I really like this Albertsons, they remodeled recently and actually got rid of self checkout kiosks. The staff are friendly and it's nice having a person run the checkout.

Store itself is great, stockers are very helpful, deli and meat dept employees are great also. Checkers are slow and borderline inept and rarely call for additional checkers when customers are lined up. Many times I've seen 1 checker during lunch hours. Bag boys/ girls are just worthless, they smash fruit/ chips/ crackers everytime if your not watching and putting your bags into your cart.

If I could give this store zero stars I would! The woman named Lisa, who I later found out is apparently the deli MANAGER, was DRUNK while working. You could smell the alcohol on her breath and she was slurring her words. Ridiculous, unprofessional and unacceptable. Something needs to be done about this. Albertsons will be liable for any and all damage this woman causes. She also obviously needs to seek help for her problem.

This is hands down my favorite store! Definitely more expensive than Winco or Walmart but the people who work here are what brings us back! Diana who works in the Deli is such a gem and always makes us smile. Justin is also amazing!

The deli and wings bar here is my son's favorite. He has autism and they are wonderful with him. They're patient and kind. Two of them (Sean and another young man) even know him by name & greet him. They have a wonderful wings bar with both boned and boneless and a variety of flavors.

Who knew that 'Joe Albertson's supermarket' could be so massive, urban chic, entertaining, satisfying, did I mention massive? Be sure to enjoy the gentrification of Meridian. (Also if you want breakfast, or sushi, or freshly made cheese, or a beer or popcorn, premade grill kabobs, chocolate or pastries you can enjoy them at this store too.)

I ran to Albertsons as a quick trip to grab some eggs last minute. I happened to grab eggs that were broken which I did not notice but Frankie, the cashier did. Without any exasperation, he ran back to get me a different dozen eggs and then proceeded to get me checked out quickly all the while being very polite. His willingness to just go get me replacement eggs stuck with me on the drive home. Today he’s the one person that did something for me and was cheerful. So thank you Frankie for your upbeat attitude and “go get em-ness”!

We used to go to Albertsons more often, but a lot of what brought us back has been in decline over the last several months. As two examples, 1. we used to enjoy the carryout chicken dinners, but lately the size of the pieces, the selection and the taste have gone down hill. 2. The fruit quality is not where it used to be. We get the fruit home and effectively need to consume that day, or else have to throw it out for mold, or over ripeness, etc... If this were just the first time, I might have waited, but given it continues to get worse, I figure it was worth reviewing. It is still our closest store, but will look for other options for dinners.

Albertsons doesn't have to be expensive if you pay attention to sale items. They have a good variety and even some items I have never seen before in any other store. The staff is very friendly. One of the nice things about Albertsons, in general, is that they have more than two cashiers available to ease long lines at the checkout, and several 10 items or less checkouts. Great if you are in a hurry.

Easy to get in get what you need and get out. Selection is good, food is fresh at the deli and bakery. Staff is polite and helpful. The only thing I didn't like is the lack of a sign indicating where the restroom is, but that's not a big deal as we just asked someone.

I like Albertsons a lot. I don't know that there are Albertson's in Utah anymore as I visited this store in Idaho. I like that their stores are organized well. They have a great selection of deli meats, cheese, salads and food "to go". Albertsons prices are reasonable and they have the lastest products.

Bea in the floral department was an absolute pleasure to work with. My fiancé, mother, and I, arrived for a brief meeting to discuss our wedding and vision. Bea really helped us to create a look that complimented the flowers we had on order from Hawaii, without knowing exactly what they would like and used some reference photos to come up with a plan. At the day of the wedding, she and our pink and white chiffon peonies arrived looking just absolutely stunning. She and her team arranged the flowers in vases for the reception tieing the rustic and romantic theme together. Flowers lasted several days after the wedding and we were able to give many of them away to friends and family. I would highly and seriously consider using Bea and Albertsons to do your next event!
