The prices at Prescott compounding pharmacy are outrageous! Ave Maria is a way better choice or using diamondback. you may have to pay a shipping fee at diamondback but it still beats the high price you'll pay at Prescott compounding pharmacy. the people at Ave Maria are a lot nicer and not as rude as the pharmacist that works at Prescott compounding.

I could not recommend this pharmacy sufficiently. My cat had been gagging and coughing (up to 15 x a day) for 2 years keeping me awake nights and worrying that she was going to die. I had blood work ups, etc. done on her. Finally, as a last resort, my vet recommended prednisolone. I went to the Compounding Pharmacy to pick it up and they were extremely helpful in explaining what it was, what it does and all the dosage requirements starting my kitty on a .5 mL dose twice a day. The lady explained to me that I could reduce the dosage weekly if my cat appeared to be getting better. She explained it to me in a manner that a lay person could understand. After the first dose, my cat has never again gagged or coughed. I stopped in today to ask if I could stop the dosage or at least cut it back drastically. The man was so patient in explaining all the ramifications of lowering and eventually stopping the dosage. The medication was only $50.00 and I would have paid hundreds to get my kitty healthy again!! I love this pharmacy!!!
