The slowest pharmacy since they have changed pharmacist. Bryan was fast and he cared about people. It took two hours to fill my medicine and they told me forty five min. Bryan always did them much faster by himself. He did the work for two to three people. I will probably take my business elsewhere.

The pharmacy manager - an older Asian man - isn't very helpful and insisted on giving me the wrong prescription. If possible, I recommend going to another pharmacy.

I had brought my backpack in because I had my laptop and other electronics in it. I already had my car broken into last year so I am very cautious. I brought my backpack in, and that's where the experience went all wrong. The first person who saw me asked me to leave my backpack at the front. While I was shopping I saw a few people with backpacks on. I realized that the backpack wasn't the problem, It had more to do with me being dark skinned. The rest was awful.

This store could be a gold mine! There are apartment buildings mushrooming on every corner. And yet, CVS hasn’t come to their senses. This store should be well-stocked well staffed and equipped to handle the new flood of potential clients. Yes they have a drive-through pharmacy I I hate it when they hang that sign out “closed“ This is a Big disappointment and major inconvenience. CVS, if you don’t shape up, more people are going to use online ordering for everything even though they live next-door to you! Candid comments.

The staff try hard, but there is NEVER anything on the shelves. Their cosmetics section is always bare - even after they supposedly restocked. It's the most convenient drug store to work and home, but that is useless if I can't find anything I need there.

Specifically the pharmacy: the employees are nice and helpful if you can get a hold of them, but this location is so severely understaffed all. the. time. I literally have NEVER spent less than 15 minutes on hold when I call the pharmacy to follow up or ask a question. Often you'll have to wait 15 minutes before someone answers JUST TO PUT YOU ON HOLD, then you wait 15 to 30 minutes more. It's an incredibly poor, galactically annoying, endlessly frustrating customer experience. Therefore I cannot recommend this location at all. The only reason it's not 1 star is that the pharmacy employees are actually nice. They're just always frazzled and running around like headless chickens, presumably because CVS corporate is too cheap to properly staff this busy location.

The store is pretty well stocked and convenient to go to. But the pharmacy is HORRIBLE. They are always understaffed and never answer the phone. I have called multiple times over the years and every single day this past week to try to get a hold of someone and it is at least a 20 minute wait. Also, never try to pick up a prescription after work, you will wait at least 30 minutes.

When I ask why the cosmetics or the store in general is consistently out of stock. DONT give me the "we have high theft so we dont stock it" because it's a LOUSY excuse. Why dont you just shut the store down and sell nothing? Because I remember asking for products I'm in there to BUY. So because someone else is dishonest, I should deem your store unreliable. Customer Service is the ONLY real deterrent for theft. Think on that.

The pharmacist at this location, Kim, felt that taking her lunch break was more important than helping to resolve a problem with a prescription for my father, who is dying in hospice. She was also rude and unhelpful on the phone, both to my mother and our very patient hospice nurse. People like her don't deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence as the usually helpful and professional folks I've dealt with in most pharmacies. I sincerely hope she loses her job. And soon. People who lack compassion and patience should not be in her line of work.

There is one woman who is efficient.. 40/50, smart, professional. She seems to be the only one... I have seen CVS management on site and they seemed taken aback ...merchandise low, shelves empty...the pharmacy must be over whelmed. Slow. Hate when you pull up to the drive in and they are closed...for a period of time. The young lady with all the make up and pink hair tries... Next!

aside from being short handed and long lines, they are fair. i have started to be on medication for the first time in my life almost a year ago and despite some missed relayed messages and INS bs, they are helpful, timely and professional.

I like this CVS because it has a pretty large parking lot. There is also a drive thru pharmacy to pick up prescriptions.

Their lack of english understanding is a problem. I called the day before picking up my order and the woman kept saying yes instead of making sure she understood me. When I went to pick it up, found out they didn’t have any in stock and wouldn’t for another day. That made my online order over 48hrs late. Don’t go there. Not worth the hassle.

Worst place/pharmacy Always “under staffed.” Tell you prescriptions will be ready within 20 minutes however hours later they are never ready. Always an excuse! Poorly run/managed. Highly recommend a different place.

Had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with a very rude cashier named Suzanne here. Talk about someone with a massive chip on her shoulder. I felt abused by her as a customer just because I was indecisive about which CVS coupon I wanted to use. She is an absolute bully with no compassion or empathy for her customers. Do not even bother coming to get your medicine here if you have to deal with a classless cashier like the one here named Suzanne. However, the store manager here is a nice guy and I appreciated his help resolving the situation kindly and professionally. They need to have nice people working as cashiers.

Normal CVS.....if you r there for prescriptions and need them soon I would go to a different pharmacy. They are also out of stock on a lot of prescriptions and if you are paying without insurance ....also more expensive than places like frys or walmart.

Worst CVS I've been to in AMERICA! I've been to them in FL, TX and several in the SF Bay area, this one wins the prize for most WRONG orders, incompetent staff and horrible service! They've literally been, according to them, "understaffed" if you call you're on hold for literally 20 minutes at a time just to hear your order is not ready or they messed up something! The pharmacy tech will ask you to open the SECURITY CONTAINERS, the ones for theft prevention, yourself!?!? The pharmacist will dispense WRONG MEDICATION (4 times!) Through drive thru and twice in person! Or give you wrong amounts, stuff you didn't order or were prescribed etc! They tell you always it's "insurance fault" then once you make time to waste it talking to your insurance company they put blame back on CVS staff! This place is a nightmare and never a good or easy experience! If they were giving away the drugs I'd still go somewhere else!!

Beware of this store- and CVS My wallet was stolen and was used at this store to buy gift card for $1500+ dollars and they didnt ask the guy for Driving license- and the cashier has seen this guy do this type of transactions past few days. Whne i called CVS to complain why they didnt check DL for high $$ transaction they say card user should wirte 'check id' in place of signature. CVS is encouraging and complicit with fraudsters. and the corporate refuses to change policy or provide guidance atleast to detect/alert fraud.

Like most of the reviews mentioned. Customer service is so-so depending on who you asked for assistance. From the street it looks promising with nice area no panhandling. Took items to cashier enter my rewards number and I'm done. Pretentious smiles and body language suggest they don't really care.

Worst pharmacy available, especially the pharmacist thinks that she knows better than my doctor. She didn't give my medicines as per the doctor’s prescription since she was not comfortable with it. She called the doctor and asked about my medical history and asked her if she could change the prescription. The pharmacist here is very rude and big on ego. They make you wait for long hours even if there is no line. DON’T go here at all. My doctor told me to change my pharmacy as it is wrong for a pharmacist to ask about the patients medical history. No wonder she is just a pharmacist and not a doctor.

Worst Pharmacy in the world. They have screwed up my scrips everytime I come. Jeporidozed my personal information and jepordized my health by failing to compleate scrips on time or even at all. Horrible attitude by staff and pharmacist.

I believe the manager here purposely picks the slowest people as cash register attendants + providers only a short training as the employees here told me several times! Last time it took the girl over 31 min to ring up three people!! Yes 31 min to be exact!! Not only she had no clue what she was doing, she talked so much nonsense that I ended up telling her to stop talking and focus on what she was there to do. I could have easily gone to Costco 4 miles away faster than going here around the corner from where I live!!

Worst managed CVS I have ever been to. They do not restock items regularly; half of their stationary aisle is empty. If you need common items like tape or glue, do not come here
