I was trying to buy a pig ear. Of course I pick the one that isn't registered in the system. So I got another one and took a photo of the price. The lady at the self check oit wasn't sure why it wasnt scanning. The lady at the register said she could help after showing them both the photo of the price she(register lady) got another cashier. I told them they were all the same price and ignored me and had the third cashier go look at the price. Like I was lying even though i showed the pic of the price I felt a little insulted. It took 5 min for all this with no purchase. If you have PROOF of the price you dont send someone to check the price like the CUSTOMER is lying. Bad customer service. Never have experienced that in this store. Not to mention the cashier didn't even tell the cistomers that they had bags on the rack still if it wasnt for me telling the customers they would of left without their food. Are they new??

This location was an old beat up supermarket like location. Guess is only locals shop here. Store inside was dirty and shelves were not neatly set up. A quick stop for a small item is ok. Not the nice experience of a supercenter for sure.

I was aurprised I was unable to find Delmonte gherkins. Had to purchase Vlassic sweet relish which does not taste as good as Delmonte. I was able to purchsse the most tastiest and sweet bananas. A pleasant surprise. Had the nicest cashier at checkout time. I will return on Saturday just for the sweet bananas. Thank you

This store has a good variety of product, and there positives about the store. It is well located with ample parking. HOWEVER, the check-out, when you are done shopping is one of the most ridiculously managed processes I've ever experienced in a retail environment in my life. The management is absurd. All they need to do is fit self-check out counters/ options so that the lines/ queues don't take as long as they currently do. This is the key issue with this store. The current in line waiting time is completely ridiculous. Also barely anyone speaks English. So this is a heavily biased store in terms of culture. But that comes more with the location than anything else. So there are positives, but a very serious negative in terms of check-out lines/ time to pay for groceries.

Staff here on a 5 or scale I would rate a 2.5 they aren’t rude when you ask them something however they aren’t friendly either. Good prices and selections but not nearly as good as Costco. When Costco opens its new store in Henderson on St. Rose Pkwy later this year I think all these grocery stores will have to rush to close down given the excellent quality and prices Costco provides. I can hardly wait. But until then this Walmart is probably the next best thing around here. The biggest problem is that this store has the same problem as all Walmarts - - - lesser quality service. I am sure the higher salaries Costco pays makes a huge difference in that. And Costco employees are much better trained in their jobs and less incentivised.

This Walmart Market has everything I need. Customer service is better than before but the customers are rude! I was waiting in the parking lot for the handicap parking spot to be available, they were pulling out. This big blue pick up truck that was behind me went around me to the other lane and cut in front of me and stole the spot I was patiently waiting for!! The person who was pulling out rolled down the window and said, "some people just don't deserve the air in their lungs! I'm sorry he took your spot, good luck now." As she pulled away I stayed behind the truck that cut me off and I made sure to ask if he had a handicap placard. He said, "it's here somewhere, what are you the parking police?" I just shook my head in disbelief and was forced to park all the other on the other side of the parking lot, which I'm not upset about, I'm upset that a grown "man" would cut off a woman (me) waiting her turn in line then disrespect her to a disgraceful degree. Other than parking or the lack of, this market is great.

Gave it 5 Stars,when it first opened ,now it's been there a couple of years and now,the floors are sometimes blocked with pallets blocking products you my need.l have noticed the most bagged oranges are rotten,the labeled prices aren't the same when you check out so watch that.You can tell which manager is working the shift by the music you get Country and Western, Pop,Rock or R&B which can make your experience there good depending on your music choice or a nightmare.,Sometimes the workers can be rude even if you are nice to them,and I've seen them not say hello to customers when checking out because they're laughing and joking with their coworkers.Most of the time you have to go outside to find a shopping cart.Managers should be there to help things run more smoothly they should not be as close friends with their workers, it can sometimes make for a sloppy environment.

Friendly staff and knowledgeable management crew makes for a great shopping experience! I live nearby and come in here almost everyday and always find the product I'm looking for without fail. In the super rare case that I can't find it, one of the many associates are more than happy to show me where the product is or order it so that the next time I'm in it will be stocked and ready for purchase. I can't say enough nice things about the ladies at the registers, they're always ready with smiles to check me out quickly and politely. The store is clean and never has that weird sewer smell that some of the stores in the area have area seen to suffer from.

Horrible service. There have been like 3 or 4 times that I go there have the worst customer service experience I’ve had in my life. Last time I went there I was trying to cash a money gram and I was not aware that they just work until 8:00 pm. So I asked if I could get the money as one lady told me they were closed. I was ok with that and I made a comment saying that I didn’t know as one woman with a yellow shirt (boss) told me “Sir we are closed” very rude. I turned around and left but then returned and asked one old woman if she could tell me about a place where I could go to cash it and that woman in the yellow polo cameback to me again and told me “we don’t know we are closed” I honestly suggest this Walmart people to hire young personnel. I have nothing against old people because they deserve to work but if you can’t provide good customer service you better go somewhere else. I was paying at the express lane and was speaking to a woman about it and she said she thinks the same and the woman at the counter told me “go somewhere else if you don’t like this Walmart” don’t go to this Walmart they need to learn how to treat customers

This is a good store. They have fresh food. It's open till late. I got the regular grocery like berries, nuts, oranges, and water. The staff is very helpful. It's a quick stop for all your daily/weekly grocery shopping.

In case you don't know, "Neighborhood Market" Walmarts are simply food, produce and home goods. Think Publix, but smaller. It has everything you need from a local supermarket, but it's open 24 hours. Employees are restocking shelves throughout the night, so be prepared to leave your shopping cart at the end of the isle sometimes if you're shopping after midnight. On the plus side, there are employees EVERYWHERE. STOCKING. THE. SHELVES, so you'll always have someone to ask for product locations and price checks!

Tha store was well stocked and when a check out lane got to full they opened a new one. I enjoy the drink Clear American and this store was well stocked and I truly appreciate that. Also the yogurt we like had many varieties to select from which in my experience is unusual.

Walked in and saw a huge line with three registers open. I tried to give it a chance hoping the lines would move quickly. When i stood in line a few minutes and saw no progress. I put the water i was buying back and left to target. This walmart always has the same problem. Huge lines and the registers are not open. It doesnt make sense to me. Why have so many registers and not open them. At least during rush times.

I always love to shop at this Walmart after getting off. It's so convenient on my way home. My visit is always ok, but this time one of the employees had a basket full of products blocking the only check out counter just as i walk up, I said excuse me. She gestured to me go around , than asked if she could moved the basket over to right so I could put my grocery on counter she gave me a nasty look, I said I dont know why you giving me that look. She gave me another nasty look and said i moved basket, i said to her yes after the two nasty looks.

This was my 1st trip to this location, I liked the layout, but they don't have a lot of items. The register fridges were missing cold drinks, there was no charcoal, and the beauty and personal hygiene was separated from the rest of the store. It had 75% of grocery items. We stood in the self checkout and when the time came we put our items on the counter and the machine only took credit. NO SIGNS POSTED AT ALL. The lady that's the lookout (help)should have said that they only take credit. POST SOME TYPE OF SIGN and stop with the ignorance.

This Walmart was a nightmare, I went there today,when we went to pay for all the groceries,there were only 3 cash register open and 7 closed the line was ,worst the immigration back in the old days ,this is totally unacceptable, I will never go to this Walmart again ,the don't care for the customers one bid,you probably take 20 minutes to pick your groceries and 45 minutes to pay for them. Typical of Walmart, especially in the evening. The aisles are filled with stockers that don't care if they're in your way or blocking an aisle, the shelves haven't been stocked all day so they're bare until the stockers are done, the clerks don't help because they're underpaid and understaffed. But you go there anyway to save a few bucks or because it's too busy at the other stores. Hardly any cashiers and the ones there are just counting the minutes until they get off. Walmart if you're going to eliminate other stores with low prices the least you could do is care about the customers.

NO BEER My wife was discriminate for providing a Nicaraguan ID as she's on the process of permanent residence for the simple fact that she touch the beer or was in the so called group while moving the items to get them paid. They simply denied the used of her government issue ID as a tourist as both person are required to show ID even when she was no the one buying the beer or paying for the whole groceries. They when on insisting about the policy that is more ain't to teens or someone helping another customer buy beer. The group in front with similar situation was pass with no ID required for their beer. Making this whole ordeal pointless if is not apply to all. ID was provided by both and beer was still the issue. We try to avoid this place when possible however we the need strikes we butch up and brave the Walmart. Line are ALWAYS long. The location is ALWAYS understaffed. Never have I ever gone to a grocery store and gotten so much attitude, been snapped at and treated so rudely from an employee for just trying to reach something on the top shelf. There's such a thing as asking a customer something nicely. But that's not even the whole reason I'm giving 1 star, everytime I go to this neighborhood market they are out of everything I stopped in for, very common items. Take my advice, save your time and an awful customer service experience and go to the Walmart Supercenter that's just another few minutes drive north on Eastern.

4 items on my shopping list were out of stock. Selection is fair. Prices are about the same as other supermarkets close by. Next time I will shop at Super Walmart, Vons or Albertsons to make sure the items I want to buy are in stock. I have shopped all markets in the area Von's is the nicest one by far and always offers great produce selection and free carry out service and no self check. I will tip the bag person $3 when I use the service for large orders. I don't like self check unless I have only 5 items or less. Smith's forced you to use self check at night even with a full cart so I don't shop there.

Never go there. Don't care for the place. No matter where it is. Parking is hell. Shopping is ridiculous. Customers want to run over you or block you way. Always palates of merchandise to be shelved taking up isles. Most of the cashies are unpleasant and/or unhappy, and extremely slow. The self checkout is always jamming. GOD didn't give me enough patience for Walmart. Not that I'm blaming GOD. HE gave me enough sense to stay away.

So after another good bonus from my job throughout the year, I treated myself to a shopping spree. I made a list of things I wanted from last year, but never had the urgency to stop by. Juggling my by area and vegas tie is hectic, but I have a place in Summerlin so that works out fine. This Walmart is relatively clean with most items in stock or advertise. Employees are greatful welcome and thank you from the moment you walk in and when you leave. I don't ever recall that I had a problem here. Only thing I can remember was looking for fragrance and color dye free detergent. In that case, they had it in the back just wasn't wheel out yet. Worker ran to back cut plastic wrappings of pallet and brought it out. Shopping on weekends is a bit busier than weekdays. Parking lot has security on patrol roaming around on segway.

Rude employees, bad produce, dirty store. Had to wait several minutes to get something that was locked up, which almost all the toiletries are in this store now. I had to find someone who didnt want to help me to open the case for a $2.00 item, after pushing the red help button three times, and then when I tried to advise a "manager" he couldnt care less. The only reason I go here is for my handicap fathers grocery shopping, which Ive had the experience of all three of their electric carts not being charged while trying to get him in the store in the 100 degree weather. Thanks Walmart, for yet another failed, rediculous, frustrating experience.

I really don't see why is these store 24H seems like a regular hours store, every morning all employees are on the way with cars full of merchandise which is not safe for any of the costumes you never know when some boxes or something will fall and hit one of the customers that's not safe, the bathrooms are nasty and not properly cleaned for the employees use or costumes as well the lack of skill and communication with the language barrier is huge none of the employees stocking the merchandise knows anything about any product you will always get the same answer from all of them, and in my opinion if your working on a retail you should Spanish & English as well, another thing if you have a busy store get more cashiers otherwise the lines will take forever, and this problem is not only on this store is all around Hialeah management sucks all around, that my opinion

This morning I came into the store and was greeted by the majority of the employees that worked there. Good customer service and some showed that you were welcome there. The reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5 because after I checked out, there was an employee that was behind me and I overheard her say to the cashier, "its like i dont have anything else to do" and the cashier agreed with her. I dont care how many items I had on the belt but the comment wasnt necessary. Maybe she missed the morning huddle about being polite but she needs watch what she say cause she dont know who could be listening.

There are some employees that are rude almost every time I go here. Yes, the majority are nice, but your few bad apples each time are making me change my mind about shopping here. I would rather pay higher prices down the road for better customer service, than have to be confronted by these rude people. I do not mean a smile plastered on every person face, or having to greet me or say, "Hello." No, I am talking about an employee getting upset just because you asked where an item was located in the store. Or when the check out machine says verbally, "Please wait for customer assistance." and you wait for the employee. Then the employee just looks at you for 8 seconds before giving attitude (like I was a dummy, or something) and saying I can just continue scanning, she will come over after I have finished ringing everything up. Not what the machine just told me, but I trust you. I do not need to be treated rudely in the process though. I like to give things a positive shot though, and rack it up to chance or something of the sorts. But this is not the first, second, nor third time I have had bad experiences at this store.. Quite alright, the great thing about Las Vegas is there are plenty of other stores to peruse! Deli meat area needs detailing, bad meat all over. Meat department, saw bloated meat packages. They were stocking the store but the meat issue is a continuing issue, we just don't buy the meat anymore. Store is clean otherwise despite the many pallets being worked. They opened a second register once the line got a little lengthy so great job on that.

Worse customer service. They never have any carts. When i ask the service desk if they can help, they said they cant help me but i can go to the parking lot to get one. I asked if they have someone that does that and she said yeah but who knows if they are actually working. My thoughts after that comment, ieas that noone here wants to work and they dont care about their customers. I shop walmart to save. Its okay I'll just start shopping at PUBLIX . Produce was not fresh everything looked ugly and bruised the whole place had a funny smell like they mopped with dirty water or something. After the extremely long line (with only one cash register open out of like 7 even though there were a bunch of women just talking around the customer service area) I went to go send money to my grandparents in Cuba and a redhead working the customer service booth was giving me a really hard time. There are plenty of other places to shop in the area so I won't be coming back here at all, doesn't have the service a real Walmart does but it kept the long slow lines, go figure.

The government should limit the amount of walmarts aloud in a certain area because it is truly sad seeing what it is doing to Miami. This is the place that might have been really busy at one point but, the bathroom was dirty. It looked like someone had an accident and covered it up with toilet paper. Then, there was no soap so that we could wash our hands. In San Diego, I know that bathroom checks are done every hour but I don't know about this place. The second Walmart we went to was a super store! It was very nice and the bathroom was clean and stocked with plenty of soap! Just like the super stores here in Diego.

I left grocery there on Thursday evening, came in Friday explain to female Manager what happen but didnt get her name, she told me they would look into it,she had a male person take my phone number and Name said he would check it out and call me but no one ever did! I called today Sunday spoke with Manager Ivan said he will check video and call me back, which he did twice after he viewed video,he told they did put everything back thinking it was go backs! He advice me he would get everything I purchased and bag it for me to pick up today! I Want to give Ivan a accommodation of Excellent courteous and professional Service! Truly a pleasant experience at the end of something I was going to take a lost because I got distracted and left my purchase! I am one Truly Satisfied Customer thanks to your Manager Ivan!

Do not buy beer here. On our last visit I wanted to purchase a 12 pack and was told that if both me and my wife didn't have our IDs we could not get the beer. Went to customer service. Attendant was having troubles. 2 supervisor women were present and not assisting. The waiting line was longer and getting longer. After 30 minutes they announce that checks cannot be cashed. No apologies for waiting so long to announce the problem. They could've told everyone that they were experiencing technical difficulties and give the choice to wait or not. The cashier was Vivian. I don't blame her. Those supervisors/managers need to attend courses of courtesy

I don’t give them zero star because is not possible. Just now, I went with my husband for a last minute grocery shopping. There wasn’t any cars at the entrance and 2 cashiers open.It happened that the suppervisor (I don’t remember her name) with a terrible attitude decided not to sell my husband a bottle of wine since I didn't carry an id with me. Mind you that it was my husband purchase with his card. I would understand that she wouldn’t sell it to me. I've been looking the laws of florida and Miami Dade county for alcoholic beverages selling and it doesn't describe anything like this. I also went into the walmart website and looked for the policies and it doesn't describe anything like this either. I just ended up with a terrible experience confronting an awful “supervisor”

The pharmacist here are rude and they want to make sure you dont get your pain meds that your doctor prescribes. I have been dealing with one of them and she does everything she can to make sure that she doesn't give me my meds. If I can put no stars I would.. I went to the produce section & it stinks like rotten produce. When I went to pay they only had 5 out of 10 lanes opened & they were packed. The employees are very nice but extremely slow & talk way too much amongst each other & with the customer which is the reason why the lanes become so packed. This was my first & last time in this store. Also I'm sorry to say but there are so many squeaky voiced annoying cuban women shopping there plus the ones that have the grossness of going shopping with their bellies &/or butt cracks coming out. Sorry Hialeah, even though I live in the city I've noticed that the Cubans that are moving here recently are the lowest of the low & the laziest of the lazies. Maybe that's why the employees in this walmart are so slow too. When I say slow, I mean slow I stood in line with 2 customers in front of me for about 1.5 hours.
