You have all the information of people who purchased the products and services of CVS (Pharmacy) in the state of Delaware.
To this day this business has a rating of 3.1 over 5 and that rating has been calculated on 36 reviews.
You may have noticed that the average of ratings that it reaches is discreet, neither too high nor too low, and it's based on a high number of reviews, so we can conclude that the evaluation is quite credible. If there are many people who bothered to rate when they've done well with the business, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to set evaluations when these are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Pharmacy is classified in the category of Drug store.
After trump won the election we got assaulted by 3 skinheads that appear to have recently purchased their outfits, we believe the outfits were given to people after receiving CVS flu shots. Do not take the flu shots or you will turn into a nazi.
This place is ALWAYS dirty, and the people that works there they don like to help. And also, don't like to do these job. The machine of the the coupons been out of work for months and they said that for the (huracane) they can't go to fix it. And the Huracane Matthew did not came to Miami.
Rude and Un willing to check with other cvs stores when the answer is, sorry, we're out of that, which is frequent.
The cashiers are not very friendly and act like they don't want to be there.
Poor inventory and selection. Only get meds from CVS, yet this location didn't have it?
Extremely helpful!
Rude
This CVS saved my life multiple times during our 2 day stay before a cruise. Every time we realized we forgot something, or remembered something that we should have brought, CVS came to the rescue!
It's dirty and the staff turnover is bad. I rather go to newcastle/naaman rd or 202. Bathroom is unbelievable
A lot of products to choose from day to day basis
It's sad, but this is the closest thing to a grocery store in downtown Louisville. The drug store side of the business is kept well stocked, although prices are high. Lots of stuff is kept locked up to prevent theft. The "grocery" side of the store tends to run out of stock on things. The wine selection is pretty good for what's essentially a convenient store, the beer selection is typical of a gas station in the cut. Can find some decent deals on candy after holidays. Service is hit or miss.
The pharmacy staff is excellent!! Have had an insurance glitch in other pharmacies that was a terrible problem and the folks at this pharmacy straightened it out, and it is never a problem any more! It was a headache for them which they solved and were very very nice about it. Very professional!
Good Service!
Was racially profiled by this manger... That removed his name tag once I started recording. SMH This was a very sad situation.
Just like any other CVS store. No more no less!!!
Friendly staff and fun selection of things to look at. However the store seems a little small and there were some bare looking shelves which doesn't look good in retail. Some of the cosmetics had been opened and were still on the shelves.
This CVS has been a welcome presence in downtown Wilmington. It really has no competition. The store is spacious, well-stocked and clean, but that's not what makes this place stand out. It's the outstanding pharmacy that makes this chain store noteworthy. The friendly and professional staff go out of their way to help customers. That makes me want to return to the store even if the purpose of my visit is nothing more than a pack of gum.
I've never had a bad experience printing photos before this. Several of my photos were cropped poorly, removing half of people's heads, and one 8x10 was printed in the wrong orientation. I stopped in to politely ask for those mistakes to be corrected and instead of trying to find a solution then and there, I was abruptly told they couldn't help and I'd have to re-order online, giving them the misprinted photos when I came to pick the reprints up (I'm ok to show them the mistakes, but don't really want to hand over family photos to strangers ... even if most of the people only have half a head). It was just handled poorly in the store, making it an easy choice to take my business elsewhere going forward. I'll go back to printing everything at Staples. Lower prices and better service.
Perfect!!!!
It's CVS...
Worthless pharmacy. Rude interns, non-existent customer service, scripts are rarely ready when they are supposed to be- despite the fact that they call multiple times a day to remind you to pick up said scripts (even after being asked specifically to stop calling). Can't count the times I've gone during listed "pharmacy hours" to see that they've closed early. Extremely disappointing compared to what the service was years ago.
Clean store. Friendly staff. Accessible location.
Understaffed
Service is good. Good located and it's 24 hours
Really convenient. Pretty nice staff. However plan for a long wait because rarely is it a smooth pick up at the pharmacy. Go through the same hoops and run arounds with the same prescription all the time.
Russ in the pharmacy was very generous with his time when I needed a second round of Tamiflu for my little girl after a late night at the doctor’s office. Thank you!
Super expensive, messed up my prescription last week and wouldn't exchange it because I left the store
This has to be the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Twice now, we have driven to the pharmacy for a prescription after a sick visit to the doctor for our daughter. Both times, the script "wasn't there" when we arrived (both times I called the doctor who confirmed they were sent) and then took forever to fill. The staff is less than helpful and almost comes off as rude during the transaction. We will be switching pharmacies and going back to Walgreens.
Just a normal CVS. Kinda clostraphobic and unclean but it gets the job done.
Not bad.
I got there 5 mins before they closed for diapers and the door was already locked
I grabbed 3 items none of which had bar codes or prices. The guy at the counter was a sweetheart but when the supervisor Corinne got involved she huffed and puffed an attitude the entire time and actually made a bigger longer ordeal. I cant believe this girl is employed by anyone.
Poor customer service from pharmacy. They will have scripts for 48 hours and it takes you calling them to find out either they don't have it in stock, and if they do they make you wait 2 more hours to fill it.
Amazing customer service from Antson and Rebbecca they were very attentive and helpful with all of my questions. Really good floor management and attentiveness
Wow. Hand down, the worst CVS I have ever been to, regardless of the time of day or day of the week. It’s the only drug store within walking distance from the cruise terminal, leaving me little choice but to purchase ‘must-have’ items here. Absolutely horrendous customer service - some of the worst I have witnessed. This place needs an overhaul.
(Translated by Google) The name says it all. Excellent store (Original) El nombre lo dice todo. Excelente tienda.
I ordered photos yesterday for today pick up. Instead of calling me yesterday or even today to tell me they did not have the supplies they just waited until I went to pick them up to tell me they didn't have what I ordered
If I could give 0 stars I would. My husbands company requires we use CVS Caremark. I am diabetic and have to go without my medication because they keep putting my medication on hold for payment. Even when I hold a statement in my hand stating I have ample money in my account. I gave them 5 different card # and my medication is on hold. I had to get angry and talk to management before ANYTHING was resolved. If you are seeking this company to use for your employees DON'T. I've waited a month for my medication that I need to live healthy.
Go to Walgreens a few blocks down! I come here frequently and they are always way understaffed and the staff they do have us very rude. The tall man working the registers is the rudest of them all.
Nick, the pharmacist was very nice and helpful.
They screwed with the lay out of the store so where something used to be aint there any more.
They are always helpful and generally have what I need.
They literally never have any of the medication I need at this location. They always say they can’t tell me when they will have more or that it will be something like two weeks before they can fill a prescription. Obviously there is lack of organization or oversight because most of the medications I need are very common and not controlled substances. They should be stored on hand at the pharmacy. This location is a huge waste of time. Better to just go to a different CVS location.
Disgusting manners to tourist People. Some girl with glasses yelled at me with no reasson and I left the store with my family.
I stopped in yesterday to switch to this pharmacy and the two women I spoke to were so nice!! Walgreens stopped selling one of my prescriptions, but thankfully CVS still carries it. I gave the pharmacist my information and they got everything switched over so quickly. I was able to pick up my prescription later that day. The pharmacy manager even went the extra mile to make sure it would be covered by my insurance. I'm so happy I made the switch and look forward to future interactions with staff at this location.
don't know what the other people are thinking but we have been shopping at CVS Delaware Ave Ever since they have opened and have had nothing but great service , especially in the pharmacy with all associates , we live in Bear and have two CVS Stores within 2 miles and insist on going to De. Ave store we travel I 95 to and from work and it's very convenient to hop on and off Thank all of this stores associates for us
Nice modern store relatively inexpensive good parking cashier was a little slow though only one on duty I don't think there's enough employees in the store
Worst customer service experience ever. Went through the self-checkout (because the line was rapped around the store) at the end of my transaction it didn't print a receipt. Told the older lady behide the counter if she could reprint or fix it due to the fact I'm on a business trip and needed all my receipts. Can't remember her name, older African American lady with super short blonde hair and glasses. She replied in a very ugly loud tone that she wasn't fixing it and it wasn't her problem. I was in shock over how rude she was! Horrible!!
Normal CVS
They do a poor job of helping people with getting prescriptions from the doctors office. They also are not willing to answer questions you may have regarding prescriptions. I am under the impression that Iowa law requires a pharmacist to explain all new prescriptions which they most definitely have not yet done in the 5 I have gotten from them. Also when i was trying to ask a question in the drive through, the tec closed the window with a less than complete answer.
Bathrooms aren't public? Casheir told me this
Good customer service
Very unprofessional and arrogant personnel. This store is in an urgent need of intensive training for better customer service. The worse CVS I’ve ever been in. Except for people working in the pharmacy section this store is really sucking. They use a very cheap camera to take passeport pictures which leaves a very visible shadow on background and is more expensive than other stores that take pictures with a more professional camera. This branch needs updates URGENTLY!!!
Excellent pharmaceutical
Rude night crew
I have shopped here and I like it
Extremely convenient. Open 24/7
Not happy, I work downtown at a hospital. I had my doctor call in some med for me that I could pick up on my way from work. Your pharmacy close at 7:pm, hospital staff get off from at 7:pm. shame on you, You are located in walking distance to five hotels Lord help the out of town visitor that need a prescription called in by their doctor for a emergency medical care.
Pharmacist goes out of his way to cover all bases and concerns. Always receive a friendly greeting when I enter the store.
Always made it very difficult to get my meds and never followed through with what they said they were going to do I'm never going there again.
Great prices. Great selection of items. Friendly/helpful employees!!
Just in the process of transferring all my prescriptions to CVS. Great customer service so far!
The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional and consistently rude. They even refused to transfer a prescription to another pharmacy when they didn't have any in stock once though it's a regular practice for any other pharmacy I've dealt with. Avoid this cvs to save yourself an unnecessary headache.
I went to CVS pharmacy to fill my prescriptions as usual and met Jeff who was the pharmacist that was helping me at the time. Not only was he kind and understanding, but also helped me save a lot of money on my prescriptions. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. He was actually working alone that day and he was multitasking and running the pharmacy very efficiently. I would definitely recommend that you fill your prescriptions at this CVS store #04613. Thank you so much Jeff for helping and taking care of me as a customer. You have definitely set the standard very high as a professional in the medical field. CVS Store#04613- Pharmacist name: Jeff
Every time I go in with my brown service dog, no one there makes me feel Iike I shouldn’t be in a store with my dog. They treat me well and like family.
I love the 24 hour convenience
They are never open on time. Ever! 20 to 30 plus mins late opening. Management needs to get a grip on this store.
Great store in a great neighborhood. Well stocked with the most needed and in demand items. Well lit and safe to shop at. They carry beer, wine, & spirits. NO tobacco products. Open till 10pm most nights....call to confirm hours as subject to change.
have been on hold on and off half an hour or longer since 4pm to speak with pharmacist.
Great after holiday clearance sales
Worst customer service experience.. Car lied and wasted my time getting a uber here.
Not a good place to shop if you're white. The black employee followed me all around the store and then asked if my $10 bill was a fake.
I'm always notified by text about automatic refills and I love that! However, there are some meds that can not be auto refilled and the 1 that I can not get a notice for is the very 1 I need reminders for most of all. So, this 4 out of 5 is for the great service but the slight inconvenience on notifications which is still not totally CVS's fault but because of some FDA rating on particular meds.
easy finding's
Poor service. Horrible customer service. Very rude associates in pharmacy. Pharmacist is very passive aggressive and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! F-
not a good one, waited for long time
I just want to say thank and good job to the staff here. They are always cheerful and nice to see. I'm not sure if CVS is always like this but I only go to this store because of them.
24/7
Poor customer service. Pharmacy doesn't answer calls..found that out after waiting for 27 minutes. Rediculous.
Pharmacy staff could not have been less helpful. When I requested the phone number for the regional manager the pharmacy tech refused to give it to me. Very unprofessional and in desperate need of customer service training.
The employee who helped me was very kind, thanks again!
A very thorough pharmacy and more to offer as well with friendly staff.
Don't go here if you're in a hurry, they are not about prompt service. And watch out for that door, it almost took my finger off.
Great Pharmacy Manager
24/7 open store which is very convenient. Right now having good sale on wine
It's a dump in there. But it's convenient.
