I wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have too! My husband had strep throat and went to the ER and we took his prescriptions to Fred's and dropped them off thru the drive thru .The next day when he went to pick them up they told him they didn't have them. I realize mistakes happen, no big deal, but instead of apologizing and offering to call the ER and tell them that they lost his scripts, they proceeded to call him a liar and insinuate that he was stupid and just didn't know where he dropped his script off. So I immediately called them myself to find out what was going on and they insinuated that I too must be stupid and not know where I dropped them off and called me a liar also! I suggest that they go back and watch the video tapes from the previous day showing that yes we did drop them off and they tried to act like they didn't have any cameras and again called me a liar!

As Rite Aid in McKenzie is now a Walgreen's that doesn't participate with our insurance, it was time to find a new pharmacy that does. Spoke with the pharmacist at Fred's; he was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you for the great customer service which seems to be a rarity these days. The only caveat is Fred's shorter store hours.

This has got to be the worst place ever to conduct business. 2 trips, over 2 hour wait just to be told they do not have any of the medications that I need. Waiting on them to do simple business all the other pharmacies are closed. Fred's suck. I dont advise no one to use them.

new pharmacist gave me a ration of crap about my prescription and refused to fill it as written. didn't argue, just told her to take a good look at my face as she would never see me again. too many other pharmacies that want my business and they're getting it now.

Been calling for an hour to try and find out if they have something I am needing and I got put on hold for 10 minutes I call back can't get an answer called the pharmacist got put on hold for 20 minutes called back no answer 5 more times. Not somewhere i will be shopping any time soon . very rude people there

I really Love this Pharmacy! They're very friendly, professional and I don't have to wait for long periods of time!!! Hands down they put Walmart and Walgreens to Shame!!!
