The staff can be helpful if you catch them At the right time with the right people. The store seems to stay stocked and I have never left without what I went for. Overall it covers its bases without going over. The grooming salon doesn’t seem to be open often.

Super selection of reptiles, fish, birds, and cats. Even more vast selection of foods for all pets, especially dog food. Nice pet grooming set up with reasonable pricing. A nice clearance selection too

Great Pet Smart to shop at, a fairly new store, that is packed full of everything you need! A huge fish section with friendly staff ready to help. A beautiful adoption center, with fur babies ready for a great home!

The petsmart I went to there where three snakes in one 10 gallon ! I have two snakes I have separated in two tanks this is ridiculous behavior but staff is nice also fish have been found dead by customers and not staff they seem to not care for the environment that these animals are living in .

I went in yesterday like I normally do to get my dogs food. I asked the manager of the store if she could order a different flavor other than chicken and she basically told me "No". I spend at least $100.00 a month in this store. You would think in order to keep customers they would do what they can to please them.

My family couldn't be more excited to get a Petsmart here in Milledgeville! We have had to order pet food online since we moved here, or reluctantly gone to Petsense, which is considerably more expensive with a small selection. Before we moved going to Petsmart with the fur babies was a weekly thing to pick up food and they enjoyed going there. Now we can start doing this again and have a more convenient place to buy food at a better price. This new store is very nice and staff is super helpful and friendly. The cat room that has the shelter cats is also very nice. As someone who has volunteered at the shelter with those same cats, was awesome to see them completely relaxed and content in their new temporary homes. I hope they get adopted and then new ones can move in. Bring your pets and maybe find new ones!!

This is for our January 25, 2018 visit. It was our first visit to Milledgeville's new PetSmart. It won't be our last. This PetSmart is large, well stocked, clean we'll arranged. The people with whom we dealt were friendly and courteous. Prices seemed fair and at least one of the items we purchased were on sale. The parking lot is easy to get into and leave. There is a traffic light at one entrance. We had a very good experience here and will go back.

I took my 2 dogs for grooming here and they butchered them! Both dogs were bleeding and had razor burns. One of my dogs was traumatized for over a month! He is a very social dog and would hardly come out of his kennel! Stay away from here!

Of course they have everything you need but usually at higher prices compared tractor supply or walmart. But they often have good sales. Today we got close to $200 worth of animals supplies for $52 so it's always worth stopping by . And sometimes they are they only place that has what you need.

Way too pricey. Some employees just don't have the knowledge I need. My 5 stars goes to Video Bazaar. Its owner operated, they groom 6 days a week. If she doesn't have it she can get it. Otherwise try Amazon
