I have been using this pharmacy for sometime now and the employees constantly change. Since the new staff has come in your are not greeted, you could stand at the counter and who ever is standing there at the time will not say hello, they just look at you and carry on. There is one lady by the name of Maria that will greet me by NAME. I don't expect everyone to know my name but a simple "hello how can I help you" I'm in Customer service and GM and know how very important Customer service is from the door.

This pharmacy has limited hours so anytime I've had an issue I've had to wait a day or a whole weekend to address my concerns. I filled a script on a Monday morning. I was told 3/4 business days for delivery. (Wasn't pleased but i had already ordered and payed) . Its now been 5 days (Saturday) and I can't inquiry about my medication because they're closed on the weekends. This is the first and last time i use CT pharmacy direct.. i should have went with my usual pharmacy. NEVER AGAIN!

CT Pharmacy and the staff they employ are efficient and knowledgeable about insurance coverage along with applying manufacturer coupons to save out of pocket costs. Tracy, their Representative Liaison is awesome.

CT RX is a pleasure to work with. I use them professionally as often as possible as a CMA and for personal prescriptions. The staff always goes above and beyond to get patients the prescriptions at the best possible price. Tracy Romaniello especially !! She will make sure all prior authorizations and coupons apply.

The customer service by phone was excellent and I appreciate being able to directly speak with a pharmacist . The delivery service to our home is so convenient and the couriers have been friendly and polite.

So disappointed with the service. They hardly ever have my medication available in stock and often do not call to tell you. I've had to go without meds because of this. I have also asked them not to deliver my medication as we are working and no one will be home for delivery. I have requested this numerous times yet they can't seem to get it right. We come home late only to find the medication in front of the house for who knows how long and under the recommended temperatures. In a few incidents they did not know where my medication was. One associate told me it was being delivered by 4:00 pm...I call back the pharmacy to ask about the medication because it's know 5:30 pm to only be told it's here...there's a problem with the medication....yet I never received a phone call. Go somewhere else if you can.

My doctor called in a Rx to this pharmacy for a very expensive topical NSAID that this pharmacy had very reasonably priced. I was contacted directly via voicemail and was able to leave a voicemail back and receive a super prompt reply back. I had absolutely no issues and they even mailed me my Rx for free and I received next day on a Saturday. I could not have asked for better customer service. It was so quick and easy to deal with them. I highly recommend this pharmacy and plan to do business with them in the future.

They care. They don't always get the deliver or not thing correct, sometimes they need to order medication because it's out of stock, but you are not anonymous there, you are a person. They will do their best to help you, or make it right. They'll never just turn their back and send you away. That doesn't happen at CVS! I'd definitely recommend them. Only irksome issue is the phone thing- the call center, extensions that don't pick up, and the general voicemail box can seem like a black hole, but if you fax them, the response is quick and correct. They handle individuals and commercial accounts, so yes, they are busy. But they want to help you, and want to get it right. To the other review about always new employees who don't know what they are doing, or don't know the customers- ok, yes, they've had some growing pains, and are open every single day. Long hours. The delivery guys bust their butt to get the most time sensitive meds out first. It's not the easiest job! They've stayed open late for me, and I've gotten deliveries at 8:30 pm. On Sunday. They aren't perfect- yet. But it's much more like a neighborhood pharmacy, than some big chain that doesn't care. Give them a try- you'll likely be pleasantly surprised.

I never had a experience like I did with this company. My Dr. faxed them a prescription and 3 weeks later I received the prescription , after several calls and messages. I was told that they was having a hard time getting the medication and it was on backorder. It would of been nice to notify me about this matter. Then it was suppose to be on auto refill and I never got it. So once again I called and was told that the medication was on backorder, and once again not notified . If I could give a 1/2 star I would but unfortunately I can't. I know how a pharmacy works because I'm employed at one. Their job is to service the customers and if can't fill a prescription you notify the customer...…..

Instead of telling me i had to pay a copay they sent me in a tailspin by saying i needed prior authorization because some coupons wore out..i didnt know who to call to find out what that was all about..still havent received meds. And ran out..in pain prior to surgery..not a nice company to do business with

I have no complaints about the medicine. However, the two times I have spoken to someone on the phone they were really rude. One of the times it was "Kim" who I was invited to call via the billing statement as an avenue to Pay my bill. Answered with "hello" and was then sarcastic with me when I didn't announce WHICH pharmacy I wanted to pay my bill with. The other time I spoke with someone was when I first had an order placed with them (MD called it in to them) and I wanted to know why I had to have this medication delivered thru the mail instead of my regular pharmacy. The woman was rude and irritated. I'm guessing this was also "Kim". I don't ever want to have to speak to her again and I plan to ask my doctor to call in the rx to Caremark instead

Pharmacy states it is open until 7pm. Called from 5:15pm until 7pm and no one answered. Got a message asking me to leave my phone number and someone will get back to me. Seems they shut down after 5pm. Not very convenient for people who work 9-5

I have been using Connecticut Pharmacy to receive supplies for my son, for a few years now. They are very helpful and courteous. They will always go the extra mile to make sure our needs are covered. I really appreciate the home delivery, (even on the weekends!) I can't say enough about their kindly professional service. I highly recommend them.

Steer clear of this place. A doctor prescribed a compounded medication for me. When I dropped off the prescription (I had 2 prescriptions but only one compounded that I wanted filled at this place) I requested they call me with the price before making it as I would have the doctor write me a prescription for each medication separately if it was too expensive. When I was called by the pharmacist, he told me SEVEN FIFTY. Great I thought, I’ll take it. He asked if I wanted it delivered. How much does that cost I asked (clearly concerned about cost). It’s free he said so I happily agreed. That day, both medications were delivered separately (one which I did not want filled there and had dropped off the prescription at CVS). Neither medication had a bill or copay statement attached, so imagine my disbelief when a month later I received a bill for OVER $500?? Turns out the medication was seven HUNDRED fifty dollars and he (out of the goodness of his heart he stated) reduced the price to five hundred something. Why would you reduce the price when I never guffawed at the quoted seven fifty? Why did my medications have no receipt? Why would you quote a price WITHOUT the HUNDRED in it??? When I called to complain he also asked if I had used the medication because if I hadn’t he could take it back. That’s a lie. Even if unused there is no way to take it back when it’s compounded and does not have a seal. Had I known it was hundreds of dollars I would have had it re-prescribed as two separate medications. Then would not work with me over the phone despite the fact that quoting a price is a binding agreement. One would think it's important to include the HUNDRED. They were then rude over the phone despite the err being theirs. Avoid this place!

If you can avoid having your prescriptions filled here, do it even if it costs you more money. So far my experience trying to get 2 tubes of Eczema ointment have been awful. If you don't call every single day, there is no knowing what the status of your prescription is. My skin is raw and I've desperately needed ointment since Friday. Now I've called 3 separate times and actually gone to the pharmacy in person: I've been told it was sent already, then I was told they need updated billing info to ship it, so I called to provide my credit card info. They didn't need it, the woman told me it was already on file and she would ship it immediately, that was 4 days ago. Now it turns out they had it marked as a pickup and was not shipped. They also offer this "encrypted messaging system" where you can supposedly talk to them with a chat system. This does not work at all. I have received 2 or 3 messages from them to which I reply, then I never receive a message back. It's as if they're unaware they're a pharmacy and people rely on the drugs they provide. My doctor even advised me that they can take some encouragement to get things done, but I never expected such poor service.
