Thos foodland has a good selection, but the parking is horrendous. The stalls I'm the parking lot are so small it's have to park a compact car in them. However, the staff at this foodland is very friendly and helpful. Every time I go to this foodland there are only 2 lines open and at least 6-7 people standing I line, when your hold a shopping basket full of stuff this is now what you want to see.

We shop here daily but now I'm going to make every effort not to! We were having a 6am birthday celebration for our daughter. We went to the store late at night to get some helium filled balloons. When we got home I was disappointed because I had finished shopping when the balloons were being filled. The guy who helped me sent the balloons to the front in a bag. I didn't notice how delflated they were. I paid for the larger balloons even! We woke up to deflated balloons. Called the store in the morning. The manager said bring them back for a refund. Got there later in the afternoon and Daisy the manager said she would charge us for extra helium and no refund. I was shocked we left early to dinner to stop and take care of this on a special day. Daisy was rude and I will not continue to spend my money at a place that could care less!

Well I shop here every week for some items. Since it's close. GREAT Hawaiian miles program. But food is quite high in comparison to Kahului. All locals here not many tourist uocountry. A lot of local foods prepared daily Fish. etc.Glad its here and open 24 hours.

This is the best of all Foodlands on the Island. Employees are helpful. The managers are polite and helpful. They make customers feel at home and happy to be there. Great place to shop. They have good stock of everything too.

I do some of my shopping at Foodland. They have most of what I need, the lines are fast and the employees are friendly and helpful. They have good sales and fresh food. The main reason I go there is the Pharmacy. There employees are very friendly and helpful.

Employees always courteous and helpful. Would prefer sushi and fresh ordered sandwiches NOT use the same preparation area. Move sushi prep area to side facing cashiers. Fresh produce are sometimes not fresh. Would prefer much more locally produced greens, if not already being done and dry produce such as onions, etc. Not into local organic greens, visually not appealing.

Five Star grocery shopping you can't be foodland. I mean it plays are great they're very friendly and helpful, and the food is always top quality. Plus they have poke bowls! I definitely would recommend foodland to anyone looking shop UpCountry.

The 7-11 of supermarkets. Sometimes it's more convenient to pay twice as much for that one thing you need from the store right around the corner, but an actual shopping trip might be cheaper at Whole Paycheck, and at least there you can get stuff not available at Safeway.

Food is expensive in Maui. If you have a membership Costco is good and has quite a bit of organic food. Foodland is 24 hrs and has a pretty good selection! :)

The woman who bagged our groceries was very rude. You can tell she does not like her job. I think her name was Gloria. I said thank you 2 times and she just looked so annoyed . Wouldn't even look at us or crack a smile. Really awkward. I'll bag my own groceries next time. Cashier was nice.

Clean grocery store with some local farmers produce. Poke and some fish available. Large choices of international and or local foods plus lots of other groceries. Daily made sushi available. Employees super friendly. Nice place to shop.

I gave it two stars because the employees are mostly nice. HOWEVER - this store is the biggest rip off anywhere!!! It makes Whole Foods look like a discount store!! WHAT A COMPLETE way to RIP OFF the locals of Hawaii - who have no idea that they could buy higher quality produce and organic foods elsewhere. DO NOT shop at this store unless you are very rich and don't care how much you spend on your groceries. One example - Poi $4.49 at Costco - OVER $8.00 at Foodland. Insane. Serious gouging!

Told cashier Debbie V. that my shopping cart had a busted wheel. I explained that I'd hit another customer and that they should tag it so it isn't used until fixed. She handed me my receipt and I waited for some action. Awkward silence...and I had to repeat everything to her again. You can't be asleep on the job. Most places would wrap a bag around the handle until it's fixed. Not this place. Their fix is parking it NEXT TO the cart return where the next person comes up and grabs it because it's already free from all the other mangled carts. Thanks Debbie V. and bag boy for solving problems. The Ready to GO food is great. The milk aisle still smells like spoiled milk and something near the register did too...something else she blew off.

I stopped at the newspaper stand on my way out and asked if it was ok to take a couple of the free foodland coupon newspaper pages. Pam behind the desk was unfriendly and said "no, only one per customer." It expires tonight and they had a big stack of them, don't understand why it would be a problem to take a couple. I asked her name and she said Pam as she walked away laughing in a condescending way. I hope this poor experience isn't representative of how they normally conduct themselves.
