Employees have pretty good customer service here if your a regular that doesnt shoplift. But it sucks that just to get the prices in there ad you have to go to a register instead of self checkout and they have to manually change every price on every item because its considered a strip store. Way overpriced... Disappointment.
I have been a loyal customer at target/CVS pharmacy for many years. Today there was a mixup with one of my medications and I was unable to get it due to lack of communication and flat out lies on behalf of the pharmacy!!!!!!! It's Friday and now I will have to wait in pain because some incompetent pharmacist... my business will be going elsewhere and so will my families!! I feel the pharmacy only deserves a half star- quite frankly less, On a positive- Erin the pharmacist is great. The other one is on some sort of sick power trip and should be fired!! I'm taking my complaint all the way to corporate!
This CVS is the best pharmacy I have ever been to . Super good staff , they take the time to really help you . They have always gone above and beyond . After the change from target pharmacy to cvs the wait is longer, but I am sure that is due to cvs policys and the fact that they are busier.
Phone issues, then difficult trying to talk to someone on the phone... Was suppose to get a text the following day when it was ready for pick up, now it's been 3 days and I'm on the phone trying to find out if it's ready. Ugh.
For as busy as the Pharmacy is, they definitely are speedy and accurate in taking care of patients' needs. Definitely a great place to get your medications.
Great service
Convenient pharmacy
The people here don't work
I shop there only bc there isn't any other option within walking distance. The employees here assume you are there to shoplift, and are not very helpful.
Costumer Services very bad, bad,bad.
Nice pharmacy with liquor store
Friendly and kind... except long in the pharmacy...hes rude as hell if u get suboxone from there very very rude
Breath of fresh air. Much better than the cvs down the street. Gam was incredibly helpful and treats customers like a neighborhood pharmacy. I will be going out of my way from now, sometimes daily, to get the customer service this cvs offers.
Good
Quick through the drive thru
Always courteous, professional, and care about me as regards my experience with them. I keep coming back because of their desire to serve me very well.
Great staff, unfortunately VERY often runs out of the meds you may need.
Was out of town and needed my wife’s pain prescription filled. The pharmacist named Autumn was very rude to my wife and refused to fill her much needed prescription. She accused our usual local CVS pharmacist of breaking the law by filling them. We have had the exact same prescriptions filled at various CVS pharmacies across the country while traveling as well as at our local CVS for years. Very poor people skills and customer service at this location by their Pharmacist Autumn. Would not recommend anyone to use this location.
Since getting new pharmacist Autum. Things aren’t so friendly there any more you would always feel welcome to ask questions. She is always in a hurry acts like your bothering her . Just very rude behavior for a pharmacist. While waiting in line always yelling from the back we will be with you in a min . We see the people working the counter are busy no need to rush them they are doing there job . She is just not a people person . The rest of the staff is amazing and so friendly bend over backwards to help you if they don’t have a certain one on their back ...
Nice staff, good area
Incredibly rude staff. After picking up a prescription, I came home and noticed 10 of my pills weren't in the bottle. The pharmacist proceeded to call me a liar. The pharmacists have no problem complaining loudly about customers, no matter who is around. However, the techs are usually friendly. Very unprofessional.
Autumn and Jordan and the rest of the CVS Pharmacy at Target North Huntingdon were very helpful and figured out the issue on my prescription claim is. I went to Walmart (who ran out of my blood pressure meds) and Rite Aid (who did not know what to do), and CVS solved it. Now I'm back on my maintenance meds and feeling better.
Because its reasonable enough to shop for house hold items, and pick up my medicine
If I could give 0 stars I would. My husbands company requires we use CVS Caremark. I am diabetic and have to go without my medication because they keep putting my medication on hold for payment. Even when I hold a statement in my hand stating I have ample money in my account. I gave them 5 different card # and my medication is on hold. I had to get angry and talk to management before ANYTHING was resolved. If you are seeking this company to use for your employees DON'T. I've waited a month for my medication that I need to live healthy.

Pharmacy closes to early and opens late. Entrance is difficult to find and filled with pot holes. Not 24 hour.
Good prices
It's ok. High price. They don't honor their ads unless you tell them. This is where taxis and limos bring people to buy their alcohol. So they know they can over price and get away with it.
Great
This is the worst place ive ever been in Miami. Customer service sucks! They talk to you as if you are working for them. Today was my last day here!!!! I seriously prefer driving a couple miles more to go to another CVS where they treat you right. I do not recommend anyone visiting this CVS. You guys should train cashiers on how to treat people! Dissapointed and disgusted at this horrible experience.!!!!!!!!
I haven't had a pharmacy experience like this since the days of the mom and pop drugstores in the 90s. The pharmacists are incredibly friendly, empathetic, helpful and accommodating. I've been going there several years, and they know my whole family and ask about them. They always try to find me the best deal, even going as far to interface with the drug companies and calling my Dr's office to work with them to find better medications for me in terms of cost and efficacy. They understand when you're not feeling well and go the extra mile to help you get what you need. They'll even call and leave a voicemail to let you know about crucial details so that if things change, you can pick a better pickup time instead of showing up at the store and having to come back. I feel very comfortable trusting them with my health history and sensitive information--they are always discreet, respectful and non-judgemental. As for the person who left a one-star review because they had to wait 45 minutes--that's sad. Dear person, I'm very sorry that you weren't feeling well, but sometimes things take time--especially when medications need to be titrated, etc. And just because there's nobody else in the store doesn't mean the staff still isn't filling essential prescriptions for pickup within the hour. I might leave a bad review if the pharmacists overcharged me, or worse--messed up my medications--that would be understandable. But in this day and age sometimes you do have to wait and be patient, even when you are sick. They take their time so that everyone gets the right medication, in the right dose, in the order their prescription comes in.
CVS is the best Pharmacy ever, the best customer service , employees there are very helpful and make you to feel good when you are visiting CVS ,I will never change to another pharmacy I'm very happy with CVS they have everything I need including a nice smile when you visit them.
Nice Walmart cheeper
The service for this CVS located in Target in North Huntingdon is the worst i have ever witnessed in any pharmecy ever, the wait is long and once you go through the line to pick up a prescription and if there is any discrepency and they ask to step aside and resolve it, once fixed they ask you to get back at the end of the line to purchase your script. I have experienced this twice and at least once with another customer. Absolutely rediculous I have never seen another Pharmecy practice This and still expect to keep there patrons.
The girl working at night shift she makes her own rules didn't even greet when I walk in or to register . After I paid didn't say thanks very rude behavior .CVS I love to shop with u guys but after this ll go to Walgreens across the street
Prices are incredibly high. The pharmacy tech that is usually there is rude. I do everything at Costco. Prices are A LOT cheaper and the entire staff couldn't be nicer and more accommodating.
The pharmacist who works here is the most polite, professional CVS pharmacist in this area. It's a nice change to be treated respectfully and without discrimination. She is honest and ethical.
I love the CVS store, and the workers there. The pharmacy workers are so sweet but don't count on your medicine being in stock. I had several experiences where medicine that I need on an absolute daily basis were not in stock! I also received meds that we're not correct. It's sad, because the people who there are the nicest people ever!!! I had to switch to Rite Aid. CVS pharmacy offers some great hours (I believe there pharmacy is open until 9pm weekly) and closes a little earlier on the weekends. Also open on Sundays.
When I specifically asked for non-child-proof caps I got my prescriptions home and every one of the bottles had child-proof caps on them it hurts me every time I open any of the bottles and one of them I take 3 times a day
Always good service here kudos
Seems to never be a long wait and incredibly nice staff
Ótima farmácia. Ótimo atendimento.
I'd give it zero stars if I could. They made me wait 45 minutes for a prescription when no one else was waiting, and in that time, no other customer came into the area. They said I had to wait my turn even though I was obviously very ill. No exceptions! That's the last time I'll go there.
Open 24hrs. Friendly and helpful employees.
Usually a short wait. Mostly self service / checkout.
Great Pharmacy Manager
I've had to deal with same pharmacist twice now. She was very rude and made me take a larger (90 day supply instead of a 30 supply) of medication because Caremark preferred it that way. I was trapped because my old pharmacy no longer takes Caremark. I could get her to budge even though I supposed to discontinue my current medication in 3 weeks.
Called to transfer prescription trom walgreens, she was rude and hateful.told herto forget it. lost my business.
the phone system stinks difficult to talk to pharmacist in timely manner :(
Best place to be. :)
10th ave store . Its a great little store. Pharmacy is super. The bathroom is super disgusting. It is filthy. And its not one day filth. Not stocked. Toilet interior is so gross. CVS company is large enough to clean public restroom. It wasn't first time its been absolutely disgusting! Low rating for bathroom.
I was out of town and needed a refill. They got it done in 5 minutes. Great service!
