I'm not a big fan of Wal-Mart in general, but it is very convenient, and because it's a Supercenter, they carry much more than the average Wal-Mart. The Self checkout section makes checking out much easier. As always, if you're looking for cheap prices, Wal-Mart is the place to go, if you're looking for quality, I recommend going to another store.

They sold a movie for 24 dollars and when we opened the case there was no movie in the case. We went back to Walmart as soon as we opened the case and they said they couldn’t do anything to help with that fact that we didn’t get the product.

I usually have pretty ok experiences here. But today was one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. I had my three kids under five with me and I am on WIC so I had several checks to cover part of my groceries. The cashier had no idea how to process them and never once asked for help. It was horrible. It took over 40 minutes for my groceries to be checked out and then by the time I got them home most of the cold food wasn’t remotely cold anymore. And I don’t live more than 5 minutes from the store. When I called to voice my concerns with a member of management he acted as though speaking to me was an inconvenience for him and basically asked me what do I expect him to do about it. It was fairly humiliating overall. I understand that WIC is complicated but they shouldn’t have someone on the registers that isn’t trained. And the managers should be a little more open to hearing complaints and trying to help out.

I love this place. I only have one problem with this store. They don't keep in enough stock. I don't like going there and then having to go to Kroger too. I just wish you would keep your shelves stocked. Especially with the fast selling items. The fact that they at Walmart expect customers to check out their own purchases is ridiculous, I don't work for Walmart so I don't feel I should have to wait on myself. I had over $200 worth of food in my cart and was told I'd have to use the self check out aisle, well when Walmart starts sending me a pay check this may happen, there were many employees in the store so no reason I should have to do this. Get it together Walmart or you will lose customers.

I didn't buy anything. Walked in and seen that there were no live check outs being operated and the self checkouts were backed up with customers that I just left. I don't have time to spend 45 minutes trying to purchase items from Wal-Mart anymore. I went and did my shopping at Hy-Vee which had a helpful smile in every aisle as well as one manning the cash register.

Went there for something that said it was in stock online... it wasn't. I don't think their online system is at all updated with what they have in store. This really isn't that typical as this is pretty similar among all stores. Store seemed to be up kept well, except for a few areas. I went and got a plant from the greenhouse, and when i went up to the register, they couldn't get it rung up and it took extra time to go and get another and then have them go and get one that they needed... it's just not really efficient for shopping if things are not perfect and the employees are not trained for those situations. But then again, nothing different you would expect from large brand store.

Just moved to the area and been here several times. The few times I’ve been in the fish area the walls are covered in green slime and half the fish are dead. This is animal neglect. The employees don’t know how to do their own credit card financing. Other than that it’s an average Walmart.

Very disappointed in the lack of service we received yesterday at Walmart at 10445 Dixie Hwy in Louisville, KY. My wife had a coupon for Hydroxycut that expires today July 7. She was told that the system wasn’t taking the coupon. The cashier called a manager over and he also said there was nothing he could do. I know it’s only $5 but what happened to just taking care of the customer? Just another reason why it’s easier to order from Amazon!!

It is suppose to have better prices, well it is not that different from any other store in our area. The only way to save any is to buy their brand "Great Value". In some instances you are given no choice but the store label. I enjoy choosing for myself the brand I want to buy. The store was relatively clean and displays ok. Aisles are to close together use cart or wheelchair. To much advertising in the aisles can't get thru. Sorry Wal-Mart, the best thing are your employees they do their best help you or get you to someone who can Good job to employees kodos!

I go here all the time oh, this is my Walmart of choice. It's clean, it's in a good part of town of the employees are usually the same faces and I like that. It's a laid-back Walmart with a laid-back atmosphere and they don't make you feel like you're stealing or look at you funny because some Walmart do that and I don't like that. I know a lot of people still but you can't treat everybody like that. This Walmart doesn't treat you like that

The main problem with this store is the fact that they do not put the customer first:EXAMPLE #1 Tell the store brass to explain to you why are at least 10 registers ,but only 2 or 3 cashiers open. Why is this happening because you don't have to pay computers by the hour.PERIOD.

Please do yourself a favor and don't be in a hurry at this store if you get there anytime after 9 am. The cashiers are cordial at best and for the most part very slow. Customers are a little, "off". Okay, they're just plain strange. If you've ever seen the YouTube "People of Wal-Mart" videos, I'm pretty sure that the bulk of those pictures were taken at this store. I'd bet money on it. I wish I were kidding but... (sigh) Okay, so the store has everything like they all do. Nothing stands out or is special about this store. Hey...it's Wal-Mart.

This Walmart is CRAZY on the weekends and has the worst layout of any Wal-Mart in this area. For some reason it has an isle layout unlike any other Walmart I've been to and if it's busy at all you are constantly getting blocked in the isles.

Of the two Walmarts in Great Falls, this one is the worst. This Walmart is a decent Walmart, but I always have to go to the other one because this one is always out of a lot of things. Also, their managers talk badly about customers in front of other customers and they do not make you feel welcome. The regular workers here are very nice. This Walmart is closer to me so I will always stop here first, but they need to step it up and match the other Walmart because the other Walmart is amazing.

They carry some products the other Walmarts do not. My only problem is the deli. I've had problems many times. Once I waited 5 minutes and was completely ignored and they weren't even busy. Today I could not get the staff to understand what I was asking. Perhaps the staff that deals with the customers need to have a better understanding of the English language.

Walmart is Walmart on its best day. So I expect the crowds and the strange atmosphere. I don't even mind the random children standing outside the door selling candy with no uniform, no sign and no adult in sight. The part that bothers me is rude employees. Like, is it my fault if you don't like your job? Don't be a pain in my butt! But on this trip, 2 out of the 4 employees I encountered were actually helpful. One actually looked for the life preserver that I wanted to buy and the hair was cheerful and pleasant. I was looking for swimming stuff, which is officially out of season now. As a result, I got a bathing suit for my daughter for $2.00 and little baby swim shoes for $5.00. So I guess guest was a fair trade off? Better the Devil you know than the Devil you don't right?

If you like broken products and one check out line at a time this is your Walmart. I moved to ofallon to avoid these things but I guess it’s just a Walmart thing. Don’t call them either at best someone will ask you to hold. To be fair I only waited 27 minutes for someone to pick up maybe 28 they could have answered my question.

The store is well stocked with a wide assortment of goods .From groceries ,furniture,auto needs. And sundry items. You can take a self service checkout or use one of their friendly checkers. Prices are reasonable. Good place for making one tripe for everything

I'm an out of state consumer, so I had never been to this location before. Tonight was my 6th experience at this store. During my shopping trips I have bought items ranging from Market and clothing, to Pharmacy, pets and Garden. Each shopping trip left me increasingly frustrated because of this Store's LAYOUT. Noone wants to have to walk across the entire store to get something from the Pharmacy area while ladened down with a cart full of groceries. The pet section is at the complete opposite end of the store from the Grocery area. People buy FOOD for their Pets. Why isn't it located closer to the Market area? The location of items you would commonly see grouped in the same area at other Walmart locations, are randomly scattered about on other aisles at this one. -Too many common items are often out of stock, some times for weeks, irregardless of the day of the week. Someone needs to get the store logistics in better shape. -Self checkout registers must have a price gun for things like bottled water, and dog food. The Cashier is often swamped, and unable to assist with scanning heavy items. I just had to leave a 32 count of bottled water for that very reason. Carts: They're not being brought back in from outside. Many of them are difficult to steer, and I have already comes across 2 that had no child safety straps whatsoever. I have never been to any other Walmart that has managed to making shopping (at one), even more difficult than it should be.

B: You're checkers should be trained on multiple payments (i.e. wic, food stamps, credit, debit, cash, check) C: You need working anti theft release tools at every register. D: The moral of your employees has been falling for the past several months. You need to address this from the bottom up. They have no investment in your store or the quality of their work. Do some good training, positive feedback, incentives, leadership training instead of bossing, and team building! At this point I have heard several customers and employees that are deciding to use other stores or find other employment based on management practices. Your products can be bought anywhere, even at home. People come to you for convenience and customer service and you are not giving them any reason to come back!

It's ridiculous that there were only 2 lines open at the south end of the store when my car was parked at the far north end. I went to this location to buy baby formula. I already checked another location and they didn’t have the type I needed. This location had one left. I had to have a staff member unlock the case for me. The lady said it will be at any cash register or you can have someone at self checkout get it for you. I went to self checkout and the lady said she couldn’t get it but she’ll have someone go get it. I waited 15 minutes and still no luck. She told me my best bet would be to go to the liquor department and they could get it cause their like was short. That took another 15 minutes because there was a lady with well over 15 items. When I got to the front, she told me that I had to go to a cashier. I waited about 20 minutes in that line because of school shopping. I was so annoyed that it took over a freaking hour to get one single item. Avoid this location at all costs!

Its 11pm on Friday and this store is ooen 24 hours but there are no open registers, just self check outs that are clogged up with people trying to ring up stuff that needs approval every 2 minutes... plus you cant move throughout the aisles due to staff members throwing inventory all over and blocking the way unapologetically... Ill go to a tru grocery store that still staffs or Target from now on! Im very tempted to leave my 2 carts and take my business elsewhere. Waited over 20 mins to get a game controller out of a case, asked 3 different employees who just wandering around who told me "they couldn't do that", or "that wasn't their department. Asked an employee behind d electronics counter who ALSO said they couldn't help. Ended up putting my groceries down and leaving due to lack of customer service, and lack of ANY employee who was willing to help. I walked next door and paid 5$ extra GLADLY at GameStop who were very helpful. I would have paid 10$ more if it meant not dealing with such incompetence at this Walmart. Save yourself some time and shop elsewhere. Big corporations like this lack customer service because they care more about lining the CEOs wallet instead of training better employees.

Needed to stock up on some basic essentials. Grocery department was not well stocked in some areas in the brands and multiple type things like mashed potatoes and vegetables. Hope it was just temporary since it is the beginning of the month. Glad I have enough to last a few days to see if they are restocked. Otherwise found most everything I needed. Prices were actually lower here than others places I've shopped at (but that's probably a state thing as I just moved from California). Thought it was funny that their Tide Pods were locked in security boxes. Only complaint I had was the checkout lines. I've never spent so much time waiting to checkout. There were 6 lines open and the self checkout wrapped into the produce section. It might've just been a busy time of the day though.

I have a household of 10 and shop at this Walmart almost daily. The amount of money I spend at this store would probably make the average man pass out. However, this morning, I had the worst experience. They had a TV advertised on their website for $30. Not only that but the website had 4 in stock. Then, I checked a half hour later and the website said they only had 3 left. So I got toddlers dressed and rushed over there. Not only did they not have the TVs, which honestly was fine, I get it. But the way I was treated was worth noting. The first guy typed the UPC in and it said the store had 4. He didn't go look in the back and said, "I don't know, must be a black Friday sale." It's almost May! Why would you advertise something from November. The second person said she same thing, didn't look in the back either. And finally the assistant manager said sorry I'll update it. No one looked, no one helped me find a different TV. I would have spend $60 or $80 but no one offered any other deals. I used to spend my money here, but looks like this time, I'll be taking my business somewhere else. I'm sure Walmart doesn't care but my $500-800 I spend there weekly I'm sure a local grocer would love more since your service was very horrible today over a $30 TV.

I’m a regular customer of the O’Fallon location. I usually shop late at night, especially on Friday after work. Typically the shelves are stocked pretty good. The only bad thing is that I was just there yesterday and their were no carts in the cart area. I had to go back out into the parking lot and get my own cart. I even brought an extra cart for an old lady. People were looking around like this is b.s...Then most of the Gatorade was sold out and I was disappointed by that. Other than that I had a good experience.

Never enough registers open and shelves are always empty, if you are going to shop there best get there early, and management is no help. I went in at 11pm one night to get dog food after working real late, the floor for that area was all blocked off and the employee would not let me go get the dog food. When I asked a manager if she would get it for me she said to me " its blocked off for a reason and I am not going to get it" whatever happened to customer service?

This Walmart is our preferred store in Omaha. The layout is nice and it has pretty much everything that you need. They offer Ship To Store and Grocery Pickup. The store was recently remodeled so it feels new. They added several self check outs for those in a hurry. The only negative is the lack of cashiers. They appear to be focusing on self check out vs. an actual cashier.

I avoid Walmart as much as possible and this evening's trip just reminded me why. The employees are mostly rude and malodorous. The staging of products is ridiculous. It's nearly impossible to find what your looking for and if you do your likely to have to stand and wait for 23 minutes while a 52 yo woman in spandex yoga pants that serve only to extenuate each and every roll on her legs and rear stands in front of the item your trying to get at. Not to mention the tendency people have to park their cart and 4-8 children in the center of the aisles so that lines of patrons back up on either end of the aisle. Thank God for target.

The store is very dirty and has an order. I went to the ladies restroom and I could you not the Leith health filthy it was not just the stalls the sinks were so dirty the floors everything. To me it looked like they needed to take a pressure washer and bleach in there it was that bad.

The 5 Cashier's they have working have no sense of humor. The produce scales are 1/2 of a pound off. So you think your getting a pound and your actually getting 1.5. Also some products we tried purchasing were not in the correct places apparently on the shelves as we thought the price was 9 dollars and it turned out to be 19.98. that again is misleading. All in all I would say if your shopping here watch the prices as they ring them up because it more then likely will be higher then you anticipate.

The produce is generally good, and the meat selection is fine. It's nice that a lot of the checkouts are self checkout. Definitely helps with the in and out shoppers.

I had brain surgery a few weeks ago... Now with that being said I was in the store trying to purchase a car seat for my 2 yr old but 1. I can't lift it and 2. It won't fit it the lil cart that I was riding around in. Now someone was paged to come and help me... And they never showed up. Smh not to mention the rude guy Wayne at the door watching the carts. Pharmacy staff there are very incompetent. They’ve always have problems with refills. Every time we go for pick ups, the refills are never ready even though we get a phone call saying it’s ready for pick up. we always pick up the same prescriptions and for some reason they always have to verify before handing them out. It’s ridiculous. Lesson learned. Stay away from them.

I frequently go to this Walmart, and I have to say what a POOR experience it has become. One checkout line open. I hate the self checkouts....especially when you have a cart full of groceries. And then they don’t even have the big self checkout open, it’s the small ones. So after working 14 hours, the last thing I want to do is check my self out and struggle with a small section to bag my things when I have a FULL cart of groceries. Stopped by the Chubbuck ID Tire Center pretty close to their closing time one evening. My vehicle's tire had a fast leak and I needed to drive to Salt Lake City that evening. I didn't want to make the long drive on the spare and there was no way I would have made it with the leak. The staff repaired the tire where as most places would have said that it was too close to closing and would have sent me on my way. Was able to make my trip safely and can't thank them enough! I truly appreciated their assistance and professionalism!

This location is the largest Walmart we've been to yet. Even so, parking near the front was easy. The parking lot is cleanly and visibly lined and organized. Of particular notice though was the small selection of kids' clothes. We went there for pants for our 11 year old. With only a couple of pairs to choose from we came out empty-handed.

They keep running out of electric scooters so I have to wait for someone to get done or come back later other then that I love Walmart they always have the best prices and if they don't they have the price match guarantee and then they do against there's usually handicap parking and if not I just drive around a couple times until one opens up so no big deal everybody is usually helpful at this one even if it's busy still friendly and helpful they almost always restock right away so they have very little problems with running out of any items if they do one of the employees will be happy to go in the back and grab you one so I would definitely recommend shoping here you won't regret it. This place sucks they say one thing and do another I found a tree in the green house on a cart the top of the tree had died but I was coming back drone the roots a smaller tree was coming up and inasj the how much they said it was marked off and it is going in the trash so they can't sell it and I wanted the tree even more no because it was alive and they where going to just kill it so I ask them if they wood let me take it then they was no i ask if they set it by the dumpster can I pick it up they said no they are going to crush it i ask if there was a manager that might be able to sell it to me so they call one over he said there was nothing he could do I ask him if they are just going to trash it can i take it and give them money and they can put the cash I that pockets and look the other way he said no it's against policy so I ask for the district managers number becuz I felt bad for the tree and crushing a live plant just seems wrong to me and he said he can't give that out and so I called the store and ask for the number and the guy on the phone said he can't give out the number what can he do to help I told him what just happened and he said if they have the tree still that I can get it I had just let and got a drink form the gas station and by the time it took me to go to the gas station and back the got crush the tree so not a place I go to after that

Worst walmart ever made. Seriously, it's just terrible in here. I'm sure that at least 50% of the videos on People of Walmart are filmed in here. The store is always filthy and there are never, EVER enough cashiers to help people. Today there were 3 lines open, at least 6 people in each line waiting with full carts and the cashiers move slow as dirt. I'm in line and the cashier turns her light off and says that all the people in line have to move to another one, after we've been waiting forever. Screw it, I left my cart full of items right there and left.

The two day free shipping is a great alternative to Amazon Prime since there is no annual fee. The free ship to store is great as well. I did have to wait a few minutes even though I checked in through the app when I was on my way like they suggested. Great prices on tons of products. Well, I used to really love Wal-Mart but they have changed a few things..First of all they used to have benches throughout the store at end of isles so people who can't navigate a huge store as theirs, all at 1 time..could sit and rest a bit before going on..Many elderly, pregnant women and those with health problems and disabilities could rest ...Now nothing..i'm sure lots of folks stopped shopping for many of those reasons..also people that have younger kids and have to bring them shopping..Little ones can only walk so far at a time.. Another complaint is that you only have 30 days to return items and are limited to how many times you can return items. In these rural areas it may be too far to just go return items in time limit of 30 days..Alot of elderly, disabled, Veteran's and farmers get paid only once per 30 days or longer and can only get to store 1 day per month or longer..So you can see problem.. Now if you shop frequently you may have the need to return items more than 3 times per year..Be realistic...please.. Another complaint is that I received a Canadian cheche or money order from my Grandfather in Canada and they wouldn't cash even being guaranteed..Now, I have to call my 82 yr old Grandfather that although the gift was very appreciated I can't get it cashed..All the banks said go to Wal-Mart..They will cash..Oh yeah?? NOT.. So for now, I just can't give Wal-Mart 5 stars anymore..I think instead of driving all that way and spending 50 minutes each way to go to our closest Wal-Mart, we will just buy local and alot closer to home where we are appreciated and treated so.. Hope you have better visit to Wal-Mart than we have had..

Just got my money snatched straight from the cashier withdraw, no one at Walmart did anything about it as they saw everything go down. They first told me that customer service would take care of the issue but not only they didn’t do anything, they wasted so much time that the person that stole my money had more than enough time to run away. The first time I was here, I witness shoplifting in this location and employees saw it happening, but they didn’t seem to give a damn. I always avoided this location after this, it’s the 2nd time here and just stopped by to buy a couple of items since I was driving by, and decided to withdraw some money, never again I’ll set foot here. Go to any other Walmart location, this is the worst Walmart I’ve been in my life! Everyone knows that Walmarts for the most part are not fancy and can be pretty ratchet (I can deal with some ratchetness), but this place is as ghetto and dangerous as it gets. This Walmart is definitely dirty. But they are one of few stores open overnight, and of course super cheap. They also seem to have more variety of products compared to the other local walmarts. This walmart is Huge. Nothing like that in Canada. The assortment and stock better than Target which was low stock for back to school. The staff we met at Walmart were very helpful. The downside is most tills are automated and the manned ones are very busy. Automated have cameras all over and it is kinda creepy. Peaches were pretty hard and need to ripen at home for few days. Overall a great well stocked store.

Walmart is now turning to American made products. Way to go Walmart! In the store you can pretty much find everything including groceries. There's a Subway, haircut, eyeglass Center, help desk, you can order online and pick-up in store. Pharmacy is available and I did receive my flu shot there. It did not hurt LOL

Offers a wide variety of items. Maybe I'm just getting old, but I've been fairly disappointed in the toy section for a few years now. Their clearance section is fun to check. Craft section is fun, sometimes they have fabric on clearance. They have a wide assortment of paint at much more affordable prices than everywhere else in town. Grocery department has some stuff that I can't find anywhere else in town, which I really appreciate. Good one stop shop. I say 4 star because I feel like they could put more into updating the interior, such as the floors are in great need of replacing at this point and it isn't something fixed by mopping.

I went to this store for fuel. Fuel station in loctated in good spot. Fuel grade 81, 87 and 91 is available. Little bit congestion is there in there due to trucks parking.

Best Walmart in Montana. The workers are constantly srocking shelves so it is extremely rare.for them to out of stuff. The customer service is amazing and 99% of the checkouts are open. Wish every Walmart was like this one.

I called the Walmart in Laurinburg@ 10:38pm. I could not get anyone pick in the department l had concerns. Customers Service would not pick either. Does close at 10pm or 12 midnight. I am somewhat scratching my head. I will try again another day.

This Walmart is a 24 Hour store. It being, besides gas stations and casinos, being one of the only businesses open late at night, (most Helena businesses close earlier than what I'm used to being from Zoo-Town)) This Walmart is the only one in Lewis & Clark County, actually the only one within a 2 hour radius, It's a 4 not a 6 star because of Free RV parking for weeks. In the back of the parking lot you know. Also its quite easy to find a less than enthused employees trying to get through the day.

Save your receipt THEY WILL NOT DO A RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITHOUT IT. Today I tried to exchange a $15 item that I purchased a week ago and lost the receipt (I wanted to upgrade the item and pay MORE) . Apparently now Walmart is just treating every person without a reciept like a thief. This is infuriating. Ive spent thousands of dollars in your store AND worked for you for almost 8 years to be denied an EXCHANGE for a $15 dollar item? Absolutely absurd. The last time I was in this Walmart there was employees fighting.
