Was just treated at the hospital and was very pleased with customer service at the pharmacy. Not sure who she was but she had short blonde hair. Hope that helps the higher ups give you a pat on the back!

Got my prescription wrong. Was prescribed 40 pills of 500mg to be taken 4x daily for 10 days by an emergency nurse. All of a sudden my prescription was downed to 20 and the directions were changed to 2x daily when i get to the pharmacy. Big pharma much? Good thing I had another copy of my prescription from my dentist to correct this. Still, this is alot more than miscommunication.

I have attempted to pick up my prescription 3x now and each time there has been a line of more than 20 people, with only one window available. At 3 min per person, it's at least an hour wait just. They need more staff

I go in once or twice a month to pick up a script that has to be taken daily with no exceptions. There have been hiccups but this has always been caused by my ignorance of policy. They do a great job and are patient despite people yelling, screaming or getting upset due to their own misunderstanding. Thank you all for doing what you do. (Edit 6/17) That being said; when I call ahead and you say it'll be ready in an hour and a half and I show up 2-3 hours later and am told it'll be 15 more minutes (actually 45 with the line that grew once you sent me away) don't tell me it is because "I" forgot to do something. YOU forgot to do something. It's not my fault when I'm told I can walk right up when I come in. Even if it was my fault you don't tell a customer it's their fault. The proper response is "I'm sorry, we made a mistake and it will be a few more minutes. That's customer service 101. You're welcome for the tip.

The pharmasist are pretty friendly, unfortunately the one who came up to give me counsel was rude, told him can't hear very well. Regardless of age which I know i don't look it anyway but the are disabilities not seen and I wasn't being rude i just have more than 60%lost, so maybe if the person is asked to speak up he can have more understanding as it is a hospital.

There always seems to be a problem with my order every single time that I have to do refills. Nearly every time I go I have to sit around for an extra hour while they sort t out. The people who work the pharmacy are great, it is clearly a problem with Denver Health's system.

Westside Healths Pharmacy as far as I AM concerned is THE BEST ALL AROUND PHARMACY!! SOLI n her Techs are not only knowledgeable but they are decent pleasant people that show a great concern for the Patients. I have up Most respect for a job well done Solii. Hardest working techs in the city, based on the clientele they are tasked to deal with daily. Good on them for providing quality service despite difficult circumstances. Try and give them a compliment if you use this service. They really hang in there and go the extra mile.
