The staff at Pill Box are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They were able to get the medication I needed the day of, when other pharmacies in town were going to take 2-3 days. The service was prompt and the pharmacy technicians were helpful in going over side effect info.

Actual rating is a ZERO?! I called to if they Recv my script for a walker with seat and wheels. Day 1: they hung up or transferred to the voicemail. A lady told me they denied me and she said they didn't recvd my script. I said, then who denied. They hung up on me. No one seems know what they are doing. Today, we called up there up there and were told they covered all of it. That was not true either....

I joined Bill and the team almost 10 years ago and I've never looked back or regretted my decision. They are always so helpful, knowledgeable, fast, usually not waiting too long, and not on any occasion, have I ever had to go somewhere else because they didn't have the meds I needed. Now, I have had to make a second trip on 2 occasions because they ran short on the amount of meds they had on hand. But they didn't charge me for the meds until I came back for the rest. That hasn't happened for several years. Also, they do deliver, have used that service once, boy was that nice. Couldn't leave work to go get my script and they wouldn't have been open when I got off work. As I had misplanned the duration of the script- I was out, so delivery was a bonus and it was only a small additional fee. Give them a try, you'll be nicely surprised!

I used to give this establishment a 5 star rating but since Bill and Sherry Winn retired and their son took over the service has gone downhill. I remember Bill or Sherry would greet us and "gave us that personal care". When you try to contact Greg, most of the time you won't get to speak with him. Sometimes when I call, the technician would put you on hold, and...hang up on you. How frustrated one gets, especially if you've been a customer since late 1980s. One of many questions I have for the pharmacist...on my many prescriptions which are only allowed a thirty day refill. But WHY do you wait past 2-3 days to fill it and then wait another day or two until you deliver it.(maybe if I missed many doses, I might make it until I receive the refills) Then I would be non- compliant with the doctor and my home nurse. An example happened just last week on my heart medicine. It was suppose to be refilled before the 29th of January but you refilled it on the 29th of January. Then when my home nurse requested the refill, you wanted to wait until the 2nd of Feb. Are you trying to get rid of your customers or have them expire? Another incident is my nebulizer whom the Dr. insists I take it 4 times a day. Because you say there isn't money to pay for all of months supply. But on the box the scrpt says take 1 vial 4 times a day. You gave me( after requesting this med 3 times) two boxes totaling 48 vials. For a senior with over thirty medicines taken daily, how am I to calculate this for the month....and when the doctor repremands for not taking my meds.....I will point to you Pill Box. It seems like the last 5-6 months we (my home nurse and I) have been calling multiple times for the meds we requested. It would be nice to have my meds delivered on time and not wait, or having to wait because you don't have that med in your store, and then have to REMIND you that we've requested the meds. Get With It! or you may be losing customers.
