If you need to ask something by phone never expect to solve it same day. You have to leave a message but they don't returns calls in less than 1 hour or days. My last experience 3 days! for a simple lab test result.

they are no good, I went to this office for years. I was given medication and told I would recieve other treatment which I qualified for, never helped, never led in any good direction, cursed out by a nurse..I have other disabilities and was recommended to APLA and they have helped and done more than AHF, in a months time..SAD

Shame on you! this is not the location for anyone who has any type of life other than doctor's appointment it seems the entire staff first answer is no I do believe that all of the staff should be required to visit AHF Northpoint Florida and Safety Harbor Florida they will get a great education in patient care. Without a doubt they are top-notch shame on AHF westside
