If I could give zero stars, I would. I schedule my delivery and every other time, there is some sort of an issue. Due to the cost of my order, I have it delivered to an alternate address than my home. I've had times where the delivery has been delayed a day or two, no phone call, nothing. I've had one time the order was delivered a day early and since the person at the alternate address wasn't aware it was coming early, my package sat out in the rain for quite a while. When I take MY time to call in to find out what is going on, I never get a valid explanation and when I ask when my delivery is coming and for a tracking number, I get put on hold for several minutes and they can't even tell me when my delayed delivery is going to arrive so I just hang up. They don't give correct tracking numbers either. It's so frustrating that I have to take MY time to try and investigate what the issue is and I'm met with rude and useless agents who don't know anything without putting me a long hold. What goes on in this pharmacy where they think it's okay to delay anyone's order that determines whether they are able to function on a daily basis? Very careless and the message I heard on hold stating they 'take pride in their timely, efficient deliveries'.... laughable. Never experienced that. Unfortunately, I cannot use another pharmacy so I will be putting in complaints on every outlet I possibly can regarding their [lack of] service.

Marva and all of the wonderful people that are working their. They hands-down the best! I cannot emphasize how lucky I am to have found Premier Pharmacy Service through my primary doctor referral. I have been an extremely satisfied client here for over 3 years. Every month I get a reminder call from Marva to go over every medications to make sure it is still current. If Marva is not available then her assistant Eric is available. They are the dynamic duo. I have a very demanding list of prescriptions and they always have it ready every month. They also work with my schedule to have the medications delivered to my house. It is that kind of personal service that I am so appreciative. Occasionally my insurance would deny my newly prescribed medication. Marva would spring into action and personally call my insurance company, filled out the necessary paperwork to get it approved. She would also work with my doctors to find an alternative formulation that would be cover. Her end goal is for her patients to get the medications they needed. She is not just and pharmacist but an advocate for her patients. There are many time that I thought that I really can afford a certan medication that CVS told me that my insurance do not cover. I called Marva and have it transfer. Voila just like that, it got approved, and deliver that same day, Once again I am so appreciative of Marva, Eric, and her team. I credit my continue success recovery to the team doctors, Marva, and her staff. I can go on and on and on about how great Marva and Eric are but I don't want Marva and Eric think I'm obsessed with them (secretly I am lol). In all seriousness I am would not be where I am with my health without Marva help. I am truly blessed to have her in my life!

Not only do they provide compassionate care but they have drivers that are available to deliver medications to your doorstep. Dealing with any health complication is tough enough, but it doesn't have to be. Their service provides you with a peace of mind that your medication will be delivered on time and with care. Am in a skilled nursing facility. Every time my medicine is due for doctors re-approval, my doctor fax's the paperwork and calls them. Everyday they say the medicine is on its way. It's been 4 days they've said, "it's on it's way." delivery gets here without my medicine. This happens every month. They're not even refilling the e-kits! Premier Pharmacy is a joke. Send them a message and stop using them.

Highest marks for this place. Not only are they respectful they are professional and punctual with my medication. Going into this whole process with my health has been exhausting and confusing.neff and premier pharmacy services have sincerely curbed my anxiety when it comes to my medication..thank u very much for your services.much respect. ☺️

Terrible services front desk and human resources person. They are like bunch of inexperienced , stupid, high school kids working on the job Receptionist is unable to answer properly, hr person does not know how to read resume and incompetent in matching jobs. Get some professionals to work for youtube traffic organization. Not some dropouts No wonder their employees are not pulling together because of incompetencies.

This company is amazing. My prescription was transferred to CVS specialty pharmacy because my insurance contracts with them. CVS told me that my medication was going to cost me out of pocket $7800. (WTF). I spoke with my doctor she told me that is not true there are prescription copay assistance programs. When I called CVS back and told them they said we don’t do that you have to contact the manufacturer. I told them to forget it that I told them to forget it that I would have priemier pharmacy handle my prescription. I called back to premier. Once on the phone with Daniella she told me we handle all of that for you. She transferred me to a prescription copay assistantance specialist. She took my information and called me back within 5 minutes with an answer. I would not be paying close to $8000 for my medication my out of pocket cost is going to be just $5.00, CVS is everything that is wrong with the health care industry.

Both of my grand kids have gotten meds with Premier... each time they were very careful and accurate. The doctor prescribed tablets for my 3 year old grand daughter who cannot swallow pills. They were able to ask MD to change to liquid and got the med to us on time. Prices were reasonable and did not overcharge. Happy with their services. Will continue to use them. They offer timely delivery of meds. Recommend!

Premier Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever had. The staff is very attentive and is always making sure I stay on top of my meds. With Premier Pharmacy, they actually care about my health, other than other pharmacies who just want my business. I have a very busy schedule and cannot remember to call the pharmacy for my refills, so they call me every month to remind me and schedule deliveries. I don't even have to wait for my meds to be picked up, it's just delivered to my front door. This has taken a huge responsibility off of my plate. Thank you to all the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Premier Pharmacy.

Definitely recommend Premier Pharmacy Services! I had the most difficult time finding a specific brand of medication for my grandma. I called over 10 pharmacies who either told me they were unable to assist or made it seem like it was a hassle to help me out. But not Premier. They were able to fulfill my request with no hesitation and they were also able to get it to us the next day! I used to go to my local CVS to get my meds but there was no doubt that i'd switch over to Premier after that experience. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I always receive my meds on time! Can't ask for a better pharmacy. Highly recommend!
