I absolutely love everything about this pharmacy! The pharmacists and techs are so personable, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Not only do they bend over backwards to provide the best care for each and every person who walks in there, they take the time to talk with you, and enthusiastically greet you by name each time they see you. They are proactive and don't hesitate to be your advocate if there is an issue or discrepancy with your medication or prescriber, most times without me asking! I work for a local Dr.'s office and hear all about our patients' insurance/pharmacy issues obtaining needed meds. Recently, we've been referring patients to them for some meds that are unavailable/unobtainable at their usual chain pharmacy, and they've been able to provide them despite the scarcity. Incredible service and staff!!!

I rarely write reviews however this please deserves it!! I sincerely urge you to stop in and see what Dover Community Pharmacy is all about!! My husband and I recently moved to the area and we take a pretty good amount of medications between the both of us we tried Walmart and Rite Aid even Walgreens and we kept bumping in to the same problem over and over again where our medications we're never kept in stock the wait times were outrageous and the pharmacist we're always under educated and rude!! That's when we gave Dover Community Pharmacy a try and honestly I have been blown away by this please if more businesses we're just like them!! The moment you walk through the door you are immediately welcomed by everyone working there whether they are busy or not they all take the time to stop what they're doing to say hello!! The atmosphere inside the pharmacy is truly amazing very welcoming and the pharmacist have a great sense of humor that will keep a smile on your face!! Not to mention the wait times if that's what you would like to call it because from the moment I arrive to leave the longest I have waited has been 10 minutes to be honest I wish they took longer feeling my medication just so I can enjoy being in there! They are always happy and willing to answer any questions you have and always have medications in stock. I love how they work with the customer to try and find the cheapest price for their medications. If you haven't already stopped by just give them a try they are located right off of 313 and you can't miss the big truck that says Dover Community Pharmacy parked out front I promise that you will not be sorry you stopped by and you yourself will come to them for all of your Pharmacy needs!!

Very disappointed yesterday on Saturday November 17th I went in to get my medicine and they told me they were out and that they would be getting them on a truck later that day and that they would come in for an hour Sunday morning to distribute the medicine for those who did not get there’s I was told I would get a phone call Sunday morning to come get my prescription that I have been out of for two days now and this prescription is very important to my recovery and they have yet to call me back and let me know what’s going on!! Unfortunately I am locked into this pharmacy and it is the only pharmacy I can use due to my insurance and I’m very disappointed that they would lie to me just to tell me what I wanted to hear and then they don’t let me know anything when they said they would. I have called there several times since 7am and no reply. I do not usually turn to reviews but I can’t understand why they would tell me one thing and not stick to there word. Once again I’m highly disappointed

Z and Chris are.ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! They are always so quick and friendly!! You dont have to worry about refills, they keep track of everything for you. Every single time you walk in there your script is ready. If you have to get it filled the longest I think I have ever waited in the past few years is around 5 minutes... I recommend EVERYONE TO GO HERE!!

Hands down the best pharmacy in the area . They treat everyone with respect and dignity. The blonde gentleman gives exceptional customer service so does everyone else there . If your tired of Rite Aid , CVS , Walgreens and the likes , I highly recommend this pharmacy .

Superb service with a smile! Convenient handicap parking, well lit and a professional but also personable staff made for a wonderful experience. Chris greeted me when I came in and within 3 minutes I had my consultation and my prescription at a very reasonable price! Wow! They have a variety of items in stock also so you can pick up those last minute items. Everyone was working, they had a smile on their faces, it must be a great place to work. 5 stars for everyone, but they really deserve 10 stars.

They are an amazing staff locally owned and operated. They went the extra mile to get my prescription the doctor forgot to send over. They also offer a delivery service and they are preferred provider for most insurance companies
