As of last week, they randomly changed from 24hr to open 6am - 1am. Would have been helpful if they changed their online information accordingly, as well as provided an obvious, visible notice inside or out of the store. I used to be able to come here after working closing shifts, or conveniently pick up recovery meal foods after the gym, to beat the crowd, but not anymore. Sucks that this -was- the only nearby 24hr grocery market close to home. With new construction in the area, I hope another 24hr store pops up.

My husband and I were shopping for my son's 6 birthday and we were having a hard time finding anything. Not sure what departments to look for what we needed I asked an employee named Brenda. She was absolutely wonderful. She helped us in all departments and even walked us to the different areas to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Was a great experience and just wanted to know how special she made my son's day.

Constantly low on stock. Parking lot is a madhouse. Gruff, unfriendly employees. Noticed they had to move their cosmetic section because they managed their inventory so poorly that it's in a separate area. Good way to push your buyers to other sources because you can't control your security situation.

I ordered a cake for my sons 5th birthday from the bakery and needed it within two days. My son wanted a pink lion cake. He likes the color pink and lions are his favorite. I was nervous the cake was going to look girly but it turned out to be an awesome cake with the cake shaped as a lion with a brown mane. Could not have received a more perfect cake. Definitely was impressed.

I like shopping at this location and sometimes I will find what I am looking for. I was here at 9 am for some early Christmas shopping.They did a whole renovation of the place and that's good, but a lot of items are locked up now and one will need to find an employee to help you, but where are they? Like I said nice place and clean, but customers service is low.

WalMart is already busy, of course. I had a return do I did the express return on the app before going to the store. The return line was all the way to the entrance! I walked over to the express line and stood there for a good 15 minutes before one of the TWO employees there told me express was closed, I had to wait in line. Really??? SHE decided she could help me "this time". I told her they may need to put up a sign explaining this. Glad she helped but come on Walmart... Customer service needs more than ONE person doing returns and ONE person doing financials around the holidays.

I've been to this Wal Mart once and that was enough. I found pretty much everything I was looking for. The people (customers) were very strange. There were many that were dirty and kind of zombie like. It was irksome. Won't be going back here.

Good Selection of products. The store is clean and in nice condition. Could stand for a remodeling, but it is in good shape. Friendly staff, but usually along check out line unless you go late at night. Biggest issue is the entrance and exit. There is a lot of traffic, so exiting can take some time to get out to the main road.

Usually love this location, but last Thursday we had to return some items. The Customer Service desk was open, but no one was there. Three of us in line and had already pushed the button to call someone, about 5 minutes passed so the customer in line behind us went to a register to ask for someone to help us. The checker did call and a make CSM walked by and looked at us and kept walking. Another few minutes passed and the call button reset itself so we pushed it again. Then I went to the self checkout and asked the checker if she could help. She got on the intercom and called for help. A few minutes later a CSM walked up and said ‘everybody calm down’ and went behind the counter. I asked her if she was talking to us (the customers) and she said something to the effect that the other employees were too anxious. I told her if they were it’s because these customers had been waiting for quite a while to be helped. She didn’t acknowledge my comment. Then, up walked the male CSM that passed by earlier and started to help. I’ve been to many, many Walmart stores and this has to be the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had-especially by a CSM. Overall transaction took about a minute, wait time was about 15 minutes and we were first in line. One customer gave up and left.

Clean, Big, Nice store, we waited 2 hours for a oil change. I asked about how much longer the oil change would take and was told at least another hour, my car was just sitting "in line" outside the service area.... It was busy when we got there but was not busy at all by the time we left. We did end up leaving without a oil change. One worker who was outside sitting told me (at one point while waiting) "everyone went on their lunch break" I understand things can get busy and we were prepared to wait... But 3+ hours for a oil change seems kinda long.

There's something seriously wrong with the Walmarts in this area and I've had numerous issues at this location. Yesterday, however, was the 'straw that broke the camel's back.' I was self-checking myself out with my friend and one of my items rang up $15 more than it was supposed to be. I notified the girl at the desk that was supposed to be supervising the self-check area and asked if she could amend the price, and she replied that she would have to have someone check it on the shelf and then literally SCREECHED to some unknown person in the distance in a different language (I am assuming she asked him to go to the shelf and check). I go back to my register and stand there for literally ten minutes as nothing happens, so I go all the way to the back of the store to check the shelf MYSELF. Would Walmart like to pay me for doing that girl's job while she stood around? When you ask (or scream) for someone else to do something for a customer, have the decency to make sure it gets done in a timely manner. I ended up putting the item back because I didn't want to deal with having to ask her yet again to change the price, and when I came back to the checkout area where my friend and my items were still waiting, I told her that I just went ahead and did it myself since no one ever came, and she mumbled something rude at me as I walked away. Then I had to delete the item out of the computer since I had put it back, but couldn't do that without an employee so I asked a group of 4 employees who had been standing around nearby if they were on the clock and could assist me; they replied they were but only the previous girl could help me. Seriously? So then I grab that girl yet again, and at this point I've been trying to check out for nearly 20 minutes while all of these employees just stood around while I had to go back and check on the price of the item for myself. The girl then starts interrogating me about where the item she was deleting was and tries to take something ELSE out of my cart when I already told her 8 times I had put the item back because I was fed up. Please stop hiring dense, lazy people. This was insane.

Denise Cashier at Customer Service desk on August 1 in the evening was extremely rude and immature over my returning 4 oranges I had purchased the afternoon before . They had started to mold and she gave me an incredibly hard time about returning them . I complained at self checkout and without even knowing her name myself they already new who I was referring to and the nice lady at self checkout rolled her eyes and just kept apologizing. The Cashier Supervisor took care of the issue for me at self checkout instead of making me go back and having me have to deal with that obnoxious , unprofessional employee again. Just to inform you my husband had an incident with her over a brand new gallon of lactaid milk about a month ago that when freshly purchased and opened it smelled horrible . She was extremely rude. Walmart really needs to consider if Denise is someone they want representing them! We spend a couple hundred dollars there a week , every week but I would rather drive to the next closet super center which is about a 15 minute drive when I can get to the Eastlake store in about 4 minutes . Dump Denise!!!

Very disappointed that not one register other than scan and go was open at 9:25 pm. I typically spend 400 every two weeks on groceries. But after an hour of shopping they want me to run that thru the scanner and bag it myself. A store that large cannot afford to keep one register open. Oh and there was one register open. Twenty items or less. The girl rudely told me to go somewhere else. Wouldn't it make more sense to send the smaller item customers to a scan your own lane and leave one register open for larger buying customers. I think my Costco membership is still open.

Horrendous service, basic hygiene necessities under lock and key. Auto center has a minimum wait of four hours at all times. If you need something unlocked from one of their crazy cases good luck, some uninterested stock boy will call over the PA and no one will show up. Just a really poorly managed wal mart that has gotten progressively worse over time. I live 5 minutes away, now I drive 20+ to go to target. It’s gotten so inconvenient to go here that I refuse to spend a dime unless I absolutely have to. Manager should have been fired years ago

It's a Walmart. Clean and bright and full of Walmart customers. Plenty of Walmart products and bargains. If you're in the area and need some Walmart, this is your place. Probably not worth travelling to, though. Just go to a closer Walmart. Unless that one is dirty and nasty or has exceptionally clueless customers. In that case, make the trip up (or down) The Hill and visit this one.

The store is great. I had a bad experience with an employee. I needed to use the restroom. I'm a senior & diabetic and when nature calls, you have to answer. An employee was setting up the men's room to mop. She hadn't started to mop. I explained my medical situation and asked if I could relieve myself. She refused to let me use the restroom. I just called to ask a question about grocery pickup and the associate cut me off and hung up on me. She rattled off another phone number, to which I replied 'thank you but I do not need that'. I didn't get another 4 words out before she said (and I quote) 'I can't help you with that' and she hung up as I was still talking!! She could not have been more rude and inconsiderate. She didn't even know my question, so how would she know if she could help or not?! I wish I had gotten her name so I could file a formal complaint. I get that they're busy (it took them about 20 rings to even get to the phone) but you don't speak to customers the way she spoke to me...or the way she didn't speak to me since she cut me off and hung up on me!! All of this after I spent over $400 on a grocery pickup order. Maybe they should put those profits towards teaching employees how to respect customers??

Review for pharmacy only - Top Notch Honestly, this pharmacy rocks. Everyone from the pharmacy techs to the pharmacists at the Juliet Blvd location are fantastic. I have had issues in the past where insurance won't cover a med and the techs immediately jump in to help me find a coupon that will help cover it so I can get the med. Avril, Veronica, and Raymond are so wonderful, and Bethany has *always* been available to talk to me about a concern when I have had them. Yes, it's a busy store, and yes, the redesign of the pharmacy area didn't help with such a highly trafficked area but the service from the pharmacy is why I'll keep coming here.

The Wal-Mart at Juliet in Naples is the most poorly managed store in the area. 9:45 a.m Sunday, six customers in line, only one check out lane open. Self checkout lane open but very busy. Some of us customers have a hard time at these lanes and don't want to hold up others. This is a weekly thing at this store. Shelves are half empty. Many items are sold out and not being restocked. Wal-Mart employees who are shopping for others are blocking aisles and ignore customers trying to get by them. When bagging groceries, the employees should spin them toward the customer, not away. There needs to be some training in this store from management on down. Simple things as these are easily addressed and would make shopping at this store more enjoyable.

Saw a homeless person take a dump right next to the store. This store has come a safe-haven for transients - which is NOT a good thing. Ironic that they have plenty of money for cigarettes, but can't seem to scrape enough together for a bus ticket back down to Denver. This is a family place where we appreciate a safe, family friendly environment. Please do your part, make your exit and leave it that way.

Changes to online pick up suck as are new store hours. Used to be one could pick up all orders outside where they were brought out to your car. Now only groceries can be picked up there. Now one has to park and go inside. Also, the store ended their 24hr operating hours and only opens to 1am.

This Walmart is always crowded which is probably the reason why their shelves are low stocked. The employee's are helpful. They need more customer service reps, their lines are always long. They separated the cosmetics from everything else. There are no carts allowed and you have to pay for your cosmetics at their individual register. Just the cosmetics, nothing else you have. The store manager thought that was a great idea.

I have to shop at this Walmart for my job. Today is without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever received at a business. Their customer service has never been particularly good. But it’s Walmart. So that’s expected. However today, I only needed two questions answered by phone at the pick up department (not groceries). I was hung up on without actually speaking with an employee 3 times. Someone would pick up, not answer, and hang up. The fourth time I called (yes, I had to keep calling because I really needed information before I went to shop) someone “answered” the phone without saying a word and put me on hold. I sat on hold for quite a while before hanging up and trying the customer service department. They answered after 5 minutes. I tried to ask my questions. I was very polite (although privately irked). They were too busy talking over me trying to transfer me back to the pick up area. Then they transferred me back anyway even though I was clearly saying please don’t, could you please try to answer my questions. Where the phone rang and rang for over 5 minutes (yes, I stayed on the phone because it was work related and I had to have my questions answered before going in person). Finally, customer service picked up again. Same lady. Wouldn’t listen to me before she put me on hold and said she would call the pick up department herself. She never bothered to ask me what I needed or to even try to answer my questions. She talked right over me the whole time. She probably could have given me the answers. After waiting another 8 minutes, I finally gave up and hung up myself. I wasted 30 minutes desperately trying to have my questions answered. Would have taken them literally 2 minutes to help me. It was so rude. I am really, really disappointed with the lack of training or manners that the employees exhibited. I would have given zero stars if that was an option.

Tried buying ammo today with the new law in effect. Walked in very chipper especially after seeing all the newly restocked ammo display case. I have purchased a firearm within the past year, my address is up to date, I have the older DL but I had a passport card and even two other forms of ID ready to go. Should have been a simple transaction, but my experience was unpleasant and mildly aggravating. I had to wait over 20 minutes to have someone qualified to sell ammunition show up to sporting goods counter, even though there was at least 4 other associates that before the new law could have helped me. Finally the manager that was "qualified" to sell me ammunition asked to see my ID, when I presented all forms she said she wasn't able to complete this transaction because I didn't have the new DL and I said that's fine I have more ID she continued to say she couldn't sell me ammo, this is when my wife asked if she could buy ammunition with her NEW DL, the manager then said no because she knows that she's buying it for me, when in reality my wife also owns firearms as well and we both can use the same ammo. This manager came off as rude and treated my wife and I as if we were doing something wrong but we are both law abiding citizens just trying to buy ammo under this new "non-infringing" method. After going back and forth she retracted and said she could complete the transaction, but this came after reviewing a 6 page cheat sheet for Walmart's new ammo policy. At this point I had become mildly irritated with the situation and politely said I wish to cancel this transaction, I retrieved my documents and walked to the front to finish paying for the rest of my goods. The issue I had wasn't the lack of experience from the employees part, but it was the lack of respect and courtesy when trying to work together to complete this endeavor. I hope Walmart re-trains and goes over there customer service policy.

I have had 2 bad experiences within the past week here. First one was when I came in to get tires the lady Michal said it would take 4 hours. Okay that's understandable we will come back and she was rude to my boyfriend and I about us coming back. Then my boyfriend went in Wednesday the next day to get the new tires put on and she told him it was against state law to put 2 tires on my car because the wear on my tires arent even. My car is a FWD car. Then I proceeded to bring in the tires and she told me I was going to ruin my car by doing this. Then last night I came in to return a DVD player I misplaced the receipt, I called 2 hours in advance and asked if there was a way to return it and they said I could get store credit. I came in and Peter the customer service MANAGER was rude from the time I stepped up to the time I left. He kept telling me I cant return it and I explained to him I called 2 hours ago and was told I could and he asked me "you are returning this electronic without a receipt? Unbelieveable" his exact words. Then he asked if I bought it at this store and I said yes and he said very rudely are you positive you got it from this store and I told him yes this is the only walmart I shop at. I am very appalled at the horrible customer service here and especially with one of them being a CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER.

I live in Louisiana and it's unbelievable that I've tried for an entire hour to get someone on the phone to answer a customer service question. They Never answered and I had to call cooperate headquarters to get my question answered. Spoke with Brendan and he will be submitting a complaint ticket to upper level management concerning this. It's very bad for customer service and especially when you're traveling 26 hours away and needing to know if a particular item is sold at the location your traveling to. I hate Walmart! This one is always so busy. There is barely room to shop for all the people here. Shelves are barely stocked. Other customers here are rude as heck and don't pay any attention to anything, especially driving! Always a long wait in line here and never enough cashiers. Bathrooms are disgusting. Brought my 59yr old mom to this location at 5am, I had an entire list of items I needed to pick up. Was trying to get my mom a sports bra, she has never had one so we weren’t sure on size. Employee said manager is coming for us to use the fitting room. After waiting 15 minutes, the employee comes over saying that the Manager named “Joe” said the fitting room is closed till 7am. I constantly shop this store, and am completely shocked that the level of customer service in this store seeing as it has gotten to the point where the managers can’t even be bothered by actually doing their job!

As a professional Walmart water fountain conneseiur, I rate the water fountains as A tier. Starting off with the PH level of the water, it was a nice balanced 7 which made it taste pure. I also like the flouride content of it as it adds a nice wholesome and zesty flavor to it. The cool temperature was definitely good at a nice 62.8° degrees Fahrenheit. The only thing I don't like was the pressure of the water as it shot out super hard. Overall I rate it a 9/10 and is probably my 6th favorite Walmart water fountain.

One thing that has gotten me a little frustrated at times is when the Walmart personal shoppers in the grocery section are going thru the isles with their super large carts and sometimes are a bit inconsiderate of other shoppers, by blocking the isles with those large carts. We pulled our motor home over here. We spent hundreds of dollars on food and other things we needed. They had no sign posted. Jefferson County sheriff's deputies actually suggested we park there. Seems people's idea of camping and parking are a bit different. Look up that definition, camping is staying in a non permanent dwelling. YOU PARK in A $150,000 RV. While checking out one day we were lucky enough to get the lazy witch manager who was mad she had to open up another lane. I called the store from a line 6 deep to add another checker so as not to lose my place in line. There were elderly people with just a few things and they were all thanking me for calling. When we got to her I priced matched a couple of items but she was checking too fast for me to find the items on my list of phone apps. She could have told us they had a comparable item bit this lazy witch didn't bother. We went to pick up the comparable item , took it to the customer service desk to return the item she didn't inform us of and exchanged it at the desk causing us more time and effort while she did nothing at the register but fix her hair. This place is NOT RV friendly as stated in the RV guide for the club we are in and I will never shop here again.

Stopped for what was intended to be a quick shopping trip ... we knew exactly what we wanted. However, one of the items, an inner tube for a bicycle tire, was problematic. The boxes of different sizes were all mixed up, and many of the boxes had been opened. Additionally, it is often difficult to find a Walmart employee that can communicate well enough in English to get any help. Both of these reasons are why we rarely shop at Walmart.

Today we wanted to have some basic grocery shopping done. We arrived at around 2 PM. The store was pretty crowded, no any shopping carts were available at the entrance. I found one when I did see someone leaving the store and her cart was empty. The employees were trying to stock the shelves, and they were blocking the shoppers as always.This was even more annoying today. The fresh vegetable selection was less then acceptable. No any lettuce, red or yellow peppers, cut salad greens, fresh green veggies were available at all. The shelves were bare. Some packed vegetables as mini peppers were rotten, no expiration dates were marked. The fresh bread selection was pitiful, disorganized, dry old, or spongy. We did not check out the other departments, but suspect the same substandard collections. Before this I had similar experiences, as no milk, no creamer, no basic this or that at peak time. TOO BAD, I will think twice before going there again.

Considering the negative reviews I given the Evergreen, CO Walmart for its understaffed store and generic inventory, it is time for a positive review. On a recent shopping trip, I was approached by three different friendly store clerks who helped to locate items and sizing I sought. In the past, I wandered about the supercenter seeking assistance, and on a few occasions yelled in aisles for a clerk. We chatted about staffing and pay. Employees at the Evergreen Walmart deserve a “wellness wage” that pays a fair wage for travel (up from Denver) and/or a wage that attracts and maintains a dedicated motivated well-trained staff. Rumor reports a concerned store manager lobbies corporate for a change in policy. Regarding a generic inventory, the Evergreen Walmart Supercenter, situated in a unique geographic location, should be able to market a well-tuned inventory to the mountain communities it serves in Evergreen and Clear Creek Counties, as well as, the yearlong tourists who pass-by on I-70 to play in Colorado. The Swede Gulch Walmart in Evergreen possesses the potential to become a landmark tourist attraction (and big sales) if managed properly. We else is there a better place to experiment with niche marketing than in booming Colorado?

I went there and the next thing I know she was serving other customers that was behind me. There system goes down once a week or so around 330-4am and they will have a lady tell you the system is down for 30 to 60 mins. But in reality they can process your grocery manually on one of the machines. Please change your hours from 24hrs to set hours if you're not planning on servicing customers.

I purchased this two days ago(8/17) seemed a little off yesterday when I made hamburgers, wife got sick this am, wrapped it last night and this is the meat today... A week ago I purchased a package of chicken and it went bad two days before the expiration and felt off the day of using it!.. what is going on Walmart. Can't say I will ever purchase meat from this location again

It's a Walmart, what can you say. It is a reasonably clean Walmart by comparison to others I've been in. Partly because it is in the nice community of Evergreen. Because of its location it gets an interesting mix of clientele ranging mountain folk to affluent folks and even tourists because it is near Interstate 70. No complaints about this Walmart except the customer service desk closes at 9 PM so forget about any late night returns. This next one is a personal pet peeve; the deodorizer they use for the restrooms is overpowering enough to smell by the check out lanes nearby. Kind of nauseating. I hope the management reads this and finds a better product.

Been shopping here 30 years, but no more, after my interactions recently. A few months ago, my mother went to exchange some faulty shoes that were frayed and had not been worn. Hannah at customer service took it upon herself to insinuate that my mother,(who was the only dark skinned person there, and also the only one treated disrespectfully), had stolen them, despite having the receipt. Today, trying to buy glasses, I was accosted by Nancy in the vision center and asked repeated intrusive and degrading questions about my disability, just because I walk with a cane. This interaction bordered on sexual harassment, and made me feel physically unsafe to be there. We ended up driving to the Walmart in Denver and ordering our glasses there, instead, despite having already done all our shopping. After this, my family and I, who again, have all shopped there for decades, will never again set foot in this location. Also, this is just lazy and dangerous, (if Google allows me to upload this photo of a display today at this location).

Came in to get 1 tire not even on the car I brought the wheel in people working they had one car in the bay. they wouldn't stop talking to each other they needed to start working . I Run automotive shops I would've fired them I literally watch them talk for almost 10 minutes without doing anything to the car . No stranger to 'Super Wally World' as it may be affectionately known to many, this location does not technically qualify as one. It does not have the Tire and Lube Center necessary to make it a true 'Super Wally World.' Aside from that minor technicality it carries everything else;) It is the largest WalMart store in the South Bay by square feet and has ample selection of items ranging from groceries to home and garden. A recent visit to this location did have a couple of issues that was easily accommodated by quick and friendly customer service from the associates. Unable to locate an item Nick was quick to inform me which section of the store it is located with pinpoint accuracy. I found the item easily and with their good selection became interested in another item. However the listed price did not match the exact item and I went to look for the nearest price check scanner to determine its price. The nearest price check scanner was not operative at all and I could not easily find the next closest one. Unable to determine the price I went to the customer service counter in the paint section where Chris was able to finally scan the item and inform me of its price. Incorrect item labeling and a nonoperative price check scanner made my shopping a little more tedious, but I am still happy with my purchase. A very big thanks to Nick and Chris for the assists! Nice work!

Bought a 12 volt battery three months ago and it is bad. Had it tested by a professional mechanic on a Snap On computer that even had a read out sheet that said battery needed to be replaced no good. The guy behind the counter told me he couldn’t replace until they tested with their battery tester but it’s been out of order for over three weeks. Looks right at me and says take it to another Walmart but I bought it at this store. I promise I’ll never buy as much as a gallon of milk. Besides that good luck finding someone that speaks English.

Wow! Big Store! Just flew in to San Diego from Tampa, FL and our Walmarts are nowhere near as big! Other differences: the store was clean, the, the employees friendly and when when I asked where I could find an item, I was actually taken to it, despite being very busy the checkout areas were not backed up and I was able to fly through a self-checkout register without a wait, you have to pay for the bags here, too, WOW again!

For the wealthiest part of Chula Vista, they sure do lock up far too many items behind glass, including 99-cent packs of disposable shaving razors and $9.99 school backpacks. If the people who drive $80,000 cars in Otay Ranch are going to risk jail time by stealing a 99-cent pack of disposable razors, then it's already clear that 'Idiocracy' is already non-fiction. To exacerbate the problem, they hardly ever have anyone there to unlock these items and they want you to pay NOW. I'll just to to Ralphs where I don't have to contend with $5,000 in security cameras and a pimply teenager to get my 99-cent bag of razors. It might cost me 50 cents more, but the extra paid is worth my time saved. I try to limit the amount of time and number of times I go here. It's way too crowded and the people there always act like you're going to steal something, when little do they know, you're worth enough money to buy the whole store.

If I can give a 0 star review I would. First of all I am appalled on how they treated a customer in front of me. This would never happen in target or any other place. Craig... was so disrespectful to a customer. Calling her a fraud and ISIS. Not only did he yell at her. He ignored her along with other employee as the customer was upset. They started talking about the customer in a different language when they could both speak English which was also very rude. I’m very disappointed in how Walmart treats their customers!!! This is literally the worst Walmart that I've ever been to. Things are never stocked properly and if you have to ask someone you better have a translator. They are going to bring you the wrong thing and they are going to look at you like you are bothering them because they are busy chatting with their friends. I seriously do not understand how they can hire so many employees that do not speak English. If you're going to try to purchase a fishing license or a gun or anything like that you are SOL because these people are not able to communicate with the officials. If you need ammunition you're going to spend an hour there trying to explain which box to grab and they will not let you go behind the counter to point through the glass to show which one you want. I'd also like to throw in that it is not just the Spanish people that are the issue here. Even the English staff are careless and I would assume whoever is in charge is as well otherwise this store would not be run like this. I really hope that someone higher up the chain reads this and fixes this Walmart because this is pathetic.... my experience at this Walmart and other Walmart's like it has me shopping elsewhere every chance I get. Unfortunately I live right down the street from this.

Living in the mountains, it's my "go-to" place for groceries, toiletries, etc... It's a nice alternative, rather than putting on the extra miles to go in to the Denver metro area. Albeit, the variety isn't always as diverse as some of the city stores , but they usually have what I need.

I went to have tires mounted . They called me to come back to the store after 2 hours to get my tires out of the back seat. I drove the 30 minutes back to take tires out of back seat. I got yelled at from another employee for taking the tires out of the car like I was told. We argued and then I went to tell manager and he said bye! Then I went back to car to find my tires just left on the ground next to my car. They could have been stolen or hit by another car. This was my 3rd bad experience at this particular tire center. Usually there is no one to assist you and they get irritated when they assist you .

Slow! Long lines and 20 registers, but only 4 open! I asked someone if they could help me and they said of course. Then I asked do you work in this department? They said yes. I asked him questions about the new sound system I purchased and he just agreed with everything I said. I asked him is there someone else I can talk to and he said there's no one else in this department. Oh, there's bums everyday panhandling Its like I can't go to my local walmart without some bum who has a cigarette and looks like they never miss a meal staring at me while I'm just trying to go get some damn soda on the way home! Clean up that store!! I hope corporate sees this and makes a change. Retrain the employees and get security for your parking lot! At least some no loitering sign.. jackasses!

I used to live about a mile away from this Walmart. Like any other Walmart there is no room for any complaints. 100% in wide range in product inventory. You name it! They've got it! Low, low everyday affordable prices. I noticed that all stores will distinctively post diffirent low prices on one item that another store would not. So every store pushes their own low price tags depending on managed inventory (Supply versus Demand sciene they calculate depending on inventory. Walmart in Eastlake like any other Walmart also impacts your in store experience. The stores are well kept. The design per each building delivers a very acceptable, clean and nurturing environment. That allows you to be fascinated by their awesome layout and well fashioned and maintained store. I never seen anything like Walmart Before. Its like a theme park where everyone enters with excitement. Because nothing Walmart has is predictable and you dont know what good of it to expect. Whoever thought out Walmart's Concept of highlighting a store platform. Man that was a better accomplishment than man walking in the moon for the first time. I mean the moonwalk is okay but what does walking on the moon do for yah. Walmart. One huge step for man. Ten huge steps for mankind. And then check out Eastlake. They're open 24 hours on top of that. Go Figure!

Most of the time they'll have everything stocked descently which is great BUT most employees are rude and won't help you find an item. Recently, even a male cashier told me he didn't want to use my recycling bags. He said it was "too much work" and he "didn't want to" (his words). Eventually he did it as I gave an attitude back. How much can you write? It's Walmart. The good the bad the indifferent. The store was pretty clean and organized. Seems like a nice store as far as Walmart go. It is what it is. One thing I noticed is this store has a good amount of cashiers open at busy times especially. That's a good thing.

Chula Vista store is well maintained. Usual difficulty in parking. Tough to get help on the floor on weekends. I wish Walmart would have universal store layout.

Horrible experience ... only 2 check out lanes open. Extremely slow cashiers. No one speaks English. Was overcharged for multiple items on my receipt and had to go wait in line at customer service where there were 4 staff people behind the counter but only operating one register. Warning...Don't go there! Would give zero stars if I could.

Horrible customer service....Another customer and I were waiting for 15 minutes as the sole clerk in Electronics helped some clown fill out paperwork....then another clerk shows up and immediately helped two OTHER customers before helping me and the other guy waiting there.... THIS is why I almost NEVER choose to go to Walmart. I left without buying anything.,...AMAZON is soooooooooooo much better!!

Huge supercenter, lotsa choices in electronics, and convenient right next to I-75. Bought computer. Bought PC mice and H&R Block tax software. Will shop there again.

I have found it increasingly difficult to shop there. Finding items is difficult because the items in the store keep changing locations. It's so difficult to keep walking in circles around the store trying to find things. Also, when the category of item is found it is not in stock consistently. The meat and Pita I was looking for was not in stock. Every time we go to Walmart this happens. Many times the store is crowded and stockers are also there making it difficult to get to the items. Gridlock caused by to many people in a narrow aisle of people trying to shop is frustrating. Finding the frozen chicken Anytizers was difficult because they looking like they were dumped in the freezer and in total disarray. I used to love to shop in Walmart and miss it when we are back up north. But, now I find it to be an increasingly miserable experience. Seems like management is not good. I miss the old Walmart.

It's a Walmart Supercenter. Like the grocery section of this store. You can find some interesting items here. Today's visit was very satifactory. No waiting in line self check out was working like clockwork today

This is the flat-out slowest not get any help on the phone Walmart I've ever been in and I've lived here since they built it very slow help and rarely can you get someone on the phone in the department you need. But on the other hand the automotive department with the tires and oil changes does a great job

Nice big busy my girlfriend bought a beautiful bicycle there. She is very happy with it.
