I gave 2 stars because (ONE MAN IN PARTICULAR) treats the People of Marcus hook, and the neighbouring towns like they are all worthless pigs. With no clue as to what a good place these towns once were, And the struggles we've all dealt with (SCINCE HE'S FROM NO WHERE NEAR HERE!!!!). He's done everything to make my whole FAMILYS life miserable (JUST AS HE ALWAYS IS!! ). He is not shy to show he (HATES THE CUSTOMERS, AS WELL AS THE JOB.) MY FAMILY HAS BEEN WITH THAT PHARMACY SCINCE THE ORIGINAL OWNER, WHO NEVER ALOWED HIS STAFF TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THEY WERE A CRAPPY INCONVIENCE, OR HANG UP IN YOURE FACE WHILE YOURE STILL SPEAKING. I AM GOING TO PULL MY FAMILY OUT AFTER 20 YRS BECAUSE I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF HIM, AND HIS IGNORANT ATTITUDE. ONE MAN CAN RUIN A WHOLE BUSINESS IF THE OWNER ISNT CAREFUL, OR PERHAPS DOSENT CARE HIMSELF. BY THE WAY I HATE LEAVING REVIEWS ON ANYTHING. BUT THIS IS PRACTICALY IN MY OWN BACK YARD. (NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED LESS THAN HUMAN.) IF YOU'VE EVER DONE BUSINESS THERE YOU'LL KNOW WHO I'M TALKING ABOUT. UNLIKE HIM I DONT DELIBERATELY TRY AND HUMILATE PEOPLE, SO I WONT SAY HIS NAME. I'M SURE THE CUSTOMERS ALREADY KNOW!!!! Remember you get back, what you put out 10 fold!!!.

I've never felt the need to write a review on any place in my life until today. This is the most unprofessional and rudest pharmacy I've ever experienced in my life. I really hope they learn how to adjust their attitudes and learn how to talk to people. Don't get into the medical or pharmecutical field if you don't know how to treat people because maybe they weren't aware that you're going to be dealing with people all day long! A bit of advice, get some customer service experience as soon as possible. I've worked in the medical field for many, many years and if any one of them where my employees, they would be fired immediately. You're dealing with mostly sick people and a little compassion and less attitude goes a long way!
