As of last week, they randomly changed from 24hr to open 6am - 1am. Would have been helpful if they changed their online information accordingly, as well as provided an obvious, visible notice inside or out of the store. I used to be able to come here after working closing shifts, or conveniently pick up recovery meal foods after the gym, to beat the crowd, but not anymore. Sucks that this -was- the only nearby 24hr grocery market close to home. With new construction in the area, I hope another 24hr store pops up.

Constantly low on stock. Parking lot is a madhouse. Gruff, unfriendly employees. Noticed they had to move their cosmetic section because they managed their inventory so poorly that it's in a separate area. Good way to push your buyers to other sources because you can't control your security situation.

Older and smaller Walmart. We were able to purchase some basic essentials. One nice feature is that the store has added several self checkout islands. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked where to find a couple of items.

I went into this Walmart today and asked the cashier if I could buy stamps. I was told, “no comprende”. I repeated myself and so did she. The cashier behind her then said, “yes we sell stamps” and came over to show the lady how to ring it up and said that I’d have to go to customer service to pick up the stamps and then went back to her aisle. Even after all of that, after completing my checkout, I look at my receipt, before going to customer service, and notice stamps were never rang up. I am not against people speaking other languages, it’s a talent I wish I possessed. I should, however, be able to be understood when speaking English.

This is one of the last remaining basic Walmart. Not a super Walmart. The only thing this store Lacks is a tire shop, a full grocery store and whatever else comes with a super Walmart. People that work there are semi friendly although we don't expect anyone to go out of their way to help you. You have to ask for that. But overall is a decent Walmart

RV antifreeze froze pea trap in our airstream while winter camping. Compartment was in the 20 degree range with outside temps at -8. Took back four jugs left outside all frozen and rated at -50. On walmart website reviews as early as 2012 had same problem but walmart continues to sell in shelf. Took to store manager and she said it was outside of her control. Wallmart sells fraudulent products and makes me wonder if their “organic” food is organic or just labeled that way. This could have caused 5k in damage to our trailer if we used this product to winterize our airstream

I like shopping at this location and sometimes I will find what I am looking for. I was here at 9 am for some early Christmas shopping.They did a whole renovation of the place and that's good, but a lot of items are locked up now and one will need to find an employee to help you, but where are they? Like I said nice place and clean, but customers service is low.

WalMart is already busy, of course. I had a return do I did the express return on the app before going to the store. The return line was all the way to the entrance! I walked over to the express line and stood there for a good 15 minutes before one of the TWO employees there told me express was closed, I had to wait in line. Really??? SHE decided she could help me "this time". I told her they may need to put up a sign explaining this. Glad she helped but come on Walmart... Customer service needs more than ONE person doing returns and ONE person doing financials around the holidays.

I really like this Wal-Mart. It's the best Wal-Mart I've been in San Diego. It is very large and has a wide variety of items. It's also very clean and the staff is really helpful. I give it 5 stars any day

Denise Cashier at Customer Service desk on August 1 in the evening was extremely rude and immature over my returning 4 oranges I had purchased the afternoon before . They had started to mold and she gave me an incredibly hard time about returning them . I complained at self checkout and without even knowing her name myself they already new who I was referring to and the nice lady at self checkout rolled her eyes and just kept apologizing. The Cashier Supervisor took care of the issue for me at self checkout instead of making me go back and having me have to deal with that obnoxious , unprofessional employee again. Just to inform you my husband had an incident with her over a brand new gallon of lactaid milk about a month ago that when freshly purchased and opened it smelled horrible . She was extremely rude. Walmart really needs to consider if Denise is someone they want representing them! We spend a couple hundred dollars there a week , every week but I would rather drive to the next closet super center which is about a 15 minute drive when I can get to the Eastlake store in about 4 minutes . Dump Denise!!!

Typical Walmart. Stopped by while vacationing in the area. I found it a little bit more expensive than what I'm used to in Miami and they didn't have full groceries. I was shocked that it's freezing cold and they didn't have hardly any winter clothes.

It's a pretty good Walmart. They have firewood for $5/bundle. It's clean and well kept. They have most everything other than produce. Self checkout lanes are generally ample without a lot of waiting. Decent sales on stuff.

It’s not open 24 hours, went there on July 21, 2019 at 5AM only to find out the place is open only from 6AM to 1AM, maybe opening hours are seasonal. The website and Google says it’s open 24 hours.

This is not a Super Wal-Mart, so food section is a bit small with limited selection and no produce area or Deli and Bakery. Otherwise, they have all the typical Wal-Mart fare. Convenient location right off the highway in Frisco.

The store is great. I had a bad experience with an employee. I needed to use the restroom. I'm a senior & diabetic and when nature calls, you have to answer. An employee was setting up the men's room to mop. She hadn't started to mop. I explained my medical situation and asked if I could relieve myself. She refused to let me use the restroom. What happened to customer first?

Typical supercenter way bigger than any Walmart carries a lot of stuff that's not in most supermarkets like Jersey Mike's Cherry pepper relish sandwich spread beef bacon and green tea ginger ale. Not 24 hours anymore but that's okay.

This Wal-Mart is one of the best. All the food we needed was there.Also employes were kind. Customers were shoping fast and checking out wad fast. Hopefully you have the chance to go there. So many cool make up and handsantizer!

It was a Walmart. They had most of what we needed, there was no fresh produce that we could find. So we had to make another stop for fruit and steak. Other than that it was busy and the cashier was very friendly. If you are in need to pick up the staples this may be the spot.

When I go into this Walmart, I find it best to enter with the attitude that I may or may not find what I'm looking for. The grocery selection is mediocre and they don't sell fresh meat, although they have a wider grocery selection than they did before the McD's inside closed a few years ago. On my last visit, I was unable to locate store brand cheese, the Walnut shelf had a HUGE empty gap from floor to ceiling- so they were very sold out of whatever had been there, and I overheard an employee in the grocery section tell a customer that she should do her grocery shopping at Safeway instead. The women's clothing section never has anything I like either. I also find the parking lot to be a nightmare. The Avon Walmart offers a better experience.

Changes to online pick up suck as are new store hours. Used to be one could pick up all orders outside where they were brought out to your car. Now only groceries can be picked up there. Now one has to park and go inside. Also, the store ended their 24hr operating hours and only opens to 1am.

This Walmart is always crowded which is probably the reason why their shelves are low stocked. The employee's are helpful. They need more customer service reps, their lines are always long. They separated the cosmetics from everything else. There are no carts allowed and you have to pay for your cosmetics at their individual register. Just the cosmetics, nothing else you have. The store manager thought that was a great idea.

Simply put, don't go here. Long lines, helpless staff, products out of stock, produce always rotten. I come here because they are the only place that carries the coffee creamer I use and at that it's sometimes out of stock. Go to target, prices are about the same and overall experience is way better.

Tried buying ammo today with the new law in effect. Walked in very chipper especially after seeing all the newly restocked ammo display case. I have purchased a firearm within the past year, my address is up to date, I have the older DL but I had a passport card and even two other forms of ID ready to go. Should have been a simple transaction, but my experience was unpleasant and mildly aggravating. I had to wait over 20 minutes to have someone qualified to sell ammunition show up to sporting goods counter, even though there was at least 4 other associates that before the new law could have helped me. Finally the manager that was "qualified" to sell me ammunition asked to see my ID, when I presented all forms she said she wasn't able to complete this transaction because I didn't have the new DL and I said that's fine I have more ID she continued to say she couldn't sell me ammo, this is when my wife asked if she could buy ammunition with her NEW DL, the manager then said no because she knows that she's buying it for me, when in reality my wife also owns firearms as well and we both can use the same ammo. This manager came off as rude and treated my wife and I as if we were doing something wrong but we are both law abiding citizens just trying to buy ammo under this new "non-infringing" method. After going back and forth she retracted and said she could complete the transaction, but this came after reviewing a 6 page cheat sheet for Walmart's new ammo policy. At this point I had become mildly irritated with the situation and politely said I wish to cancel this transaction, I retrieved my documents and walked to the front to finish paying for the rest of my goods. The issue I had wasn't the lack of experience from the employees part, but it was the lack of respect and courtesy when trying to work together to complete this endeavor. I hope Walmart re-trains and goes over there customer service policy.

This is a smaller walmart, but it is well stocked and a good alternative to some of the costlier stores in Breckenridge. They have groceries, though not as large a selection as a supercenter. Staff is surprisingly friendly and helpful.

I live in Louisiana and it's unbelievable that I've tried for an entire hour to get someone on the phone to answer a customer service question. They Never answered and I had to call cooperate headquarters to get my question answered. Spoke with Brendan and he will be submitting a complaint ticket to upper level management concerning this. It's very bad for customer service and especially when you're traveling 26 hours away and needing to know if a particular item is sold at the location your traveling to. This is totally unacceptable.

Just a few of the simple things I noticed. More variety, more choices in brands of foods. More variety of flavors in some items that are in the smaller Walmarts. Bigger sewing and crafts department. Large deli selection. Also, nail salon, Subway sandwich shop, and more at inside front of store. Home Depot, Carl's Jr., and more in the same shopping center.

The prices are low as you'd expect, but customer service is seriously lacking. Most every employee I've interacted with have been extremely standoffish and sometimes down right rude. Special shout out to those employees working the customer service desk, they snap at you whenever they're asked a question. I don't think I've ever seen an employee smile at this Walmart, make the trip to Avon if you can, better selection and nicer people.

I disliked the way I was treated by the young woman who seems to be managing the online pick up department. Besides being very unfriendly she speaks to you like you're an idiot. Repeating instructions I was already familiar with but never bothered to ask if I had delivered items from here before. Closed trunk of my car while I was still loading and arranging items.

I’ve been shopping here even before they added the grocery section. Always clean and organized. One thing that has gotten me a little frustrated at times is when the Walmart personal shoppers in the grocery section are going thru the isles with their super large carts and sometimes are a bit inconsiderate of other shoppers, by blocking the isles with those large carts. Most shoppers are typically aware of shopping Etiquette.

If you want something you have to go around the store to look for someone to open the cabinets. If I have to do this every time that I am going to buy something I rather buy it on Amazon and receive it at my house the next day

This Wal-Mart in Frisco is terrible. It needs to be updated and expanded. They don't keep things in stock. After the black Friday sale, they never restocked anything from the Pioneer woman collection for the entire month of December. They have hired employees there who can't speak English. It's not a good experience there...ever. I have seen nicer Wal-marts and this sadly is not one of them. Very disappointing:( Wish the town would make them clean up their act.

It was a slightly older store, but still in good condition. A good selection. Interesting to see paddle boards at a Walmart, they don't have those where we live. Is located right off of the Main Street. Plenty of parking. The staff are friendly.

It was easy enough to get to, and no problem finding a decent parking spot, but it has no produce, and was entirely out if milk when I went. Had to go down the street to the Safeway to get the milk and produce. The associates are friendly though and suggested the Safeway for produce.

Front end/customer service is very rude, doesn’t care about you waiting even after making eye contact and trying to get their attention. Other customers were asking questions to staff in the auto department and I ended up answering the question since the sales staff had no idea. At least the prices are good except for food.

Camping Review (1/19/18) : Called ahead and spoke to Assistant manager, said they normally do not allow camping during ski season but would allow it because of the storm. The parking lot was well lit and there were a surprising amount of other campers there. The store is smaller than most Walmarts (think Target sized) but there was everything I needed food and item wise to spend the night. Atmosphere was a little awkward because ALL of the employees seemed to be related but they were all very friendly and knowledgeable! Hopefully the city of Frisco will change their perspective on short term camping as I probably spent $50-60 during my stay in Frisco, versus $0 if I just were to commute from a different town!

This is an “old school” Walmart - NOT a super Walmart, like many of us are used to. If you’re grocery shopping for more than a couple things, City Market (in Dillon) or SafeWay or Whole Foods (in Frisco) will be a much better option.

I was next on the electronic section and was next. Was only gonna buy a SD card the lady told me wait by the SD cards. I went there and the next thing I know she was serving other customers that was behind me. Except being pish about it and make a scene I look at my phone kill some time to see if she was coming to me. Maybe I was wrong. I want. There system goes down once a week or so around 330-4am and they will have a lady tell you the system is down for 30 to 60 mins. But in reality they can process your grocery manually on one of the machines. Please change your hours from 24hrs to set hours if you're not planning on servicing customers.

A snowstorm was scheduled during my stay in Frisco so I went here for fleece tights and couldn't find any. They had sheet masks in the beauty and makeup section, but not fleece tights.

No stranger to 'Super Wally World' as it may be affectionately known to many, this location does not technically qualify as one. It does not have the Tire and Lube Center necessary to make it a true 'Super Wally World.' Aside from that minor technicality it carries everything else;) It is the largest WalMart store in the South Bay by square feet and has ample selection of items ranging from groceries to home and garden. A recent visit to this location did have a couple of issues that was easily accommodated by quick and friendly customer service from the associates. Unable to locate an item Nick was quick to inform me which section of the store it is located with pinpoint accuracy. I found the item easily and with their good selection became interested in another item. However the listed price did not match the exact item and I went to look for the nearest price check scanner to determine its price. The nearest price check scanner was not operative at all and I could not easily find the next closest one. Unable to determine the price I went to the customer service counter in the paint section where Chris was able to finally scan the item and inform me of its price. Incorrect item labeling and a nonoperative price check scanner made my shopping a little more tedious, but I am still happy with my purchase. A very big thanks to Nick and Chris for the assists! Nice work!

Got three stars from me as I went all the way from Breckenridge with two things for certain to get one being paracord and a house plant. There was no cords available gal I asked about it couldn't answer my question of when next shipment would come in. The was disappointed that what house plants that was available all was dying the soil was so dry could tell it had been awhile since being watered. At least the cashier who checked me out was quick to go notify someone about the plants. I will return as I enjoy some of the items I can get there. Only getting a 3 star this time only because the cashier who checked me out was very kind.

Wow! Big Store! Just flew in to San Diego from Tampa, FL and our Walmarts are nowhere near as big! Other differences: the store was clean, the, the employees friendly and when when I asked where I could find an item, I was actually taken to it, despite being very busy the checkout areas were not backed up and I was able to fly through a self-checkout register without a wait, you have to pay for the bags here, too, WOW again!

For the wealthiest part of Chula Vista, they sure do lock up far too many items behind glass, including 99-cent packs of disposable shaving razors and $9.99 school backpacks. If the people who drive $80,000 cars in Otay Ranch are going to risk jail time by stealing a 99-cent pack of disposable razors, then it's already clear that 'Idiocracy' is already non-fiction. To exacerbate the problem, they hardly ever have anyone there to unlock these items and they want you to pay NOW. I'll just to to Ralphs where I don't have to contend with $5,000 in security cameras and a pimply teenager to get my 99-cent bag of razors. It might cost me 50 cents more, but the extra paid is worth my time saved. I try to limit the amount of time and number of times I go here. It's way too crowded and the people there always act like you're going to steal something, when little do they know, you're worth enough money to buy the whole store.

Thank goodness for a wallyworld up in the mountains. Just so convenient and fairly priced. I pulled into the parking lot to buy a coffee maker today and ended up not going in because I didn’t feel safe with the people living in their cars all over the parking lot and the homeless people begging by the entrance to the store. I never feel comfortable leaving my car in the parking lot and today I didn’t feel safe walking in the door because there were so many people begging by the entrance. I’m a smaller girl and don’t like to go into the Frisco Walmart unless my boyfriend is with me and, even then, I don’t feel comfortable leaving my car unattended in the parking lot. I definitely prefer to shop at Target, even though it’s a longer drive. I hope that Walmart will do something to fix this since them allowing people to sleep in the parking lot is having such a large impact on the town.

I used to live about a mile away from this Walmart. Like any other Walmart there is no room for any complaints. 100% in wide range in product inventory. You name it! They've got it! Low, low everyday affordable prices. I noticed that all stores will distinctively post diffirent low prices on one item that another store would not. So every store pushes their own low price tags depending on managed inventory (Supply versus Demand sciene they calculate depending on inventory. Walmart in Eastlake like any other Walmart also impacts your in store experience. The stores are well kept. The design per each building delivers a very acceptable, clean and nurturing environment. That allows you to be fascinated by their awesome layout and well fashioned and maintained store. I never seen anything like Walmart Before. Its like a theme park where everyone enters with excitement. Because nothing Walmart has is predictable and you dont know what good of it to expect. Whoever thought out Walmart's Concept of highlighting a store platform. Man that was a better accomplishment than man walking in the moon for the first time. I mean the moonwalk is okay but what does walking on the moon do for yah. Walmart. One huge step for man. Ten huge steps for mankind. And then check out Eastlake. They're open 24 hours on top of that. Go Figure!

Worst Wal-mart ever, when I think of what Wal-Mart would look like in a third world country this would be it. No customer service, almost all shelves are empty.
