there know most, if not every customer on a first name basis, it's impressive! Only being able to give a '5 star rating' is truly an understatement Humana Pharmacy (East Main) deserves 10 STARS!!! Way to go #TeamHumanaPharmacy you all are absolutely fabulous! :)

I am so glad to have a brick & mortar location in Louisville,KY. Fast,friendly, reliable service! 90 day refills and not having to deal with the terrible service of Humana/Right Source mail order pharmacy! They should probably open this location to all Humana customers! This location is open Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm Closed Sat-Sun....
