Like any VA hospital, your experience will depend on what clinic and staff member you encounter. I give 4 stars for the number of services the hospital provides and their responsiveness to call me back when I have questions. I have encountered rude staff but I've also encountered very professional and attentive staff and that's who I give these 4 stars to.

This hospital is amazing. Recently had to have a stent placed in my carotid artery in order to help prevent another stroke. The care they took in every aspect of my treatment gave me confidence and instilled trust to get me through the operation.

You can't complain about this pharmacy. Call ahead and order is done in the time frame they say. Pull up, give them my ID and my bag of meds is dispensed. It's the ultimate pharmacy experience!

A 2 month backlog for prescribed meds for a service connected disability that I can (thankfully) buy OTC anywhere else? If a private sector pharmacy did this, they'd go bankrupt. Whomever has been running this show for the last year needs to seek out private sector employment and see how long they remain employed. What a punch in the face to America's veterans. It used to be great, but something drastically changed.

C. James Haley Veterans Hospital is a phenomenal Hospital every service that I've got there including all my surgeries all my joint replacements everything was absolutely perfect... Is not a local hospital that I could probably compete with them. When you go there they take care of what you came there for before you leave the hospital and if they see anything else in an x-ray or a state helping you dress if they see something they take care of it they don't tell you to go see another doctor or go to report this to your primary they take care of it right then and there even if it extend your stay in the hospital. I cannot say enough about this hospital... doctors, the nurses, attendants which cares for for every medical request. My hat's off to James a Haley Hospital every veteran is treated with the utmost care compassion and love I think the administration for displaying such leadership that it's on every level of a hospital. Hoorah
