I’ve spent the past three days trying to get my prescription. First, you close at 2 on a Saturday. Second, you are closed on Sundays. Third, Google said you were open until 6. Then, I got there after work before six on Monday. Now, suddenly, you close at 5. I have a serious medical condition that I was hospitalized for and I haven’t had that medication since I used my last dose on Friday. And it isn’t a painkiller. I want, whomever, monitors this page at the pharmacy to contact me and apologize for wasting my time and putting my health in jeopardy. Likely, I will have to pull my scripts from you because of the laziness of the staff to never be there. I’m just disgusted and now worried my blood tests will be off tomorrow morning. No one as ill as I am should have to feel this upset and stressed over their medical care. The people who use you are not just patients, they are customers. And your hours are not meeting your demographic’s needs. You really need to take a hard look at all the other pharmacies. None of them have workers so lazy that they can’t work past 2 on a Saturday. And all the pharmacies are not closed on a Sunday. I couldn’t say more horrible things about my experience with this pharmacy if I tried. And they apologize for the ‘inconvenience’ on the door. Well, if I have a seizure, I can tell you, that is not an inconvenience, now is it? It’s an imposition to me. I’ll check out Hancock’s. They actually care about their customers and are actually open.
