They said they would send a request for a refill for a medication I need DAILY on Friday. It's now Tuesday and they said they can't tell me when they sent the request and refuse to help at all. Very fake 'friendly' service.

Well some of the workers like to talk about you behind the counter. Then not pay any attention to what they are suppose to be doing. All cause you go in there questioning their intelligence about their job. Cause your tired of getting the runner around about things. You want answers and then they stand there and look at you crazy. Then they finally tell you what you was asking about. Then they give you a round shafted lancet, an except you to put it in a square hole in the pen. Cause they weren't paying any attention to what they were doing. So now we have to drive over an hour round trip again to go get the right lacets. Ugh grrr
