Costco is great for finding great and produce. You will also find nice prices on other things they have as well. Customer service is excellent, they take care of you as a customer. The return policies are great. if you have a problem with anything that you by there, you just take it back and they will give you a refund or replace it. The biggest gripe I have about Costco is the sample stations. The locations they put them causes a lot of congestion when you're trying to get through.

It sucks this Costco closes at 6pm smh. Moved to Vacaville from antioch , where that one closes at 8pm. Makes it hard to shop here due to my regular work hours, never make it on time or have to use up family funsunday just to come here. Definitely switching to Sam's club

I want to like Costco, but it's a god damn zoo. Shoppers here seem loose their wits (and manners) in the frenzied pitch of ultra consumption. Have fun wheeling your 400 pound cart while doging cars in the vast frozen wasteland that is their parking lot. I guess it's not so bad if you wear body armor and bring a team of sled dogs to help.

I can get my more food than I've ever possibly needed. They even finally offer vegan and organic options for those of us that don't destroy animals for our personal consumption. Costco you are finally coming around and making some good choices in what you offer. The only drawback to shopping here is many times they offer something I like to only find out it's not available a month later when I go shopping there again. I guess that's normal anymore. Still, I'm happy with every shopping experience I have there.

Stopped by Costco on the aay back to Honolulu from plumeria botanical garden and blow hole. Wow. Years coming out here. Should have been stopping there for all my macadamia nut collections. Got some great Hawaiian chips too and a pair of shorts for my honey! They have chap stick and sun lotion that’s great for the reef. And cases of water. So when traveling come to a Costco on day one. Employees are well informed as to the location of items. Checkout lines can be very long but the cashiers and their assistants while obviously exasperated remain calm and cheerful. While I understand the philosophy behind changing the location of goods it can be irritating to having the location change after three months of finding it in the same place. Overall a good shopping experience.

Disclaimer: Costco cannot control the following: The crowd that shops this location are some of the rudest, unaware and most disconnected people I have ever encountered in the United States. People will run carts into you, park their cars across 2 spaces and have zero consideration for disabled persons. Keep your head on a swivel when you are here.

It's Costco! What more is there to say? The selection is always great and the bulk/volume pricing does make a difference in time savings (fewer trips to the store) and cost savings. This location is typically clean and orderly and as long as you time your visit in off-hours you can maneuver through the store with little hassle. It's worth noting the organic selection continues to expand which has been fantastic when comparing pricing against Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, King Soopers, and Safeway. This Costco is not as large as some, so the selection is not the most varied. But everything is fresh and the staff is always very helpful,. On one occasion they hunted for rebate checks we had not received due to two moves several years ago. They were able to find 5 years worth of old rebate checks for us!

This is a pretty great place to shop. Pretty reasonable in pricing. You really need to be alert to compare if you're minding you budget. Easy to get carried away shopping picking up more and spending more than you intend. I especially like their selection of nuts. Drawback for me, some items are not a regular purchase for them. I find a product that I really like and they do not offer that item again. Especially so with healthy choices, i.e. low sugar content, no preservatives and good oil content.

Costco is always well stocked with a large variety of fresh delicious food and samples to help you decide which ones to buy. They have an amazing fresh produce section as well as the walk-in Dairy case. The fresh meats come in a variety of cuts at a great price and the canned goods come in value packs. They also carry a large variety of paper products as well as home goods such as furniture and televisions and even pool toys. There's a food court area if you work up an appetite and they will make to go orders if you prefer. It's always a wonderful shopping experience.

Costco often has vender selling things. If done right it's fine. I was at Costco in Des Moines Iowa. There was a bender peddling Water. He was shouting the same thing in a monotone voice. It was very annoying. It is not an effective way to sell. Aproching an individual and starting a conversation is more effective. I know managment is aware of that and should have stopped it. It ruined my shopping experience.

The employees are wonderfully trained in customer service and have been so helpful. A great feature is the free samples. Oh, and they bring in special vendors with new products, showing over a 3-day period where we can purchase the product.

Costco seems to have it all really. Eye glass shop, prescriptions, electronics, small appliances, food but the tub... Overall a nice and updated selection. Keep an eye out for the item demos/feature items, they disappear quickly, so if you are interested, be ready to act quickly or know if the product is still available after the in store demos. Love the pizza at the snack bar. Great way to take care of dinner for the evening on the way out of the store. Some of those special partner deals on the way out of the store are interesting, but you can generally find someone who will do the work for about the same overall price. You can put the cash in your pocket instead of a $1500 Costco rebate card. Overall pricing seemed fair after all discounts were applied.

Unbelievably lousy service yesterday. After purchasing 200.00 worth of heavy groceries I was asked if I needed boxes. I replied "yes" and was given two boxes to load myself, under my basket, while the cashier AND assistant hurry to help the next person in line. This all while two other Costco employees were busy doing nothing literally four feet away from me. The cashier just looked at me struggling lifting things into the boxes and said, "sorry" and returned to counting the numerous cases of water the man behind me was purchasing. Wow, I pay to shop here. Ridiculous and embarassing for this organization.

This is one of my favorite stores. The products combine quality and value by making use of Costco's buying power. One disadvantage sometimes is that you have to buy in bulk for a lot of items. It's hard to leave without finding your wallet a few hundred dollars lighter! We recently moved farther away from Costco and I save a fortune by not being able to stop by twice a week.

It us the best place to buy everything!It has a lot of options like electronics to bottled water it has a great customer service and they will also repay you it the price of the item you buy drops lower again the are food tasters who might lead you to trying new foods there even a gas station outside which will give you cheaper gas than anywhere else but the biggest downside to costco is to buy anything in its store or website is that we have to be a member which costs at least 60 dollars but for all the items the sell it us worth it.

I hate going here but do out of necessity. I've never been here when it's not busy. Wednesday at 2pm? Everyone got off work and is at Costco. It's like they sell a new iPhone every day. It being busy is bad enough but it seems like everyone who shops there is a brain dead idiot. Like shopping in an episode of The Walking Dead. Eveyone stands in an isle (with no intention of moving) blissfully oblivious to the 30 people trying to get by them. Going to Costco makes me wish for another plague.

I’m glad I was already familiar with Costco prior to moving to Colorado Springs. My wife and I came in to this location and were treated with disrespect by the tall girl at the new membership counter. I don’t know her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag. She had no interest in answering our questions, just continued to cut us off and ask questions with a rude tone as if we should already know the answers. She also appeared to be annoyed that we didn’t have the money for the executive membership. She never thanked us for becoming members, just said “here” and handed us our cards. If we weren’t prior members, we would have just left and went to Sams.

Always a great experience. The employee's are courteous and efficient. I recommend shoppers shop with their different periods of time in mind. For example, if you chew a lot of gum in a year, you will save a buck or two by buying a mini-case of gum. The same holds true for toothbrushes and chocolate chips. If you start to scale that smaller you can save the most. So if you are already going to eat several servings of chicken in the next week, buy the rotisserie chicken. It only needs to be reheated and anything left can be used to make a chicken soup stock. I would recommend Costco for anyone on a budget and anyone wanting the best of what is available.

The only reason it was not a five today was my cashier was talking with her coworkers, not focused on what she was doing, then asked me questions on how what items I got because she forgot. Gave up after being on hold for 15 mins each time. I finally just went into the store, and was the second person in line. Then waited in line for over 30 minutes, and was finally helped and was told it would be an hour and a half to two hours for a balance and rotation. There was one car in a stall and workers were just standing around.

I think it’s unsafe and terribly rude to have their workers restock during the very limited shopping hours. I have had several disturbing encounters with pallet jacks being brushed towards me. The store is crowded all the time, so the additional traffic is unnecessary. The company has become too large and arrogant for its own good. Never a good experience, but is something to dread.

My personal preference on Oahu is this CostCo location over the other 3 locations (I live in Waikiki) largely because the drive is more relaxing than fighting your way to the others. Store seems to be well stocked and kept clean and neat and there is a variety of other shops in the adjoining shopping center.

It’s so sad to think that someone who may be on vacation could come into the store and have their visit to Costco ruined by going through her line. The place is usually pretty crowded and it can be an ordeal to get checked out. I don't like that I have to dig my card out every time I go in, and I really hate their checkout lanes. They pull the cart behind the checker instead of you pushing it in front of you. I have 2 year old twins sitting in the child seats in the carts and do not like them taken away from me every time I check out. If they fall out for some reason who would be liable. Also, they make you show your receipt on the way out like Sam's Club does, but they don't actually count or check the cart to make sure it is accurate. What is the point of holding me up if you aren't actually checking anything. All in all I like the prices, products, and experience of Sam's Club much better, but Costco is much closer to me and I always get gifted a membership from a family member so that is where I go.

Their hearing aid center is great! I bought my current hearing aids at this location a few years ago. Today, I went in to get my hearing retested and to have my right hearing aid looked at because it didn't seem to be working properly. Honestly, I waited too long to make this appointment because I was afraid I was going to have buy new hearing aids. Not only did the Costco folks diagnose and repair my right hearing aid on the spot (such a relief!) they took the time to re-explain how my warranty works and all the various hearing aid support resources available to me. (There are many!) Additionally, they continually encouraged me to immediately come into a Costco hearing aid center for any and all issues I have with my hearing aids. It may seem like I'm an over-the-top, walking Costco advertisement right now but they continually impress me with their level of service -- they genuinely stand by their warranty and support agreements. Two thumbs up!

Thoughtful and considerate employees. I was helped by various departments in my pursuit of some straps, bungee cords, or even tape. The only option was some huge duct tape, not what i needed. But i was helped so earnestly the same. The cashier also packed the box in such a strategic manner to help me make it home. I ended up borrowing some tape from another department. Suffice to say these are after pictures, having made it home as scarily as it was. Nothing dropped, broken, or in any way out of order.

I’ve been introduced to so many new products from cosmetics to snacks at Costco, and the food court is a great deal. Alaskans love Costco. This store is a little busy compared to the East Anchorage store, but it's still a great store, with everything laid out and easy to find. Like all Costco stores, they have rotating seasonal stock, so if you see something you like, it might not be there next time you look for it. Be careful with Costco. The audio techs work with me as often as I like top keep the aids clean, and make adjustments as often as I want. 1/4 qrtr the price for the same quality anywhere else. I have checked. Trust me. All the same parts made by one company, just different bells and whistles. Also, buy the "dry box". Hearing aids degrade with humidity. The dry box keeps them clean and lasting longer.

I grabbed kings bread, paper towels, and bottled water. This time, the lines were short. I only had one person in front of me. Overall great except I do not like that if a family member is with me, y cant they also by groceries? Costco should be glad they want to purchase some of their inventory. I understand the whole deal of membership but they are there with a member. Also If I am making a purchase for a client, Costco cannot run a second purchase, they can subtotal his purchases then run mine. Foodcourt sucks. Every time I order pizza from this place, it's always wrong. The time that they tell me for the pizza to be ready is always wrong. If they tell me 30min, it turns to be 40, or they didn't had it yet. If I tell them no sauce, I get sauce????? They need to organize better. I am done ordering pizza with them. I've worked in the food industry for over a decade and now at a Bank. I know the food industry and customer service. I called for a pick up of a whole pizza. The food court has never been good at their customer service or efficent either but nothing like today. I got there and waited at the window for whole pizza pick up and was ignored for 6 minutes. Since this was my first time doing a pick up, I assumed that I should stand at the counter with the sign that says whole pizza pick up. It does make sense that they would add an additional sign that says, if you have called in your order please pay at the counter or the kiosk. Maybe they should put that right under the sign that says, we take call in orders. So obviously since it was my first time picking up, the man told me to go pay, then come back. I did so and again was ignored and walked past by the same employee who instructed me to pay so I waited for another 4 minutes before someone came from the back and asked me if I had been helped. Then on my way out, I stopped at the customer service desk and asked the woman standing at the end of the counter, "why do you offer food court pick up, if it is going to take as long as if I came in and ordered and stood in line?" Her response, "I dont know " then nothing and the other employee standing next to her just listening to this whole thing and also not providing any assistance. So I simply said, "maybe someone should check that out" and I walked out. How crazy that I seem not to matter to several Costco employees. Might as well order my stuff online and go to the farmers market rather than pay for a membership where you cant even get assistance when asking for it. Ridiculous, oh and my Pizza was cold. Soo glad I didn't order that hot and ready pizza from your competitors, I might have had a good meal.

This place is always clean and organized, the cashiers always friendly and food court makes delicious food inexpensive. Peak times here are at noon, can be difficult to find parking closer to the doors and the food court has a line. However, recently, they installed a few kiosks in the food court so you can skip the line if you are using a visa credit card or debit MasterCard.

The place is always fabulous! We can't get out for under $300 most times, but the prices are so great, we barely care! Clean, well-stocked, they don't move stuff on you constantly, we always get full on our hot dog and Coke up front for pennies, people are polite and helpful, and they offer discounts on out of box last one type items... Just ask! We love it.

I was a bit disappointed. I had called ahead to check to see if a product was available in their warehouse, and the employee on the phone assured me it was, but apon arrival I ended up asking a manager about the location of the item I was looking for only to be informed they didn't have it at all. I understand this is a training miscommunication, but it's somewhat frustrating to make a trip only to find out you could only order online.

And recently have added Costco's great Liquor selections (the only Costco in town that has this). Conveniently located right off of I-25 on West Nevada Avenue. They have an excellent return policy if you ever change your mind about something. The food court is tasty and very inexpensive. Love my local Costco. Great food and always adding new things to sample eat. Products have mostly been perfect and when there was an issue, they always allow me to return an item I wasn't happy with. The mechanics are hero's and always allowed me to put air in my tires when I had a slow leak, they even offer to do it themselves. Staff are kind and helpful at checkout. My only beef is food that isn't used by there "use by date" should go to local shelters instead of being wasted in the dumpster bin. Our country is so, so wasteful it's nauseating.

Costco is big...really big. Their prices are nearly unbeatable and their selection is great. We have shopped at Costcos in California, Hawaii, Washington and Colorado. All provide good service and great prices. I purchased several high-quality Hawaiian shirts (made in Hawaii) at this Costco for less than 1/2 the price of anywhere else. They also have a great selection of macadamia nut products at discount prices.

Costco was the place to save when I was a child, 25 years ago. Costco is a rip off now, they’ve made deals with producers so they can copy the popular good stuff & bring its customers a knock off version made by the original manufacturer! They want to send your chicken to China to be processed & then sent back to you. They never have boxes for customers who come to the store because they are using them all internally. I don’t feel like it is a club anymore just a gimmick to help you waste your money. And they are rude.

This place is always out of control busy!! The parking lots a mess, the lines Are pretty long and dont have much space to build as their are shelves/ pallets of food pretty close. They added some self ordering & paying for the concessions so that was extremely exciting and convenient until the process at the counter with the staff member calling the tickets got extremely chaotic and overwhelming.

This visit we found everything we went for. Unfortunately, we became accustomed to being able to purchase Black River bleau cheese from Costco but it now appears to have been discontinued as a product Costco carries. I also miss the large container Knudson 2 percent cottage cheese that was discontinued several years ago. Your staff always appears well trained as well as very helpful and kind. My wife and I typically enjoy our visits most when we're not rushed.

It's a giant warehouse club with limited selection which only varies by season. Good produce, meat, and premade dinners from the deli. Forget about buying anything in reasonable sizes, but if need a gallon of mayo or pickles this is your store. Also, plan on being stuck here for at least an hour to wind through the turn-style-like layout. You have to go all the way to back to get to the fresh food section.

I decided to get a membership because my wife and I have food budget we're trying to hit, and Costco is great for that... But I should have just gotten the membership online. I went in to the membership counter and this guy - Wade - wouldn't leave me alone so I could buy it. He kept trying to upsell me to the executive membership, or the credit card. I told him it wasn't worth it for me because I already knew how much I was gonna spend there, but he didn't listen and asked why I didn't want it and generally fought me every step of the way. I almost walked out to just get it done online and come back in for the card. If I didn't live right near here I'd go to Sam's club, and for things other than food Amazon has similar prices and a much wider selection. The store is fine, I don't know what that guys problem is.

Walked in to grab something from the food court, had accidentally left my Costco card in the truck. Wasn't allowed to go in, been a member for years. I will not be renewing that this time around. My issue is that their are about 70 high school kids in there getting lunch none of them got checked at all. I don't mind rules as long as there's equality in enforcement. It took ten minutes to find parking. Plus having to go back to get my card was pretty much the entirety of my lunch break, to purchase anything from the rest of the store they have to scan your card, there is literally zero reason to stop me and waste my time to ask for my card as I cannot check out without it.

I shop and take the time to place items in my cart with all the UPC code facing upwards so it’s easier for them at the check out to scan. Every week they seem to have been changing this rule ….. take it out , NO leave it in the cart ? Items have been miss handle and damaged from this and know that they trying to keep us from miss hiding items under things. But they should make up their minds on which rule to stick by ! This time I’m take my time to voice this on here/Yelp ! So these clerks Daniel who convinced me I should to do this rating review because of his sarcastic response to my questioning this new rule. He started to unload my items and then told the customer after me that he did it the right perfect way. Insinuating that I did not ! That angered me off after spending so much money every time I go there, hundreds of $$$ a week ! I’M HOPE AMAZON GO comes to Hawaii so I don’t need to deal with this &%()%$@ iT !!!

Its always an adventure when I go to Costco. There's always so much available on the warehouse sales floor. My daughter and I went because she needed jeans, she scored several pair as well as a few tops and active wear. I found a new novel and items to make up a birthday gift for my mom. We also succumbed to temptation in the bakery section with bagels and croissants. The had those chocolate dipped short bread cookies I luv, but I remained strong, passing them up The checkout was smooth and friendly and I was able to find my car. Terrible customer service! First off, I had to provide a written proof of address to buy their membership. I was paying for this "privilege" so I don't see how this was nessesary. Their prices are slightly higher than the nearest Walmart and you must buy in bulk. I live across the street from this store and sometimes I just grab a backpack and walk to pick up a few things. When I exit the store they require me to open my back pack and show what's inside. I believe this is a search and is illegal. Only police can search me. After i paid for the items, they are mine and I don't owe them anything anymore. However the guard would not let me leave the store unless I let them look inside of the backpack! I will be canceling my membership.

I’m so glad there’s a Costco in Des Moines! I know some people are fans of Sam’s Club but I’ve always been a huge fan of Costco. The customer service is fantastic, as it usually is at Costcos in general. The products are always good and there’s little that I can’t find here.

As usual Pleasant experience at Costco. if you need stuff in bulk this is a place to come whether it be for a large family, a sports team, or just a gluttonous eater. they also have some pretty decent clothes here and everything from eggs to generators really can't go wrong. the only issue I have is that usually takes a long time to check out but I guess with the money you're saving it makes it worth it.

Pay twice as much? Dimond Blvd Costco is the store where you pay a premium above the price stated. In some cases, you get to pay twice as much! Want whiny and condescending service from the wireless counter? Come to Dimond Blvd Costco. Usually I am a Costco fan and advocate. Yesterday was not a good day for the Dimond Blvd. location. They double charged me for a vacuum, and supposedly credited my account. It was done on purpose when I wasn't looking. The only way it gets scanned when it's on the bottom of your cart, is on purpose, and the cashier/checker scanned it purposefully, twice. I thought the $600 shopping bill was a bit steep at first, but chalked it off to Costco pricing. Now I know they are double charging for single item purchases. Then guess what? The full charge shows up in my credit card account, but not the credit. The credit is not even PENDING!?!?! I'll give it another day because it's a holiday, but this is fraud if it's not corrected. The guy working in the wireless counter has no customer service skills. If you want snide remarks to simple questions, then the guy is perfect. If you have a question about any part of the plans? The guy makes sure that your question is one your are already supposed to know the answer too with his condescending attitude. The guy's name started with a J and he's kind of big with an ethnic background. I glanced at his name tag and happily forgot his name; not to mention they lost a customer before I even had a chance to make a cell phone and service plan purchase inquiry. This is not the service I expect from Costco.

I ate lunch at Costco's outdoor food bar, which offers quality food at excellent prices. AND, you don't have to be a member of Costco to eat there. I had their delicious and healthy acai bowl. It is a bargain at $5.23, including tax.

My family loves Costco, especially the food!!! Living in Hawaii is hard enough and $1.50 for a hot dog and drink is an out of this world deal. The pizza is awesome and for the price of the whole pizza...mind blown. They offer salads, chili, a chicken bake, sandwiches and dessert. Yes!!!

I love CostCo, and since the Hawaii Kai location is the closest one to my house, it's "my" CostCo. The one big drawback is that it doesn't have it's own gas station. One big benefit is that the food court is outdoors, which is appropriate for a store in Hawaii, helps reduce in-store crowding, and pleases non-members who want to take advantage of food court bargains. I should add that I've always found the employees at Hawaii Kai CostCo to be pleasant and helpful.

Even on the busiest days, Costco is so efficient that it isn't a big hassle to shop I just wish other people with carts stopping for samples would push their carts to the side of the aisle. Costco won't run out of food people!!

I love being able to go to Costco and find new foods or other products to try out. That's one of the great things about going is seeing what's new, though can also be disappointing when they run out or stop carrying the products you love. Samples are also great, allowing you to try new products before buying them, though can pretty busy, more so during the weekends. Prices are for the most part amazing across most items, especially on food. People who love bottled water...Kirkland Brand 40 PACK FOR $2.99?? That's unheard of. Or even if you're an Arrowhead fan, a 40 pack is roughly the same cost as 24pk from a typical grocer. There are always some things that are not money saving, or even cost slightly more, but in those rare cases it's usually because it's a higher quality item.

I was given a gift membership and the desk person convinced me to upgrade to an executive membership. I only wanted one item, a carpet spot cleaner by Bissel, and could not find this item so I asked a worker standing next to the online sales terminal. He checked stock then told me the last one was sold 2 months ago, then walked away. At this point I remarked that Costco should state online if the items listed are available in their stores, he turned, shrugged his shoulders, then kept walking. I then went to the front desk and told them I wanted to cancel my membership, the guy behind the desk then became very helpful and told me I could order the spot cleaner online and it will be delivered to my home. I agreed to this and we went back to the online terminal to make the order. This guy could not get the computer to start an account for me, so at this frustrating point I affirmed again to cancel my membership, which he then did and I went to a Walmart and within 2 minutes after entering the door I had a spot cleaner in my cart. All in all, I will go to Sam's Club for bulk items and Walmart for smaller purchases. I gave Costco more than a chance but the rude employee and ineffective manager were too much for a 70 mile drive just to get there, 140 mile round trip.

How can you not love Costco? One way is if you can't eat all the fruit and have to throw it away. Another way is those lines at the check out counters. Everytime I go during the day I just want 1 or 2 items but the lines are to long to get me back to work, maybe they should get some self checkout like Sam's club and limit it to 10 items. Ok everything else seems great at Costco but you do need to shop other places because Costco does not always have the best prices on like items. Costco doesn't except coupons unless it's their own coupons.
