My husband and I are both forced to use this service through two different Doctor's offices. His is for pain management for his four back surgeries and at least one more to come, and mine is for my mental health medications. Both medications or multiple medications he and I are both receiving are types of medications that you can't go without! It has drastic effect on both of us if we go without our meds. We have had many, many issues with this pharmacy! From the notorious over an wait on the phone, to the no call no show of medications, to overcharge of medications, to being told that we had to pay full price for 1 of my husband's medications because his Dr. moved his prescription date and the pharmacy let didn't remove the old prescription so insurance thought the medication was being ran twice in the same month which caused my husband to go into horrible withdrawal! I was told I would not be receiving 1 of my medications because even though the months before it was fine, now they said there was a problem with the elctronic prescription and instead of them contacting my Dr about this, they told me I needed to contact my Dr and tell them what the issue was and I wouldn't have even known there were an issue had I not have called the pharmacy because my prescription had not shown up when they said it would! So when would they had let me know that there was a problem?? Of course by the time the problem was resolved I had been out of my medication for 5 days which would've been longer had I not told them on the phone how long I had been out, they were gonna make me wait the weekend and deliver the following Monday! The kicker when I went to my next Dr appointment my Dr discussed what had happened and she was irritated that I had called the office about the prescription because the pharmacy should have done that and she had re-sent them 7 electronic prescriptions, all of them the exact same as the other before they took them at the pharmacy!!! It's absolutely insane and ridiculous!!! We are sooo tired of this. My husband's Dr's office is finally coming to their senses. They told him they are gonna have to do something different but don't know what yet. I believe they're trapped in contract for now. For those of you out there considering Cordant if your a Doctor's office or a individual, absolutely DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! They'll make it sound so good and simple, but trust me it'll be a nightmare!!!

At first the sercive was great. But if your fill date falls on a saturday you wont get it until tuesday. Now they are losing prescriptions. Horrible. Get your paper prescription and go to a real pharmacy.

"Kitty". whoever you are.. your v mail message hangs up without a way to leave a message. Have tried every number X10. I am a nurse who happens to also be a pain patient and the way you run your business is giving me more pain. I will be reporting you to my doctor who sends you lots of business and ask for other options. DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU CAN GET A DIFFERENT OPTION.

When I first was told I would get my scripts from Cordant I had no problems at all. Now for the past two months I've found they don't want to answer their phones but I think I know the reason why. I was on hold using my home phone for two and a half hours today but I had used my cell to call after about two hours AT THE SAME TIME. Turned out they answered my cell phone first when I had been on hold with the other longer. Why did that happen? I think it was because they didn't know who was calling with the cell. I also think the reason we're all having such bad experiences is because Cordant bit off more than they could chew. I've been to the pharmacy here in Indy and it is just a really small place. I don't know how they thought they could handle all the thousands of calls and orders they would get when the staff is so small. Obviously they don't have an actual call center which is what they need. Still it isn't good practice to keep patients on hold for two and a half hours when we are told we are only number three on hold. Anyone in their right mind knows it wouldn't take that long to answer my call. I think that if EVERYONE HAVING ISSUES WITH THEM WOULD SHOW UP AT THE PHARMACY WITH YOUR NEEDS INSTEAD OF CALLING, IF POSSIBLE, then they would get off their butts and do something. Also, complain, complain, complain to your doctor, the pharmacy, to corporate headquarters. It is going to take numbers of us working together to change this problem. We MUST keep telling people what an incompetent company this is.

I have been sitting on hold for 25 mins and was quoted as the 2nd customer in the phone queue! This is rediculous! Once I am able to get someone on the phone they are usually quite helpful. However this is just nonsense!

Its blows my mind that these incompetent people are in charge of didtrubing narcotics? 8 out of the last 9 months (not an exaggeration) ive had to call them only to be told i dont have a refill to which i have to call the doctor who then tells me they do have my script (i get 3 month script each doctor visit) then i have to call back and wait another 20 min. On the phone to speak to another incompetent employee who told me when i asked why my script went from $164 last month to $378 this month and i quote "i dont know"? When i asked for her to find out i was put on hold "again" for 10+ min. Only for her to return and say i checked everything and "i still dont know why your script jumped $200 since last month?" Over 2 years my dochas forced all of us to go there and from day 1 theyve had a problem one way or another weather its they dont answer the phone or the fact they moved to damn near greencastle! This company is whats wrong with our country its ran by idiots who care about nothing but making $$ for themselves everybody else be damned! If you cant get your act together and work out the bugs in 2 years you should not be in charge of dispensing narcotics! So sad!

I'm out of medication, was due to get them today but they haven't called to set up delivery. Called them today and was in hold for 2 hrs. Hung up. So guess I'll just go into withdrawal!!

They are crooks they charched me $233 one month for my med and for same med a month later $36 I finally confronted them and they said it was different manufacturing research a Lil more turns out they was the same manufacturing so I called back and several times they said look into it and call me back I'm calling my attorney back and channel 6 news that is crazy $200 difference

Very unreliable and horrible customer service if you can get somone to answer was on jold for 3 hours and still no answer! Also they dont call you half the time about your prescription for delivery and then they dont show up half the time and also they send you the wrong brand after the docter specified i was alergic to a medication and they still send the wrong prescription. They screwed up 7 times simce i have been dealing with them in the 5 months i have been with them. I will be in contact with my docter to see if i can go back to using my old pharmacy where they are always reliable. Beware horriable service and 3 to 4 hour hold times and still never answer there phone with any option when you call them. BEWARE THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!

I have been trying to get a refund from this place for over a month now. I was WAY over charged for my medicine so I have been trying to get the amount they over charged me back. I have called twice and was told they are pushing my refund through but the money hasnt came. Ive now called an additional 3-4 over a span of 3 weeks and no one can tell me anything..they just tell me someone from billing will call me and no one ever does!!! I will be calling them everyday until someone returns my money!

I cannot believe they are still in business and even have a license due to the inaccuracies of delivering the incorrect medication, non-existent customer service, and failing to EVER answer their telephone! I have held the phone for hours and still not got anyone to answer my calls made to them. A few months ago, in either NOV or DEV of 2017, I was told by a Cordant Pharmacy employee that all employees suddentlynquit their jobs one day, thereby leaving Cordant with not even a handful of employees. I was told that only 3 employees remained for the entire company! I have asked my doctor to use another pharmacy, in fact any pharmacy, instead of Cordant. My doctor must have some interest in this company or know someone who does because I cannot think of any reason why anyone, especially a medical doctor, would ever associate their name and reputation with such a pathetic and outright horrible operation like Cordant pharmacy. . Cordant is undoubtedly the worst company and the worst of any kind of company that I have ever dealt with and there is no doubt that I would cease my affliliationnwith thus if I could do so. However, my doctor persists in his insistence upon using Cordant. Of the year of two that I have been forced to use them because my doctor will only send my medication prescription to Cordant, thereby refusing to allow me to utilize any other pharmacy to fill the prescription. Cordant has delivered the incorrect medication to me much more often than they have delivered the correct medication to me. For example, Cordant has delivered the wrong medication to me 11out of 12 times over the last year. If I accept the delivery, which comes by either courier, Lab Express, and/or by FedEx, then I cannot give them back the medication and receive the correct one. Cordant is supposed to call me prior to delivery to ensure that everything is correct, but they don’t. Even on the rare occurrence when they have called me, they don’t verify the medication being delivered. They just state my address and say to call them back. However, since they don’t EVER answer their phone, it is impossible to reach them via phone to verify the correct medication is being delivered. Also, the delivery guys will not allow me to open the package prior to signing for it. Once I sign for it, then it does not matter whether it is correct or not becsue I have accepted it once I signed for the delivery, thus I have no recourse. My insurance has already paid for it and I have accepted delivery of it, thereby sealing my fate again that month! When I have tried to exchange the wrong medication for the correct one, the Cordant Pharmacy customer service reps have attempted to convince me that my medication is not made by the manufacturer, thereby stating that my medication is no longer available anywhere, not just by their pharmacy but in fact by all pharmacies everywhere! They have made this extremely false and unbelievable statement to me on two separate occasions and by 2 different Cordant Pharmacy customer service reps. Unbelievable! My medication is still made! The delivery usually happens when I am not home, so there is no way for me to check the package prior to delivery from Cordant, thus I am stuck with whatever medication is delivered to me, incorrect or not! Like I stated before, it has been the wrong medication 11 out of 12 times over this last year! How is that for service? It is not only unfair, but I bet is also both non-compliant and even fraudulent (illegal) to operate their pharmacy in this manner. It is beyond frustrating! In my opinion, Cordant Pharmacy should be shut done immediately for incompetence, non-compliance, and fraud. I am 100% convinces if any regulatory agency looked into their operations that they would be shut down immediately and never open their doors again. If I had not experienced this firsthand, the. I would never believe how bad this company truly is from any perspective and point of view. Cordant Pharmacy does not even merit a one-star rating, but it is not possible to give them a 0!

Have you call and wait forever. One time I was on hold for over four hours. Then they schedule a delivery time I won't be home for without consulting me, which they blame me for because I can't answer my phone at work. Only open certain hours for calling in, which would be fine if my shortest wait time wasn't 30 minutes. Amazingly inconvenient.

Scheduled for delivery, no call no show Try to call & on hold for almost two(2) hours & no one ever answered. As this is Friday I am now going to be without my pain medication I very much depend on for chronic pain. We are captive customers and are being treated horribly! I have called my doctors office and registered a complaint & after I leave this here I will be registering my complaint with the BBB and my Congressman as he has been communicating with me about the mistreatment of pain patients. As someone here mentioned call 6 I will also be contacting them about this so called business.

Impossible to get someone on the phone through the website toll free number. If you can find a direct number to the office you wish to call it's not quite as bad. I'm waiting on my first prescription.andso far it's a day late and delivery status has changed to pending. I do a ton of online buying and selling and this is only the second negative review I have ever given. Takes a lot to upset me. When you are dealing with people's medication that is absolutely necessary to function it should be criminal the way Cordant pharmacy operates.

They often (like 4 times) tell me they have shipped my prescriptions. Then I wait all day and try to call about it and am told nothing. That they did not schedule it. They take no responsibility for the mistakes they make. Even that would be nice. They are impossible to get in touch with. Always with the middle ground and no real responsibility taken by them. Have been on hold for 2 to 4 hours and been disconnected more than 4 times. They are irresponsible and don’t apologize for their mistakes. That is the thing that makes me livid. They charge my secondary card for no good reason. I always have enough in my primary. They are 3 times more expensive than my mail order. But I’m FORCED BY MY DOCTOR to use them. They get nothing right and don’t care. I get no response to emails about their ineptitude. I speak to some staff who seem to care then get no return calls to insure that they have taken care of the problems I called about. No follow up. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. I’m baffled by the fact I have no choice and no voice and am ignored.

I have had multiple issue having prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. (Example: the Pharmacy calls me and says my prescription will be delivered on a specific date and time. They never show up and never called when I call them they say the med was rejected by the insurance. The issue is they never call to let you know, all of this happens after I have called and confirmed the delivery time the day the meds should be delivered.) this has happened about 8 times. I will be notifying my doctor I will no longer be using this pharmacy. The only reason I have given them 1-star is because you have to give a star before you can complete the review. They have been completely inconvenient and it seems as if I am bothering them when I call to inquire.

Quick and easy process along with friendly staff. Very flexible on scheduling delivery time. So far through my relationship with Cordant Pharmacy is overall good. I've just had one small issue and once I brought it up they helped me take care of it.

A nightmare!!! They called me 2/28/19 to set up delivery for 3/4/19. I called and there was no delivery. They sent it yesterday knowing I had to have it by 11 am. After 4 phone calls I told them to deliver it Monday 3/11. Terrible customer service!!!

They have horrible customer service. Everytime I call I have a long wait just to speak to someone. I have actually waited as long as 40 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. Then they give you a 4 hour window for a delivery time. That too is unacceptable in my opinion. If they are truly that busy then they need to hire some help. They are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with.

I waited on-hold to speak to someone for over 1 hour before giving up on the call. I called back an hour later and was on hold for another 20 minutes before hanging up the phone. I called a third time but instead of pressing 3 for "all other calls", I pressed the option if I was a doctor's office calling. My call was answered within a minute. All the pharmacist could do was apologize for the long delay. When I asked her why they're quick to answer the phone when it's a doctor's office but not if it's a patient, she answered how I expected "...the doctor's office usually can't wait on hold for very long.." It's not very comforting to know Cordant doesn't value their patient's time. When I was told I had to sign up for this service and spoke with the Colorado office, the office made the service sound like it was more convenient than sliced bread...my prescriptions can be delivered any day, any time, and anywhere I needed - sounded great! Upon speaking to the pharmacist, she said that they don't deliver on weekends. I told her that I was out of medication as of Friday and wouldn't have any for the weekend...and their CO office told me they deliver on weekends. She was able to have it shipped through Fed-Ex (albeit she couldn't provide me a tracking number and so I have to "hope" I don't have another bad experience as other reported of not receiving their medication when promised) but not after telling me I'd have to pay for express shipping...but then promptly mention it would be waived because of what CO told me - then why mention it in the first place??? I too work in the healthcare industry. We our staffed 365 days a year 24 hours a day to ensure our patients have the care they need. Walgreens and CVS also have stores which follow the same model. With that said, why would a pharmacy be closed on Veterans Day?

Gave 1 star only because it's the only way to leave a msg here. This pharmacy is a disgrace when it comes to running a business. Last month my Drs. Office screwed up and forgot to sign his name to my script so therefore I had to make a trip all the way up to the Pyramids from Greenwood so that they could swap out my next months script which the Dr. did sign for them, for the one I had that wasnt signed. So I tried calling them first to make sure they were open and that it was all taken care of for me to pick up, well needless to say I was on hold for over 2 hrs. I got tired of waiting so I took a chance and drove all the way there. This place is a tiny little office at the end of a hallway to which the door is kept locked and you have to be buzzed to get into by the receptionist. While I sat there waiting over a half hr I noticed the receptionist was sitting at the desk/counter with earplugs in her ears that was hooked up to her phone, it was obvious she was listening to music because when someone else came and pushed the button that buzzes she didn't hear it and I had to tell her. After finally getting my meds I asked her why it is that no one answers the phone when I or someone else calls and we are left on hold forever until we finally decide to just hang up, her reply was, Several people who worked there had recently quit and they havnt bothered to hire anyone new to help fill the void. She told me that alot of people are complaining but the company doesn't seem to care enough to do anything about it. This company either needs to step up and have more respect and concern for their patients/clients or they need to pack it up and leave. This is no way to treat the people who keep you in a job. Without us there would be no use for you !!

I had some pretty bad experiences over the last few months. Problems with accuracy and responsiveness, but one of their staff took it upon herself to get in the middle of my situation and personally took responsibility for my meds and their delivery. I won't publish her name for privacy reasons but K, you know who you are and I can't tell you what it means to me to have someone care that much for a stranger. Thank you. For K, 5 stars and my undying gratitude, for Cordant 4 stars for finding and retaining an employee of that outstanding caliber. Give these guys a chance, they will take care of you! Undoubtedly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! At one point I went 30 days without an Rx waitning for a PA, that takes 24 hrs for my Ins to approve. 18 times I was told I’d get a call back, only to never receive one. Once again it hasbeen 7 days waiting for a PA that takes 24 hr. I have never came across such gross incompetence. I am so tired of fighting to get my meds I have filed a complaint with the attorney general

This place is a joke. Most employees are incompetent or theives. No one seems to know what is going on there. Scripts are being submitted to patient's insurance companies, but never delivered to the patient. Are the drugs being stolen by employees ? Who knows? No one there has an anwser or will take calls..
