The pharmacy went above and beyond when I lost my phone in the store. She called it and kept calling it in hopes of someone picking it up and answering. In fact they did. It was one of the clerks who heard it ringing. She was even kind enough to bring it to me in the pharmacy. As I have stress anxiety that I take meds for it was a God send. I was tired from no sleep on on the edge.of a severe anxeity attack. The ladies in pharmacy know me well and were so kind.

This is an orderly, customer focused and totally reliable pharmacy that gives good service. We moved our prescriptions from a "W"pharmacy where we had been customers for over 40 years with significant lapses in service and quality the last few years. Every time we went to the old pharmacy, there were new staff--just training--and the phone alert system was almost always on the blink. Not the case at this Sam's Pharmacy with friendly, well-trained staff, good communication skills and excellent prices. If they were closer to town (we live downtown/historic district) they would be perfect.

Not like it used to be. The cafe area was very dirty, most popular drinks were out, ice in only one machine. Prices are really not that good, if you consider buying online. The staff at the membership desk, was completely lost. We signed up for the plus membership after the girl kept insisting it was such a deal, and you get a 25 dollar gift card to offset the higher cost. When we checked out the card had .03 cents on it and then the arguing began. My wife did the classic, let me speak to your manager. It was not pretty.

easy self checkout. Easier if you download the app Sam's Club scan & go, just scan the bar code of the product when you put it in the cart and go to the exit door. no lines...

The staff here are highly professional and will help you as much as they can. They are also very friendly and recognize their regular customers. It feels like an added bonus to me. There's now a Sam's Pharmacy that operates closer to my house, but I will keep going here.
