Their staff is super cool! The pet hotel/training people especially. Everyone is super excited when I bring my dog in for day care, and he loves it there. I like knowing that he is staying in a safe caring environment. Big shout out to trainer Brittany for being awesome! She always had multiple different ways of doing exercises, because not all dogs learn the same. She was super helpful and always tried her best to make sure everyone was happy with the class and everyone had a chance. She never stopped until we found the right way to teach my very stubborn puppy. Thank you!!

I dont go here.. my dogs do. Its a place for them to socialize. They like to walk around the aisles and pawnder at all the things they want. Though i think its a pain to have to do this i cant really tell my dogs no so i go. We just got a new puppy and will be signing her up for classes so looking forward to spending even more time there

They have a friendly staff who dont over power you with their politeness. If you ask for help, they are knowledgeable and friendly which is always nice to have. They have a great array of cat toys, treats and food options. The adoption kitties look happy whenever I go to this location. If you want to have a pleasurable experience at a pet store, this is a great place.

A little over priced but pet stores usually are. I do feel bad for their betta fish bc they always are dead or sick in a tiny cup. But other then that it's your basic pet store. They have rodents, fish, amphibians, and reptiles. They also have all the aquariums, cages, bedding and everything else you may need for your pets.

Was just in this petsmart location looking at the dogs at the care center because I thought they were cute. When a lady aggressively came at me saying I couldn’t look at the dogs or take pictures because their owners will be mad? Well don’t put the dogs in a giant glass room then. I’ve shopped here for my dogs and cats food which was the reason I was in the store I immediately left and will go to another store from now on. The lady was So mean and impolite. If there was a problem you should nicely explain it.

The worker there was extremely helpful. I wanted to check to make sure a light worked, she let me plug it in their breakroom as they didnt have any outlets out on the floor. She answered my questions and was very sweet. It was also before they closed so being that sweet close to close is admirable!

They dont let you bag your own crickets. I need very specific sizes and theres no way i want to make an employee stand there for 10 minutes while i make them get certain ones. Quite pricey..... Emoyees are nice but a couple are fairly clueless when asked questions about the animals...:(

We went through Puppy training with Brittany and we can't recommend it enough! Brittany is so knowledgeable, and has so many different ideas for each individual pup! Brittany took the time to answer any and all of our questions and went above and beyond by checking in to make sure that the training was working for us and our fur babies! Brittany clearly knows what she is doing and we can't thank her enough for taking the time to teach us! Our household has become calmer and our relationship with our pumps has become even better thanks to Brittany's training! We are already signed up for her intermediate class, and we can't imagine training with anyone else!

I go to the grooming department here for my American Pit Terrier and he loves it here!!!! They take very good care of him and I've never been disappointed in his care. I also use the pet clinic called Banfield that's inside PetSmart and they are also very good with my dog. He's used both services for almost 3 years now and I am quite satisfied with everything they have done for my boy!

Would be a ZERO STAR, if not negative stars. Their Veterinarian obviously doesn't really care about animals, especially when it's almost time to leave for the day. We came in at 6:45pm worried about our puppy not being able to stand or sit up without falling over and seeming very weak. We were told that the Vet was getting ready to leave and that we could bring our dog back tomorrow. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? We showed up during their scheduled hours, but the vet obviously had better things to do... no time to help out an animal!!! I could go on and on about how disgusted I am with the vet there and the level of professionalism, or lack the of, but I will just say: DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE FOR ANY REASON!!!

I took my dog to get a haircut and to get his nails trimmed. It took 2 and a half hours and once we got out of the store. I noticed that he didn't get a hair cut, he was shedding a lot and his nails were still long. I'm never going to take my dog on a weekend

Employees not all on the same page when it comes to knowing policies. Called in and was told pets cant be placed on hold so I got my family ready on our day off to go adopt a cat. Upon arriving. The cat we came to see was on hold. Waiting to be adopted this evening. 16 mile round trip for our family of five to let them know we wont be getting a kitty today.

Our shy french bulldog was not the star of the class, but did make a lot of progress. By using the lessons and tips we learned in Britney’s class our puppy has continued to become a well behaved more confident part of the family.

I got my first lizard here and they were eager to help. They guy who was selling crickets was giving some great advixe on how to keep the little guy alive and healthy. You might want to make sure you are getting help from someone with experience on your pet because they sell some things that doesnt make sence (exp. Sand should not go in a starter kit for juvinial bearded dragons). I would also recomend going on their website to do a little price checking before heading in. I would recomend going there because they get excited for you and want whats best for you and your pet.

I'm not one to say bad things about people if they don't deserve it I find it hard to even do that if they do deserve it but they made me wait for a really long time before they could even get my dogs nails clipped,no one in line I am a returning customer they should have my information they did not so I had to go find it and presented to them and it took them another 30 minutes to get it put into the computer

We have been taking our 9 month old boxer Cruz to puppy training class with Brittnay. We have learned so much from her and it shows she loves what she does. She is always willing to answer any questions you may have. We highly recommend her for any dog training you may need. We are currently taking our 8 month husky puppy to training at pet smart. He is currently training with Brittney. We have only been through one course and have already learned so much! And he is behaving much better than day one and it's only been 4 weeks! Brittney is a great Trainor and always makes sure to answer any questions or concerns you may have throughout the process and knows every dog is different and how to work with each dog as an individual. We can't wait to start the intermediate course with Brittney and get our stubborn husky all trained because we know it's worth it!

The enclosures are small and even smaller at this one! How can you sell someone a terrarium when the ones you have displaying your critters are smaller than a shoebox?! Its just wrong. Get larger displays and terrariums so your animals can lounge out and be seen.

I only visit here for absolute necessity. Prices are outrageous, and you'll see a massive difference on the prices shown online versus what you see in store. In terms of comparable options - this place charged $55+ for a 3 pack of Frontline plus for dogs over roughly 40lbs. I can get the same product at Target for $42. Hard pass. The staff also seems less than willing to help, and unsure of the products they stock, where they're located, etc. And don't trust the websites indication on whether or not something is actually in stock or not.

She teaches us how to train our dog by practicing several times a day and using opportunities to take our dog to pet friendly stores such as Lowe’s, Home Depot, Zamzows, D & B, and Woodcraft so they can be exposed to different sounds, smells, people, and other dogs and still behave.

An average pet store. Make sure you RESEARCH about any animals you're going to purchase there online (adopting online is always better). Do NOT rely on the workers knowing about the animal you're purchasing, or assume all products sold in the store are safe. Hamsters, for example: pine and cedar bedding is HIGHLY dangerous for them, yet it's sold there. (Aspen and unscented paper bedding are fine.) And hamsters need chew toys, a solid wheel (grating will give them bumblefoot) and a MINIMUM of a 40 gallon tank for space; if you purchase the small Crittertrails, your hamster will be stressed and unhappy. Overall, don't trust that the products in the store are necessarily safe; ALWAYS research, and buy only the good supplies from here! The prices are comparable to online.

PetSmart has a more personal approach to pet care than most. I find the other Pet(..) to be more interested in making money on products and pets. At PetSmart you can shop while your pet gets groomed or sees the doctor. They also have a doggy care on site. My daughter started her career here as a groomer, so they encourage growth within the company and yourself. We have our pets enrolled at Banfield (their medical care) and always am inforrmed of all our pets needs. Love it

We have gotten our dogs' nails groomed here for a few years. We went a few weeks ago for their walk-in "Pawdicure" service. They are to receive nails trimmed, rounded with a grinder, paws trimmed, and a bandana. When we picked up the dogs, they did not have a bandana. When asked, the attendant said "We are out of stock." When we arrived home, it turned out that the only thing that had been done was nails clipped. For $20/each. We left town the next morning so I reached out to the corporate complaint line. They told me I would be contacted by the store's management within 48 hours. I did not hear anything. When I reached out to corporate again, they told me that the Boise manager had written that they had contacted me AND reached a resolution. I asked what that resolution could possibly be, since I had never heard from them. I have repeated this process 4 times since February 24, and have never heard a word from Petsmart, and only when I reach out to corporate do I get another email assuring I will hear ASAP. We will not be shopping at Petsmart again and will take our money elsewhere.

Save your money on the grooming you could probably do a better job! We took our husky here to be groomed, we got the Furminator package which cost us $70, when we picked up our fur baby he was still Shedding, and a couple days later he was moulting again, we were told that if we got the Furminator package it would stop the shedding and moulting for a few weeks, it didn't even last a few days. When we called to ask why he was still shedding and moulting the guy basically said sorry about your luck, but we could get him back in for another $70 the picture attached is the hair I got off of our baby after running the brush through his hair 2 hours after we got home. The thing that irrates me the most is the fact that we take our baby in so he feels cooler and if they don't do their job correctly he is the one that suffers
