I have purchased duty free items but it never made it to my flight. my flight was delayed and they just closed shop. I have been trying to contact them. The voice mailbox is full and the email through contact us is unanswered. I don't know how to get my money back, not to mention the disappointment of not having my carefully selected purchase. No refund on my credit card either.

Almost missed our flight because a liquor bottle (purchased as a gift) wasn't in the correct International Bag. Sloppy service. Don't trust them, verify everything on your own. I learned the lesson the hard way.

I recently used the online order process to order a carton of Marlboro red king and a carton of Marlboro red 100. Since I read that others had trouble with their orders recently, I called the store and asked if they sent my purchase to my gate. The gentleman that answered asked my name and the products I ordered and assured me that they would be there because he remembered personally filling the order. When I recieved my package it contained two cartons of the WRONG KIND. So I gave them two stars because the order almost got fulfilled. Either this place needs to fix their computer system, or someone needs more training. P.S. To the proprietor, if this helps, the person that filled my order was a black man working in the early morning of March 7th 2018.

A Big ZERO. They never brought our purchases to the Gate. Crew called and they were non responsive. Don t buy from them. Unless you want to feel mugged. Bad service. I am out of my cash and don t have the gift for my friend.

I am on an international flight with an international boarding pass and got told we can't sell you anything because our computer doesn't recognize your flight and we are to lazy to do anything to confirm your flight and take your business.

There is a 50 percent chance they’ll actually decide to come to the gate to deliver your purchased items. They don’t take inconsideration why people buy these items. It would be nice if they had employees that actually showed up to the gate and if they do show up it would be nice if they came when the first person boards the aircraft not when the last person boards.
