I used to be a product junkie, but no more! Nakia Amour hair products are staples in my inventory. I use the leave-in conditioner, shampoo, and pre-conditioning hair oil. I use the leave-in conditioner on a daily bases. I use the pre-conditioner before a shampoo and in between when my scalp is dry. Since using these products, I no longer have issues with build-up or dry hair/scalp. I especially like that the products moisturize without leaving your hair and hands sticky after. And it has a nice fresh/clean smell. A little goes a long way and the product sizes are plentiful, a great value! You won’t be disappointed!

Was racially profiled there nearly 10 years ago because someone (another customer) had a security guard follow me around and store manager accused of stealing nail polish. I was furious with them and told them if they ever do that again there will be hell to pay. A lawsuit will be in the making if this happens again in the present.

Drug Emporium cared about stocking food items for the gluten-free community long before Kroger and WalMart did. Even though Natural Grocers is just a few steps away, I'll still shop at Drug Emporium for the things I've always bought there. Natural Grocers is great and is a welcome addition. Whole Foods is, financially, the last resort.

One of the few places around Little Rock to get large selections of organic and all natural soups, snacks, drinks, etc. There are many varieties here other regular grocery stores don't often carry, or are often understocked. The store is clean and there are many special-needs selections, such as no sugar, low-sodium, or gluten free. In addition, it has a pharmacy and a large, critiqued selection of suppliments and vitamins. The bathrooms are often barely usable, and the staff are varied in friendliness and professionalism.

I've experienced racism at least 4 times at this store. The first time I was looking at makeup and my purse was sitting in the basket and the store manager walked by and told me to close my purse so I left everything that I was going to buy and left the store. The second time I was looking at a product and an associate was very rude and told me not to break any of the bottles and cursed after he said that. He also said that the bottle cost 30 dollars and it would be hard to get up. The third time I returned something and I had my receipt also but the associate had an attitude because I brought it back and was going back and forth with me arguing and whining. She also had a very nasty attitude and smelled really bad. The fourth time I was on my phone and I was rudely interrupted by an associate telling me I was in someone's way and I wasn't and was very loud. On all incidents no one ever spoke to me but I was approached in such an unprofessional manner. THIS STORE HAS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I SPEND SO MUCH GOT DAMN MONEY IN THIS STORE. I'VE BEEN COMING TO THIS STORE FOR YEARS AND COME IN THERE A COUPLE TIMES A MONTH. IF YOU CAN'T BE POLITE STAY AWAY FROM ME WITH THAT DRAMA.

They have a good selection of Gluten free items, locally made gluten free items, some organic cheeses, brown cow yoghurt, Ezekiel bread, celestial seasonings tea and so much more. Perfume, makeup and pharmacy. Great place.

I enjoy shopping here. They have a good selection of normal drug store items and a decent selection of essential grocery items. Vitamins Plus is inside for everyone wanting organic, vegan, or natural products. Plus the store feels like a time machine to 1985 or so, which is likely from when their prototype was designed (I am from Texas and the last experience I had from Drug Emporium was 1990 or so and this store is nearly identical). They do not use scanners (hand key into register and every item is tagged with a price), and only accept cash, checks, or debit cards. Great place.

Bought very expensive shampoo and conditioner. Took it home and its horrible. Tried to return or exchange and they wouldn't do it. So Im stuck with $70 of awful product other stores allow returns so this is BS. Store associates act like you are bothering them . I will no longer shop this store

Every time I go here, there is something new to discover. If you're into your health and I like to make your own lotions, vitamins, etc. this is the place for you. Or if you like suppliers of the healthier side, you can't go wrong. This is just the place for me!

I love that Drug Emporium carries Nakia Amour Natural Hair Care Products! The owner of the hair care line knows exactly what she is doing! She is very professional and honest. The quality of the products is superb. I have been using her line for the past 6 months and my hair is thicker and longer! Ladies and gents please pick up some of her moisturizing conditioner the next time you stop by Drug Emporium. It has changed my life. After deep conditioning, my hair is so soft and my detangling time is cut in half! Well worth it!! Many thanks to Nakia!
