Shopping the week before Christmas is always hectic and can be really difficult. The store was well stocked, there wasn't debris everywhere, though there was a line the workers were very nice and did their best to get us out quickly. Even let us know about a promo they had going and saved us some money! Awesome people here.

This is my go-to place for keeping up the childhood tradition of getting Hallmark ornaments for Christmas. It's a pretty standard Hallmark shop. Staff have always been helpful and friendly when I have visited.

Going in here is always a pleasure. Ive witnessed how crappy the staff is often treated and they handle it great. I am pleased with their amount of items and the prices are just okay. The rewards card is awesome and is conveniently located in the new center point strip mall. There's an older woman that works there that is so sweet and nice and fun to talk to

Went in for the ornament launch and was treated so badly I will never go back! Ordered my ornaments and when I picked them up the lady gave me a really hard time about my online order. She said I was lucky they let me do that because It wasnt something they do. Dont treat me poorly for a service YOU provided. You were lucky to get my $175 dollars. Will NEVER shop there again. Hallmark Ornaments are magical and we look forward to the release every year! You ruined it this year and this 3 year patron to your store will not be coming back.

I purchased an ornament here before Christmas as a gift for my husband. When he opened it, it was broken. I went to the store after Christmas to see if they could replace it and they told me they had no more in stock, couldn't order them, and could only give me half price back because that's what all the ornaments were on sale for at the time. If you shop here for ornaments, make sure that you check them before you leave the store or you won't get your money back if something is wrong with them after Christmas. The staff there was unhelpful and borderline rude. I will not shop there again.

I still think Hallmark is one of the best places to go to find a special gift for someone and this is a really nice store it's not in the mall like they used to be years ago! Anytime I have a really hard time finding that perfect gift for someone...I go to Amys Hallmark store!

Went to store today and was very sorry I did. A young lady was very pleasant and helpful. There was a slight problem with two of three items I purchased. She said they can't be sold if damaged. I told her I'd assume responsibility and take it as is. The manager, I assume, named Blair came over to ring sale and took over. They didn't have boxes for the two porcelain trays but the young lady told me she could give me some boxes I told her I'd work with it. Well Blair got involved and that ended up stressful which I told BlAire. She wants to know if I want both trays in one box. I told her no and to leave them broken down. I. Bought three items and was approximate $44.00. BlAire starts again and I looked her in eye and I said " all I want to do is get out of here". I worked retail management for 30 years and can tell you BlAire is not doing Hallmark a good service. I'll definitely look for another store in Colorado Springs thank you.

I came out of town to enjoy a hallmark, they didn't have any bathrooms I could use so I left and came back. Employees walked past me several times without asking me if I needed help. Very disappointing, I have shopped at hallmark for years this is probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
