The pharmacists and other employees are very friendly and always very helpful. Our grandkids love to eat at the luncheonette as the food is always excellent, especially the milkshakes. We have used Zale drugs for about 45 years now. its also fun to look around the store while waiting for a prescription to be filled.

I get 3 compounded prescriptions through Zale Pharmacy. They are very good at communicating when the prescription will be ready. Being that my prescriptions are all compounded, sometimes it takes a few days before they are ready. That is the only negative thing I can say about them. All of the pharmacy staff is very professional and willing to answer any questions. They will mail prescriptions if you wish.

I've been using Zales for over 25 years. The people are friendly and courteous. Drug prices are reasonable. Excellent service. More personable than the chain stores. The only downside is they are not open on Sundays in case of an emergency.

Recently switched back to this pharmacy after trying some other big name pharmacies for a while. You just can't get that same level of attention or trust from big box retailers. Zales pharmacy is what this pharmacy used to be called and they have always taken care of its customers. This is still a small pharmacy with a very cozy atmosphere. They still offer everything that bigger pharmacies offer but are much friendlier and more personable. They have a quaint store that offers retail gifts and products that nobody else carries. Plus they still have the luncheon counter where you can eat or have a milkshake. Local small town pharmacy that offers personal and individual care on a first name basis!

I have used Zales which is now Hometown Pharmacy for several years for all of my prescription needs. They are also a compounding pharmacy; so if you need a medication to fit your needs they can make it to fit you! Great service and personable staff all combined make it a great pharmacy for all of your needs!

Went to lunch today their for the first time! It was some of the best food I have ever had. I didn't even know they sold food in the back. Little homemade food place with Bar stools and tables. Had the tenderloin and onion rings. Will be going back next week for sure!

Friendly, knowledgeable people in the pharmacy. I put friendly first because that seems to be lacking in the big chain pharmacies in town. First of all, Zales is staffed well enough whenever I'm in there to be able to take time to answer questions. That alone is different than the other pharmacies I've frequented. They don't have time to be courteous because there aren't enough pharmacists/staff. That's never been the case at Zales, in my experience. They are knowledgeable, both about my prescription questions, but are also helpful in getting answers to my insurance questions. In addition, there's a nice little lunch/breakfast counter at the back of the store. I love eating there when I get a chance. The rest of the store is an interesting place with some decor items, games, and a few unusual items. I'd be surprised if you were disappointed!
