Terrible customer service. If it weren't convenient for myself, I would simply go to another pharmacy. In my opinion, I have no clue how the pharmacy is even operable from a customer service point of view. The clerk at the window is the nicest thing about this pharmacy.

I tried to fill my prescription medications which originated from a Good Neighbor Pharmacy in Guam and the Pharmacist told me they only filled psychiatric medication. He further said that even if he had them, he would not fill them since the prescription originated from Guam. I told him that I figured they could do it since they represented Good Neighbor Pharmacy. I then tried at the Walmart Pharmacy and boy was I shocked. The PROFESSIONAL pharmacy staff did their best and filled my prescription. They simply phoned the Guam pharmacy and my Doctor's prescription was simply forwarded to the Walmart Pharmacy. Pharmacist Joe and Wendy and Staff performed flawlessly and I am certain to share my experience with family, friends and co-workers. Guam may not yet be a State but us GUAManians do our part in supporting our TROOPS with the utmost respect! God Bless!
