Consistently has the worst customer service of any Target in town. The people at the registers rarely know how to run coupons and typically have to call a manager. They tend to be rude and disrespectful as if using a $2 coupon comes directly out of their pocket. Save your money and go to Walmart up the street or any other Target. The one in Trussville and the other side of Hoover both have fabulous customer service.

Always love target. Very convenient and helpful staff. I have certain waters that we get on the regular, and they seem to be a hot item bc they sell out fast. I have a staff member pull the sku and get me a case or two at no problem every time. We can snag our usual items and always tend to explore for more. Kids clothes check, novelty Ts check, check out the electronics always a must. Target rocks!

Came here with my girlfriend and decided on a snack. Was told the banana was part of the combo deal (and was free) but we got charged for it. Then was told to just go over to the fruit section and grab a banana after bringing up to the cashier about being charged. At no point in the display menu does it say anything about a banana. This happened after being charged $1 for the chew bone. Doesn't seem like a lot but adds up when I buy a bunch for my dog. Customer service corrected that problem right away though and I'm happy about that.

I like Target, and I shop there because it’s quieter, cleaner, and the employees are usually more respectful and helpful than at Walmart. However, cashier Leticia made a very homophobic remark to the customer in front of me, and that’s made it very less likely for me to return to this particular store in the future. For a “tolerant” company, that was surprising to hear. Don’t preach inclusivity and pride while allowing hateful cashiers to say things like that in front of gay customers.

For some reason, someone either removed the price tags on quite a few of the swumsuits that I looked at, or they were never put on. The highlight of my visit was the cashier, she was extremely nice to everyone in front of me, and equally as kind to me. Looking at my receipt, I see her name is.... Unfortunately, they don't put the employee's name on the receipt. How unfortunate.

I use to love this target until recently I noticed after getting home more than once that I had bought expired groceries and they weren't just recently expired it was by several months and also frozen food only having a few days until expiration. I've noticed lately that the shelves are bare or the items are expired.

My roommates and I were shopping on Black Friday once everything calmed down. We noticed a super creepy man following us around the entire store so we let the cashiers know at checkout. They so kindly called security to walk us out to the car and made sure we drove off safely. Thank you for your amazing safety protocols regarding your customers. It does not go unnoticed.

I did the pick up in store before a trip to save time, Gladys S. Was the one who checked me out in store and she didn’t seem to know how to do it, she told me only part of my order was ready due to some items having to be shipped from a warehouse which was confusing because I had an email stating that all my items were ready for pick up. After getting an attitude with me and trying to make it seem like I was dumb for thinking my order was ready she called a manager to “deal with me” and the manager walked in the back and immediately found the rest of my order...this was just inconvenient since I only did the pick up option because I was packing to go out of state. She also should not have been so rude when all she had to do was look for more than two seconds to find my order. The manager who came to help was awesome and very friendly. Gladys needs some more training on how to speak to customers.

Love the grocery area. The produce is usually very fresh, and well maintained. The rest of the store is fairly well stocked, and the employee’s on the floor are always nice, and ask if you need any help, when they are in an area. The only reason I have removed a star, is some of the cashiers seem to be lacking some training. They seem a little lost on what to do at times. No one is ever rude or angry, but you can just tell they aren’t as trained as maybe they should be, in comparison to the many other Targets I have been to.

Convenient but limited choices in food dept. - like no good frozen biscuits, sliced pimento but no diced, little dill relish available, terrible selection of IPA beer and other varieties. Assistance is hard to find but very helpful when you get to speak to someone. Poor selection of dog food and treats. I find myself going there less and less because of limited selection in all departments.

This store generally has good product, but maybe you should do a better job screening who you put in customer service. I had the worst experience trying to do a simple price adjustment, the woman was extremely rude and argumentative for no reason at all. She made me feel very uncomfortable. It was very strange the way she was acting creating tension when there wasn't any problem, I left feeling very confused to why she felt the need to be so unpleasant with me. Please address this problem!

This Target is one of the worst stores I have ever been to. My husband and I have been shopping here since this one opened and in the last three years it has steadily gone further and further downhill. EVERY trip we make to pick something up, the thing we want to buy, they never have it. And we're talking about regular grocery items here. They are always low on stock on just about everything that would be an item that should be regularly stocked. Their customer service is terrible and the store never looks clean. If you're going to make a trip to Target you might as well drive out to the one in The Grove which is what we now do for our weekly trip rather than going right down the street to the Super Target on 280. This grocery store is terrible. Good thing they built a new Winn Dixie, except for the fact that all their items are 2 to 3 times what they cost at Target, but at least you can actually find items in their store and they are stocked.
