My family switched to Unity after Lupe's unfortunately closed and it's been so nice being able to support a family-run, local business instead of a corporate chain like CVS or Walgreens. Nothing but positive experiences here!

This pharmacy is a small family owned business in the heart of Fairifeld, CT. The Pharmacist and staff are always addressing their patients as quick as possible with the best attitude. The best part about this pharmacy are the blister packing and delivery services they provide for free!!!! The thing that won me over was one day I was filling a script there and the pharmacist Naga filled my script even though the insurance company wasn't even reimbursing her to break even (or cover the cost of the medication). I suggested taking my prescription somewhere else but she said its no problem youre a loyal customer and continued to fill it. I did some research on medical insurance and reimbursement .... I found that this is a common thing that occurs where these big insurance companies at times dont reimburse enough to break even... this just shows her care and commitment to healthcare for her patients and the community. I recommend this place to everyone and anyone

After welcoming us in December when our old pharmacy closed we were told three months later that we needed to find another pharmacy because they wouldn’t make enough money filling our prescriptions. In three hours we had another pharmacy that was happy to help us, and filled an order immediately that Unity had delayed for three days because of a “computer glitch.” We are speechless.

Had a such a bad experience using their services . First at all , when I got there to get the prescription for my sick 2 years old daughter . She made me wait for about 20 min and was talking on the phone. Then gave me a bottle with a seringue twice the size of the bottle that was impossible to take the medicine without spilling . I called to talk the pharmacy and spoke with Pharmacist Naga the person responsible and she was the most rude person ever . Told to call insurance to figure out , and said was all my fault . If you ever need a pharmacy go to a well knowing pharmacy who treat the clients with respect . Never again !
