I have experienced one of my worst customer service experience at this pharmacy.This Costco store is awesome but the pharmacy crews seems to be unprofessional, rude and ve to patients. They sold me faulty strips for my Blood Glucose Meter (Accu Chek- Nano). When I approached them later with correct strips which I had to purchase from CVS they just told me to contact the Accu-Chek customer support rudely. I got no replacement. They verified both batch of my correct strips (from CVS) and the faulty strips from them to make sure that my complaint is valid and told me they won't replace it. I also informed them that I had to purchase correct strips from CVS at a much higher price because I did not have the prescription as the prescription was held by them (Costco pharmacy). I will never go back to this place again to purchase any medicine.

I left Costco Pharmacy after 3 months because they do not have auto-refill. When I left Kroger for them I knew this, but I'm on too many prescriptions to keep up with. I also had trouble getting them to text me to let me know a prescription was ready to be picked up. I signed up for that service. I have gone back to Kroger's where I don't have to do anything, they take care of it all. I was really disappointed in the pharmacy. Unless yuo are retired and have nothing to do or just a couple of prescriptions to keep up with, I do not recommend Costco.

Costco Pharmacy pricing can't be beat for those of us without insurance. Got a 3 month supply of a medication for $60. Same drug at Walgreens is $140 for a 1 month supply. Thank you Costco!

Fast service, best prices in town, friendly staff. When I phone them, I always get a pharmacist quickly, no infinite wait times. When I show up in person to pick up my meds, no long lines. I love this place!

My medication cost around 250 dollars at Walgreens, and I got it at Costco for around 18 dollars with a GoodRX coupon. I am a college student and for now I do not have health insurance and I really cannot afford 250 dollars every month for my medication! Thank you so so much Costco and GoodRx for making it possible for me to get my medication.

The first time I went to this location, I was so pleased with their knowledge and kindness that I swore I would never go anywhere else! This time I handed the pharmacy tech my moms two prescriptions she’s been on for over a decade, for a disease she suffers from that causes nerve damage to her extremities, and was told that the pharmacist would need to contact the dr to confirm because she, for lack of better words, QUESTIONED THE DOCTOR!! Keep in mind it is Friday night and she is out of meds! Also keep in mind these prescriptions are on the required security paper. Let’s also keep in mind their system shows she gets these filled every single month. Why the pharmacist feels like she has the authority and audacity to out of the blue go against a doctors prescription is beyond me! You do not pick and choose what prescriptions you fill! Did you diagnose her condition? I’m not a pharmacist and I know that someone who has a dibilitating disease cannot go three days without their medication! I also know patients SHOULD NEVER STOP their medication and withdraw from their meds for any reason, however you have forced her to do so! If the pharmacist reads this by any chance I would like to know...you took an oath to help people when you got into this line of work, how DARE you deny a disabled woman medication she needs to even walk to the restroom! Absolutely PATHETIC, SICKENING AND SOMETHING HAS GOT TO BE DONE ABOUT YOU! We came to Costco because my mom can not afford the prices at any other pharmacy. When is something going to be done about the price of medication and the hula hoops you have to go through to get it! I was made to feel like a criminal!

Very easy to work with. My prescription at CVS cost over $200 and the cash price at Costco was $16. Thanks for not trying to rip me off!

Costco Pharmacy Closed Sunday On Bardstown Road

I hate to have to say that I was highly disappointed by my first & only visit to COSTCO pharmacy on Bardstown road. I am a type 1 diabetic and am currently using a COM (continue glucose meter) I get a call from COSTCO pharmacy on Bardstown they tell me to come on down and pick up my new deacon meter,keep in mind that the this is the closest COSTCO location to .e & it's 1 1/2 drive from me, well I take the day off work and withdraw 1000 bucks from the bank to pay my part on the new meter. I AM SUPER EXCITED AT THIS POINT so me and my sister drive down and when I get there I am told that that offer has expired 2 days ago at this point in my confusion and dismay I think that I should have gotten a call from COSTCO pharmacy and told about this....but when I ask them for so.e reason I'm treated like a terrorist and told to leave the store when I ask what the problem is the lady goes to retrieve the pharmist, who treats me even worse asking who I think I am & pointing her finger in my face. Well I immediately went to the service desk a refund on my 60$ membership fee, they were kind enough to refund it no questions asked!!!I get a feeling of DOOM come over me when I must go to the pharmacy for my life saving INSULIN anymore.all they do is treat me like a drug addict

If using the Good Rx app to save money, beware it may be totally wrong. App said price was $19. True cost $29
