Favorite place, great friendly,knowledgeable staff So I always need prescriptions mixed for my animals, making it more tasty and easier to give to my persnickety boys. Always takes a bit, usually the staff is engaged with someone, helping with questions about their prescription. Sometimes, I forget to reorder, they always try to get it for me as soon as they can .

Just ONE time, I would like to have a prescription done when it is supposed to be. I have nothing but problems. The worst part is, they don't seem to care, because if you need medicine compounded, you really don't have a choice but to use them. Sad customer service, every single time.
