Absolutely rude, inconsiderate and awful. Here's my review of their competitor:
"Want to second what Mr. Lavoy wrote. We had an issue with another compounding pharmacy in town being both rude and sluggish and reactive. In fact that other place had the scrip on the 29th, and then didn't bother to even tell us until the 3rd that for some reason we had to fill out a raft of forms, and then told us when we finished them on the 4th and supplied them the next morning the reply was "maybe" we can have it on Wednesday. Now, this is is a type of therapy that when you lack it, you feel really terrible, and that other pharmacy should have flagged it on that basis as some kind of priority at least, if they gave a damn about customer service and word of mouth.
Professional Pharmacy just got the scrip today, and would have completed by Monday had an ingredient not been out of stock, and will probably be done by Tuesday with high confidence.
Kathy has been amazing and kind and helpful as has Doug, and the place has excellent customer communication procedures. I even got another call after I confirmed with Doug the precise form of the compound from the provider, in which the tech was ensuring they had my wife's information as I had called in for her today.
You can do a LOT worse in the Springs, may as well just go with Pro Pharmacy LLC especially if you need a compound made!
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
If you need a compound, I certainly would not recommend College Pharmacy, especially as the chief rude person was the pharmacist herself who spoke like a robot and would not let my wife get a word in edgewise.
