The Pharmacy at Safeway on Bell Road and 35th Avenue is easily the best Pharmacy in Phoenix!! Daniel and Abby are the nicest people I know and are ALWAYS professional and friendly!! No matter what your problem or need is, they are on the job and ready to help you!! I get all my prescriptions filled there and even if I moved to Mesa or Litchfield Park, I would make the extra trip to get my prescriptions filled at Safeway on 35th Avenue and Bell Road!! They are just that good!!!!

This pharmacy is a disgrace. I was there to pick up prescription and all I got was the runaround and attitude. No customer service - no assistance with the situation. Not even the store manager (Gene) could assist or should I say would assist. I got you on camera Lorena and this is going straight to corporate! I did what you should have done and found a pharmacy that had the medication needed. That’s all you had to do. That’s what customer service is all about. FAIL! Moving our prescriptions today!!

I have been filling my scripts at this location for 4 years and the employees have always been very nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and I’ve never had an issue! I miss DANIEL and the old team- they were so fun! The new employees are on it but seem to be wore out and very short! It’s fine- they’re still on time every time. My husband Tim Herrick & I fill here.
