If I were able to give 0 stars, I would. My prescriptions are never ready on time. My calls are never returned. I have never been able to talk to a nurse or an actual doctor via phone, always a Secretary. It is very comforting to know that I am in the care of someone with no regard to me as an individual.

No one in my family goes to this place; however, I have been contacted regarding one of my kids a couple times. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but the lady I spoke to on the other end was a little short with me in explaining how I needed to get the phone calls to stop. Since she was short with me, I told her I was hoping all I had to do was call them to get the phone calls to stop. I then hung up the phone because I didn't want to hear any more rudeness. This place has been recommended to me many times in the past. Along with medical treatment shouldb treating people with dignity and respect.

I'm very comfortable with the doctor I see, I like him a lot and think they do a good job.

They told us to come on this day called another day to have myself come which was the wrong date made us make another appointment. Never did anything about my sealants or how ever you spell it. Which caused cavities and it just kept adding up. So we went to this new place and they told me I had 8 cavities from the sealants. And the same thing happened to my sister.

I wish there were more places like this. I've been coming here for about 10 years and haven't had any problems. I love everyone, they make me feel comfortable, and take great care of me.

The doctors and staff are beyond helpful and informative. Whenever I come in they're friendly and I've never had any reason to switch, I'm very happy with the healthcare I receive.

My husband and I both go there to see Scott Bethel for our diabetes meds. What I don't understand is that the clinic itself is in network for our insurance BUT, the nurse practitioner is OUT of network. We pay our copays each time we go in but then started getting bills saying we owed 20-25.00 MORE from each of our visits! How can that happen?? I have called them and they can't explain it to me and my insurance keeps telling me that should not be happening. I now have a bad debt of $80 or so they say and I can't be seen by Scott to get my insulin. They say that once I pay it completely, then I can come back. I have paid half, $40, of it but get paid 1 time a month due to being on disability. I NEED my insulin before I can pay it completely off! We love Scott and the pharmacy but the rest of the staff leave a lot to be desired! If we could afford our insulin elsewhere we would go elsewhere to be seen!

Waited over an hour after seeing nurse for doctor to come in and never came. Lots of nurses standing around not doing anything but couldn't get help. Ended up just walking out without getting my medicine refilled and had already paid for visit.

I've been going there for about a year. I have never seen the same doctor. My last visit was horrible. Very impersonal. Would not recommend to anyone. Matter of fact would recommend against. I will be searching for alternative care.

I love the facility and the staff at this clinic. They offer very helpful and caring service.

I would also give 0 stars if I could. They were insanely rude. Rough with my daughter while doing her shots and she’s only 2 months old. REFUSE to go back here.

Go literally anywhere else if you can afford it. If you have Medicaid, seek help elsewhere. The doctor (Farrell) misdiagnosed a rash on my son’s ear as ezcema when it was just an infames rash — which we found out a year later when we took him to a real doctor who knew what they were taking about. My wife has gone here to get dental work and EVERY filling has fallen out. Not only that, but her molar broke in half just yesterday — which wouldn’t have happened had they drilled the tooth out properly. Her molar now has to be pulled because apparently poor people don’t deserve decent medical attention. If I were dying in the street, within reach of their door, I’d close my eyes and accept death. Obviously this is an exaggeration, but they are TRASH. I truly wish we took better care of people in this country so this roach-motel version of a medical would shrivel and die off.

I only go here because I can't afford better. The doctors are so in and out they are constantly changing and you never have the same one which is aggravating for me because it's not personal at all! The front desk reception is horrible they are always short worded barely help it's just not the best place you can go but for cheap and good enough help it's affordable and available basically.

I was a patient at Heart City for the last three years. I have recently left and I am currently being treated by another doctor. Overall, the people working the front were rude and condescending. They seem to want to do anything to not help you. If you called with a question, you can get three different answers from three different people. They all seem to be able to create "policies" on the fly. The nurse on the prescription line was rude, and often flat out lied to get out of doing anything. Although recently, there has been a new nurse who is much nicer and more competent. The typical visit at Heart City will take 2 to 3 hours. You'll spent at least a half hour in the waiting room, and then another hour waiting once you are called back to a room. During my last visit in July, I fell asleep on the exam table for about 20 minutes. I strongly recommend bringing a long book. The one thing that kept me returning to Heart City was Scott Bethel. Has is an awesome doctor. Very nice and professional. Also, very compassionate. He helped me with a lot of issues I had been going through. He would take the time to just talk sometimes, which I find to be a great quality in a doctor. He recently left Heart City, which prompted my subsequent firing of Heart City. During my last visit, after being in the building for an hour and a half, including sleeping for 20 minutes, some character comes into my room and asks me if I was there for med refills. I told him I was, and for my blood work review. He immediately started badgering me about how much I was taking, and that "take 2 a day as needed" does not mean take two a day. So I was taking too much and he was prescribing half of what Scott had, and then I was finished until I saw their "anxiety specialist" who would call me in 2 weeks. He never introduced himself, he never apologized for my wait, he just came in with a mission to badger me about the meds I was prescribed by Scott Bethel. Scott Bethel never had a problem with 2 a day, but I was supposed to read this mystery doctor's mind, and know he didn't approve? I believe this character's name is Kevin. He is the epitome of unprofessional, and subsequently my money is going to another provider. Also, there are more signs in Spanish in the lobby than English. Some sign don't even have an English translation. And of course, this "anxiety specialist" never called. Heart City really doesn't care for their patients.

I to hate this place need a better place to take me and my son! they are careless there and I do not like them at all

Marilyn Grigsby

the Pharmacy staff is excellent as are almost all the employees. Except for one Dr. the Dr's and Nurses are all kind and very gentle and helpful. The front staff is always cheerful. The clinic is clean and fresh.

Yvonne Taylor

I really wish that my health was different, but it would have never brought me here. The crew is unbeatable and so personable. It's unlike anything I've ever been a part of--we are like one big family.

The nurse is amazing but the doctor came in and was just aweful to my daughter. Definitely switching to bristol street pediatrics!

I have been going to Heart City Health Center for nearly 3 years now. The first two years I went, I had great experiences each time. The staff was timely, my doctor was great (Dr. Scott Bethel) and I left with a smile every single visit. Dr. Roberson was my dentist and she was outstanding! I used to recommend HCHC to everyone I came across because it was a great place for people who didn't have health care. Now, it's a completely different story. In the past year, I have seen a decline in the way things are ran. I have been there a handful of times for different reasons and each time, I leave in a terrible mood and want to call the board of directors. Multiple times, they haven't had my scripts ready for pickup (even though I would call with plenty lead time), I've had to wait OVER an hour to be seen on multiple occasions and then the doctor wonders why my blood pressure is high. The reception staff is rude every single time I go in there and simple mistakes turn into huge disasters. Last week, I called two prescriptions in and had to leave a message for the refill nurse because of course, no one answered. I said at the end of the message that if there were ANY problems to call me because I need the medication by the 13th (today). No one called and of course, when I go in today, they tell me I need to see a doctor to get my prescriptions. My doctor (Scott Bethel) resigned and went to work at the hospital so I no longer can see him. Anyways, one of the medications has severe withdrawal symptoms if I stop taking it all of a sudden. So now, not only do I have to scramble around to get an appt to see a diff doctor who I don't know, I also have to go several days without my medicine. Moral of the story is, STAY AWAY from this place until they get their act together! I have never been so furious with a place of business before and they better start fixing things before the government shuts them down!

Erin Farrell is a good doctor. I like her and the team she works with. It is the long waits to get to a room. Then when your in a room you wait at least another 30 minutes. It is never in and out. I am always there an hour and a half to three hours. Which drives me crazy. Plus the girls up front and phone staff is always rude to me. I just don't understand how the rest or the team is good, but the others have bad attitudes.

Carmen Mendez

I literally can not get a appointment when my led refill is due. When I make appointments they're always canceled and have to be rescheduled. My meds were due the 24th and here it's the 29th and was suppose to be seen the 28 but it was canceled and now I can't be seen until the 4th of next month. I literally hate this dr office and will be looking for somewhere. My previous Dr got me in for my refills any day of the week. I could call and the same day be seen. He was in Mishawaka though and I didn't like the drive I had to make. I'm now regretting my decision to leave. God got bid I get sick because I wouldn't be able to be seen. Seriously, don't go to this place.

Lynn Pixie

winter of 2014/2015 the staff helped me get well & the woman's clinic support was awesome.. .I made a temporary move to Indiana that winter, Thank you all so much..!

Heather Harrington

Don't even bother unless you have over 1-2 hrs to sit and wait to be seen

K V

Such a shame we have very incompetent staff at this facility can't even communicate between them to make sure their patients are taken care of, told whoever i talked to that i would be late to my appointment to tell me when i got there that neither of my children could be seen when i had drove 2 hrs away to have my children get their shots and physical!

Melanie Kauffman

I always come with my husband. Aside from the long wait times, we are very pleased. We have had a couple of run ins with a doctor being not so nice doctor but since that had been resolved. The staff is nice and helpful. The medication nurse Leah has always been prompt and informative with his insurance covering certain medicines. I would only change wait times and a few more doctors on staff might help that. Otherwise it's a great facility. Thank you

Misty Smith

They are okay just hard to get ahold of...

I really wish the city had more to offer. The wait time is ridiculous and they show no interest or care for the patients. The check-ups are so fast I really don't think they are checking for anything.
