We have been going to this frys location for a year now. And a year ago, I would have rated them 5 out of 5 stars. But now, they barely qualify for 2. I'm giving them 2 stars, 1 for hours of operation is convenient, and 1 for cleanliness. Other than that, this pharmacy fails in every way possible. Here's why. When you pull up to the drive through window, you can see in and see that the techs are chatting it up. This happens every time I go. They must think they are getting paid to be chatty cats and this is not talking about work. It's about boyfriends and plans for the weekend. One time I waited 7 min for them to come to the window. They knew I was there waiting, they just chose their conversation was more important. And it's so frustrating because it happens almost every single time I go. Another reason they get a failing score is because they don't keep the patients informed. We dropped off my husband's rx for something he can't go without and they said it would be ready in am hour. So an hour goes by and we go to pick it up. Then we get there and they said that this rx needs a prior authorization, but keep in mind, my hubby has been on this med for over a year and is just a refill. But needles to say, they didn't notify us of this. Then we call a week later and they say that they are waiting on his doctor to send in paperwork. So I call the doctor and this doctor who is amazing, never failed us, says "the pharmacy hasn't sent me anything about this". I believe my doctor over this pharmacy. Avoid this location if you can. We wouldn't want to interrupt their conversations or expect our prescriptions to be filled in a timely manner. And don't even get me started on the bad attitudes that every single employee in that pharmacy has. They make you feel like you are a inconvenience to them NOT doing their job!
