This is definitely the best pharmacy in Russellville! Friendly, prompt, and the prices are better than some at Wal-mart. Love that they have a drive thru to pick up my prescriptions!

The worlds worst about talking to Insurance... My wife went by here and through the line 5-8 times. All told just circle around... They said insurance is not showing you active well what insurance do you have... Tri care... WOW that was from over 5 years ago when I was in the military and ive filled prescriptions here before from my new insurance through the railroad... They are just flat out lazy and not doing there jobs.

Disappointed with the customer service. Took 45 minutes for the pharmacist to give me the prescriptions I had on file after I said I’d take my business to another pharmacy.

Good pharmacy depending on who you deal with. The older ladies are as sweet as can be but there is a tale chubby blonde that doesn't do her job. she left me standing for 5 minutes in an empty line before helping me while twiddling her thumbs. I then used the bathroom and waited 3-5 minutes before she asked the pharmacists about my medication. I've been going here for lil over 2 years but am thinking of switching do to her terrible business edict. this happened today but has been roughly the same each time I've dealt witch her. the only other complaint is they do not give out information on the medicine. its a bag and a bottle. because of this you have to look for interactions recommended use and sideeffects on the internet. to refrence this I am prescribed something that interacts with caffine, nicotine, green tea and a lot of other stuff. avoidly using these things I almost had to be pulled off of the medication for not being informed. ps I am know for being respectful and polite so it takes a lot for me to post a bad review.

Everyone is very nice and very helpful.I have known Mr. Newton for years and he has helped me in every way possible. The employees are very nice in every way . I have known Mrs.Newton all my life and she is very helpful and I love her like a sister. All of them help you in everyway that they can .
