Prices are absolutely the best! What a savings! Also quit using health insurance for prescriptions. I’m saving money and eliminated so many insurance company hassles and trips to the drug store. Insurance companies only let you get a 30 day supply. This was a BIG hassle as I travel on my job. Now I can order a 6 month supply. My wife was paying $30 per month for Zyrtec. We now buy the generic and pay $2.30 per month. NEVER going back to insurance for prescriptions and the incompetent Walgreens staff!

I have been using Healthwarehouse about 10 years. There were a few minor bumps early on -growing pains I guess. Last week I ordered my three prescriptions Thursday morning. The prescriptions were in my mailbox in Texas on Monday. Phenomenal service.

The process is easy and the customer service is good when you can actually get to someone. I eventually got support via the chat option, but when I called repeatedly during business hours, I received a recording stating that it was after business hours and try again. The prescription process works well and is consistent. Just need to do better with accessibility.

Love using Healthwarehouse. But make sure you handle your prescriptions directly. When your Doctor's office calls them in or sends a fax; HWH doesn't seem to be able to match them up; saying they don't have them. Another annoying piece of the call in method is that HWH doesn't tell you the prescription is there, what it was for, how many mg or any details on the order. It doesn't show up on your account so you have to call the Doctor back to find out exactly what it was that was ordered so you can put in the order with HWH. So you might as well just get the prescription in written form and handle it yourself. This causes too many delays and wastes time for everybody. Just send them in yourself - that never fails. This annoyance is why I'm only giving them 3 stars vs 5. Otherwise it would be 5.

I had placed a YEARLY prescription with HWH. They would only refilled for 90days. In spite the SPECIFIC indication this is a yearly script. Now have to keep re-phoning Customer Support to try to correct this. Nice phone-line folks, but, really? can't you guys READ a prescription correctly?

i have not had a good experience so far. i do have special needs due to allergies and i am a prescribing health care provider. i ordered my medication weeks ago. i still have not received it. i had to leave for a medical conference and am having to do without my medication. before i left i tried to contact you to find out why i did not have my medication yet. i got a text saying my meds had been shipped over 10 days prior to my date of running out of medication. i used the online option to contact you but never heard back about where my medication was. also my provider had a problem with having to order the meds several times getting info stating she had not ordered it for 90 days which i know she did because i work in the same practice with her and all of her erx showed 90 days.

You have good service and prices. My only complaint is the communication problem between my doctors office and your business. There is ALWAYS a wrong prescription amount every time I run out of refills. I only order one med,so I don't understand why this keeps happening.

they changed drug manufacturers on one of my prescrips with no notice to me. i didn't care until my annual physical indicated the new drug wasn't as effective as the previous. i demanded the previous OEM & they complied. However, it's more expensive & now i have to call or log in to reorder vs. auto-order to get refills. there is also no reminder sent before i run out. their answer why they can change OEMs with no notice: they always buy the cheapest, effective or not. but I'm required to notify them when & what I want. very good service on other prescrips. this one fails.

It took almost three weeks and four phone calls for them to send me my medication. Each time I spoke with a representative, I was assured all the issues were resolved and that my order was being shipped out that same day or the day after at the latest. I ended up running out of medication and having to go to an actual pharmacy and ask for an emergency supply. Thankfully they were able to give me enough to last me until my medicine finally arrived. After all of this I got a half-hearted apology from one of the representatives who, quite frankly, seemed pretty annoyed with me and my predicament. I was really excited to try this because it was going to be cheaper for me than going to a regular pharmacy, but it's just not worth it. I would rather pay a little more and know that I will receive my medication and be treated well than save a few bucks and go through this nightmare again.

As a new customer, spoke to very nice person to set up account and also gave them the information to transfer my prescription from my local pharmacy. She also confirmed my prescription drug (normal, standard type of drug) was in stock. All good so far. Told 3-5 days processing time. Very hopeful I had found a good company. Four days later I discover prescription not transferred. Called Health Warehouse. Couldn’t get anyone on phone, so left voicemail stating concern over prescription not yet transferred and asking for callback. No callback ever received, so I called again late on the next day — prescription was now transferred. Told by less than friendly customer rep that a week or two to process and fill prescription (this is standard?). What happened to the 3-5 days processing? Well, ok. Time marches on... Having heard nothing, I logged in to account to see if ANYTHING is happening. Apparently, they were now out of stock on my prescription and had to order. Their comment “typically takes 2 business days to receive and this typically falls within 1-3 days processing time”. Well, that comment was 10 days ago. Still nothing. Still not “processing” status. If the customer rep that stated couple weeks once processing started (and that hasn’t happened yet), it will be over a month before I can expect anything. (I suggest anyone transferring their business to these folks have at least 2 month supply on hand — so that you can get your prescription transferred elsewhere in time for your next refill.). Needless to say, I’m beyond disappointed in Health Warehouse. I cannot recommend them. As a side note, had some friends waiting to see how things worked out for me before they investigated trying Health Warehouse — they won’t be giving them a try. 02/28/2018 - Update I was pleasantly surprised when the Health Warehouse reached out to me to resolve the problems I had encountered. Health Warehouse - thank you for reaching out! I contacted the manager as instructed and had my meds the next day. Wow! Seems like so few businesses step up anymore to resolve customer problems, so kudos to Health Warehouse for their efforts! I’m so happy with their support to resolve the problem that I will continue to use them, am transferring another prescription to them and have shared the great customer support story with my friends (couple of friends are planning to pursue transferring prescriptions to them). Thanks again Health Warehouse!

I use this pharmacy for veterinary prescriptions. I would not hesitate to use them for something for myself if needed. I live in Kentucky, but they still deliver much faster than they promise. My dogs’ Rx arrived in a couple of days when they said it would be at least eight. This has happened every time I have gotten a prescription filled. Their staff is very helpful on the phone. I’m extremely happy to have found them. They’ve saved me quite a bit of money on veterinary prescriptions. It seems from reading the reviews they are either really good or horrible. I don’t know if it makes a difference that I’m in Kentucky, but they don’t know that when they pick up the phone and talk to me. I’ve been ordering from this pharmacy for quite a while and I’m really surprised at some of the negative reviews on here. No affiliation

Allowed prescription to expire because they were too busy to fill it First I got an email saying my med was a controlled med and I requested refill too early - they would fill it in 11 days. Then 11 days later they said no refills left - because they were busy and the prescription would be expired before they had time to fill it. On prior refill I requested 2 meds. They came back with the same too soon message, but then held BOTH meds up even though the 2nd one was not a controlled med. It took a complaint to their conflict resolution manager to get my meds. I've dealt with some bigger on line pharmacies and never had these problems. HW is the most incompetent on line seller of anything I have ever dealt with. I've cancelled my account - use them at your own risk. A little cheaper but not worth all the hassles.
