My daughter and I just left there at 3:50PM. I honestly feel the way we were treated at the self check out was the worst I have ever been treated at any store in the 15 years that I have lived in Idaho Falls. The lady working self checkout responded snappy and seemed like she was put out I needed her help. I cancelled my order and moved to another self checkout. I mentioned that it was not taking our payment and she just looked at us like we were stupid and then asked another customer if she needed help. I finally used another card that I do not get cash back on just so I could get out of there. MANAGMENT If you care, please feel free to message me.

I have certainly noticed a marked decline in service and capabilities of the help and managers at our Idaho Falls store. As a business owner I would certainly like to know of the inadequacies of my employees if they were costing me a large amount of revenue. A week ago I made one of our regular larger purchases (about $2,000.) and at check out was informed my card needed to be re-newed. I was informed of a business card that let you accumulate a certain amount on each purchase. As it was explained i realized it was a no-brainer to upgrade since the total cost of the membership would be covered in just this one purchase. As I returned last night to make another large purchase I was given the same spiel and told by the clerk that had I have done this I would have been paid $120 dollars on my last purchase. I informed her I did do that. A manager was called and ultimately they said there was nothing they could do to reverse their mistake that the first clerk had not done it right but if I wanted to start right now it would probably still be a good deal. Just another series of mistakes they have become well known for by me. I've never actually done a review but feel their unwillingness to fix their mistake of the week prior and credit the first large purchase is my proverbial "straw that broke the camels back." I live in Blackfoot and it's as easy to turn south to Pocatello to Shop Costco as it is to turn north and struggle through a crew of 20 something year olds who's biggest concern is when their next break is. Another horrible experience at this store. The cashier next to mine needs to borrow a walkie, it doesn't work properly for her so she slams down on the metal countertop within inches of me. Then shrieks for assistance from a manager. Most of the female employees here are always deep in conversation with each other, can't greet you or help you. I'm pretty sure they think it's called SAMS SOCIAL CLUB. I always dread this weekly trip, but it's the closest big box store to my house.

We tried to buy a pergola, notice I said tried, so here it goes, we went in and of course saw one of the pergolas, was told they has 3 of them so we waited about 20 mins only to find out from a different person they don’t have any more, now of course they asked about getting one from a different store or sell the display so we decided to take the display, she informed us that it would be torn down and we had to pick it up by 11:00 the next morning so we went there only to find out it was not touch! Now this was heart breaking because we were looking forward to getting it and finishing up our back yard. So when we inquired about it we were then told that they would start breaking it down and have it ready by the next day, the employees were so negative and unsympathetic it just made us get our money back and because we love the item we’re going to another Sam’s and purchase it, we hope with better results Sam’s club in Macon is a mess!!!

This store is great. The employees are knowledgeable, very helpful, courteous and go out of their way to make the store always spotless. Their inventory is at worst.... amazing. The food court is a must stop. The bacon cheeseburger is better than any fast food place. Pizza, huge slices and always fresh, pretzels, sundaes, frozen yogurt...oh my. There is plentiful parking and this store has 5-8 electric car chargers. A person could plug thier car in, go shopping and have your car fully charged upon your return. Great store, Fountain, CO., You are lucky.

Another young man named James offered to help me to my car with all of my water. I had six cases. he was polite and professional. I hope the management at Sam's recognizes these exemplar employees. 7/25/18 at 7:50pm worst costumer service ever.. Was on the line to get sundae.. Two ladies were working. The short one was taking order.. The short one didn't even let me know that it was ok for me to order, she was just keep looking at me.. After I place my oder, when my food is ready, they don't even let me know. We stop in here fairly often. I haven't run into any issues. If you go when it's not busy you can get in and out pretty quickly. I try to avoid here around the beginning of the month. Also on weekends the lines get pretty long. As some Sam's clubs my cell service doesn't pick up. Not the case at this location. They have a little bit of everything.

Tonight experience was unbelievable yes I know u close at 8:30 I did the scan on go so I can avoid all the lines and after scanning all my items and the app not working trying multiple credit cards and after not having any success I call my credit card I was told it was find n they didn’t see any attempt for any charge from Sams club so now I ask can I just pay cash and I was told all the cash register are close and have to used a card like ok I just explained how the scan n go it’s not working n u will turn me away because u don’t want to take my cash... unacceptable n to top it off it was the manager on duty. Great customer service not.

I had a tire blow out and after putting on the spare donut tire I went to sams to get it replaced. I ended up going ahead and getting 4 new tires. It took two(2) hours for the to even get my vehicle into the shop. Then it took another two(2) hours for the tires to be put on the vehicle. I’m a patient person but this was rediculous. If I wasn’t stuck there I would have left. Now one of the name brand tires is out of round and has a lot of vibration at certain speeds.

The dinner was bad burned food there machine was broken and nobody filled it and the tire place said 30 minutes but never even gave us it it took over 2 hours and we were a member also the stars are 2.5 not 2 but I guess 2 thank you for reading this today they did bad and thrown my cup away while my friends was sitting there (BTW it's the person at the register for the tires)

Great place to shop for items in bulk but something really needs to change with the policy of being told to leave the store and reenter through the entrance because you came in through the exit door. REALLY??? This was a problem with me because I have a bad leg and had already walked from the far end of the parking lot in 90 degree heat while having severe hot flashes. PLEASE revisit or revise this policy

Usually my experience is good but on yesterday my food court visit was disappointing. I placed a order for three pizza slices choosing what was available because I didn't want to wait. So when I get to the guy who gives you the orders he proceeds to say I had to wait 10 min on my order because he skipped my order to give the lady behind me a order which she placed after mine. Why would I wait if I placed my order before hers. I felt that was rude, careless, and very unprofessional. Usually everywhere I go I remember name tags but this guy didn't have one I have seen him in the food court a few times seems to have some form of skin pigmant disorder. I didn't say anything as I am always polite to ppl regardless of their poor customer service especially when they're dealing with my food. I just felt he was rude, I'll mannered and didn't even try to fix the issue he created. Maybe he would fit better somewhere in the back not dealing with customers if he's going to be that way.

Can"t wait for Costco to come to town. Management doesn't enforce the traffic flow at the gas pumps. For a wholesale store how do they justify the gas prices being just one penny less then the local gas stations around their store. That's not wholesale pricing! As a handicapped person they never have mobile baskets avaiable. Or they don't make sure they are charged up for their customers. How can they call themselves wholesale and charge $1.85 for a gallon of milk but then go to Wal-Mart down the road and they charge 84 cents for the same product. Customer service is diffinitely lacking in all areas of the store. Sales people call their customers honey and gorgeous. We came from an area where we shopped at Costco and said we would give their store a try. Again, we are very much looking forward to taking our business to Costco when they come to town. Shame on you Sams Club.

Tire shop service varies, high staff turn over & poor training. You have to know what you need and advocate for yourself, otherwise a very bad outcome. Liquor store staff nice, many times understaffed, so nothing employees can do but go as fast as they can. Long lines in there too. Talked to a store manager twice, about the consistent understaffing, and I could read he was "Handling me" telling me what I wanted to hear. Chronic understaffing at check out at this location for years!!!!!! There are lines pretty much anytime of day, and I do not recall a time when all of the check out lanes were ever all open at the same time. People keep coming back for the price and the location on the 494 &35W area. If this were a real free Market situation and there was a competitor down the street with same products, prices, but staffed adequately where you could get in and out, This location would shut itself down within months. Gas station layout on site is horrible for traffic flow, and creates a lot of gridlock in the parking lot. I am one of those idiots that keep going back to this location. But it’s either Costco in Burnsville or Eden Prairie, both a fair drive in heavy traffic for me. Sam Walton would have fired all the management and fixed this, but like every business, the lifecycle has peaked and in my opinion is poise to start its downward spiral. People like me will eventually get fed up and go elsewhere.

Sam's Club has very Friendly staff and location-wise it is centrally located. The store is clean and compared to Costco, the inside cafe is same/cheaper and carries different items. The other difference is you have to scan your card to purchase food, whereas at Costco you don't have to. So make sure to keep your card handy. They have a vending machine where you scan your card and a sample pops out. They have other sample stations throughout the store as well. No gas at this location, but membership was purchased at a discount for the year and it came with a $10 Gift Card! With those perks, it was worth what I paid for, for the year compared to the alternative, Costco. The downfall, I haven't seen discounted theme park tickets for sale. They do have discounted gift cards though. Also made a purchase online during the holidays as they were running a special and it came quickly and earlier than expected! All in all a good experience aside from a few downfalls when comparing to Costco.

Forget decent customer service here. The cashiers in customer service are so incompetent, they act like they are solving a complicated math problem when all I needed is to exchange three measly pair of shorts..same brand, same price, same style, just wrong size. It had to take two moronic employees to work together to figure out what to do with this thing called a computer register and some buttons. That took over 15 minutes instead of two. Yes, one of the idiots had the nerve to tell me what my balance is after scanning the items to be exchanged. I had to repeat to them loud and clear that I am exchanging not returning and buying again. Idiots wasting customer's valuable time!

The Sams Club of Traverse City, Michigan. A very huge store to put it lightly. Has a bit of everything, from basic stuff to the more important things to the fun stuff. From food to non-food items. Tires, cleaning products, heck even mopeds lol. Baby stuff, adult stuff, liquor, drinks, literally a bit of everything haha. Always an enjoyable experience and not a bad thing to say about it.Would recommend that you get a Sams Club Membership though to make things better and with some price reduction and for their own personal Sams Club gas station that is in the back area of the parking lot. Exclusive ONLY to Sams Club Members. So it's not clogged up like so many of the gas stations around here, and on top of that it's not dangerous to be around as it is in a Parking Lot instead of by the crazy bustling street. Very nice touch to say the least.

If you want to use the tire center, don’t bother becoming a member. I waited 30 minutes and they called him ten times. I had to go back there myself and ask if I’d ever be helped, to which he replied he was busy and would get up to the counter later. Went the day before Labor Day to get some shopping done. Expected to use my cash rewards. Walked in to redeem them and was told the systems were down until Tuesday. How convenient?! I’m just so sick of the Sams Club in Ames. The store is dirty, literally flies everywhere. I still went shopping that day. Saw flies in the food area over the pizza, in the fruits near produce. I love to shop here. The seasonal items are always a nice selection. I have a goid bit of success buying the men's clothing. My reasoning for 4 stars is that the front end customer service is not the best. The cashiers tend to be a little unfocused at times and seem to be socializing with other co-workers. The service desk is always overwhelmed and seems that they need more employees there. Door greeters are always pleasant and have a great attitude. My teens love the snack bar and have never complained about their service

The map doesn't show the road you get off South Academy going west to get to the stores, nor does it show the signal light between Sally's Beauty Supply and Wal-Mart/Sam's (if your a member) gas station. It is also missing the way out with the large intersection with 2 left turn lanes, a lane to go across to the school, and the right turn lane to go West on South Academy - the map shows no way in or out! So I tried to get it edited as well as the hours since they have business memberships and (maybe a plus or another name) membership - both make the store open at 7am most days - not 10am! The only negative I find to this store (store type, not location) is that they get you hooked on a product and then take it away - I get it...it's a wearhouse/savings club and if they can't get the price they want - they don't buy it, period! My only issue is when it's medication that helps me breathe and getting it somewhere else is 4 times as expensive, so even if they paid a little more on the products that it would be very helpful me anyway!

Of course sams is like the Bermuda triangle of shopping... but I like it. one of my pet peeves is of course the constant changing layout and how some of the stock once you get addicted to something or accustomed to it by the time you're ready to go back and get it again they no longer have it or they change brands. That's the only thing that will keep me from a 5-star rating. The people are friendly, and I also noticed that the checkout lines are slowly becoming more self checkout .....interesting!

I'm saddened to say that my experience at Sam's club was awful. I couldn't get a hold of a cart for the handicap. I had to follow a shopper out of the store and on to her vehicle to get the cart. After waiting 17 minutes for some one to get one. I didn't like the idea of using the machine to place an order for food. The produce was rotten, pears,Hallo's, be and tomatoes we're too soft.. This is not the Sam's club I remember.

Was going to get my tires changed at a used tire place just to save money but they were asking for $300 for the tires and installation fee. I thought that was a little expensive for used tires so I asked around. Was told to get them changed at sams club, so I gave them a shot. I don’t regret it at all! I needed four new tires and they have a deal where you get $80 off a set of four so after that and a $20 gift card it only cost $315, not much more than it would have cost for used tires. The staff was super friendly, especially the man that helped us (wish I remembered his name). He was very educated and helped us find the right tires for us in no time at all. It only took about 35 minutes for them to install the tires so overall it was inexpensive, quick and painless, and we were able to get a quality set of tires. Highly recommended!

This is a very unorganized store.....with some of the most dreadful employees. Calling to check on a special order is useless....many of the most popular items are on short supply and inventory is iffy at best. I can understand part of this as thief here has to be outrageous. I have complained several time but management seems to be deaf.....they have remodeled the store to look more like Costco.....but after a short time it has become the same old Sam's Club it always has been.

It’s a smaller than normal club but it seems to have the same amenities as a bigger one, especially now that a gas station has been added to it. It does have an older feel to it inside. Parking can be a bit hectic due to slim parking aisles. It’s cool to see that it has solar panel roofs over the parking lot. Another great feature about this club that I haven’t encountered at other locations is the self-checkout machines. People complain about not knowing how to use them but they are quite straightforward. It has an item limit ,however... The majority of its members seem to be African-American and Hispanics at this club. It is conveniently located off the SR- 91.

My family and I really enjoy going to Sam's club over Costco, unfortunately one bad experience can ruin a good thing. We were in there yesterday 03/03/2018 in Idaho Falls, and when we were checking out I had asked the gal if they had any boxes, she said there was boxes behind her in a bin, she didn't even point or turn around. So now I'm getting slightly heated, I was completely unaware that as a shopper you have to get your boxes and load your own groceries into your own cart. *I expect this from a low budget store* as I put the box into the cart to put our meat in it, the gal proceded to stop and watch me until I made more room for her to continue what she was doing. I'm not mentioning this gals name because I'm not like that, but da** it was I pissed off, I know every experience will not be like this and I will go back.

Call not answered in auto.put on hold and never returned. = Robert Update : Oct 2017 tires are blowing put the sidewalls, I had to have Wal-Mart service in Boise the day after purchase in April 2015. The balances blew off the tires 2 miles from store and,the store had closed. We were there all day getting tires. No more money for hotel. Barely made it home. Wal-Mart had to rebalance and reinstall all 4 brand new Goodyear Wrangler Kevlar tires..now I had to spend. again 2 yrs later and get all new tires again. No recall. Buyer beware of where you go.

There were three carts available when walking in. The rest were in the parking lot; the cart returns were overflowing, carts between cars and, left on the tree islands. Only 1 cart attendant in the parking lot and he was busy talking to somebody instead of gathering the carts. The last two trips to this Sam's yeah I found it had the same exact experience only then they gathered up the carts and placed them behind 3 parking spaces that block two other shoppers and I from leaving. For years their tire services have been first come first serve so I hurry in to get there at 7:00 am just to hear they changed the policy this year and it's now by appointment only. It took over 30 minutes after i checked out for them to find a price on a pair of workout pants. They just kept passing me off from one employee to another. I have been a member of Costco since October 2008. I just joined Sam's Club Saturday the 23rd of March. I am still getting used to Sam's but I found out on Saturday they fresh squeeze oranges into bottled juice and that right there makes the cost of my membership worth it. Today is March the 31st. One more thing I noticed at Sam's Club is their rack of lamb........ it is extremely competitively priced and is packaged with two racks. When I joined they were dated to be sold by April the 15th. I waited for a fresher shipment and purchased one dated for May the 2nd. I opened it to cook last night. I am unfortunately very accustomed to an offensive smell when the cryovac wrap is cut open. Last night..... zero, none not any smell at all. A wonderful pleasure! One last thing, the tracks are smaller and the bones are tiny. The amount of waste is 75 to 80% less than other stores rack of lamb. Another reason to be a member of Sam's Club!!! Okay. It is July the 28th 2019. I purchased a package of two racks of lamb last evening at Sam's Club dated for August the 20th. I just cooked them this evening. When I cut open the plastic, no offensive smell. That to me is extremely important. As always the racks are small, both totaled two pounds. I firmly believe Sam's Club is the best source in Montgomery for rack of lamb and fresh squeezed orange juice!!!! By the way, recently I purchased rack of lamb at Sam's Club dated for July the 18th. I opened it on July the 20th and yes it has a smell but nowhere near as offensive as lamb from other sources in Montgomery....

The North store is older though there has been some upgrades to the store. I think it would have been wiser and cheaper to build a new Sam's. Customer service is okay. Great place, love the fact that there’s NOT samples in every damn isle like Costco. Good selection and pricing. Why doesn’t Sam’s Club sell Sam’s pizza like Walmart does??? However, they need to do something about the gas station...it’s an absolute CLUSTER F$$$! Whoever they hired to design that station and pump position should be drowned in the underground tanks! Change it so EVERYONE goes through the pumps facing the same direction. Although it’s too late now the exit from the pumps should be into the main parking lot too. Basically only one exit and you’re fighting traffic trying to leave the complex. Serious lack of common sense and practicality during the design process!!! I would NEVER try to get fuel here with the camper or trailer on the truck. You can only get into the station from a small entrance and it’s practically impossible to turn around in the station if you have a truck and fifth wheel camper. Only a few diesel pumps and they’re attached to gas pumps. Now, What idiot thought it would be a good idea to have a convenience store attached to the gas station...you have a Walmart and Sam’s club right there??? People go in and leave vehicles parked at the pump while people are waiting to get fuel. >>>>>>>>If the DIESEL PUMPS get any slower they’d be SUCKING FUEL out of your vehicle. <<<<<<<<< Seriously, an extremely poorly designed facility, especially when you consider they had a blank lot to work with when it was being built!

I went to Sam's Club today Sunday 30th of June 2019 and inside is a man representing The Telegraph selling subscriptions and taking donations. I gave my donation and he handed us a Sunday newspaper. You would think the paper would of been today's news, not last weeks newspaper. He conveniently covered the date with a advertisement for a company out of Warner Robins. That's pretty underhanded if you ask me...

Used to be able goto the Sam's gas station and the attendant would have a card to scan, since their pumps were installed WITHOUT the ability to scan the app which is the only thing I use anymore since I got the app and in has the card, and they can scan it! So why would they install gas pumps without the ability to scan the card from the app, since that's what they've encouraged is to do? and then they used to say that's OK, we'll do it for you, but now of course that's too much like CUSTOMER SERVICE, so they have decided to stop serving the customer and serve their own selfish needs by making the customer walk all the way in to the store to get a temporary card and all the way back out to the pump because their stupid pumps don't have the ability to scan the app!!! Very disappointed looking time Member. (Membership means nothing anymore)?

I have the membership that allows me to go at 7 a.m. rather than the savings membership that doesn't allow you to go until 10am, so I can go in and get everything I need in a very quiet store and get out very quickly, so that is very convenient for me! It does however make the hours listed on many websites or when you call and ask the question of there hours sometimes they give you the hours for the smaller amount of time other times they give the full hours. If you ask for there business membership hours then it's usually easier to get the correct hours. Since they moved they have become less convenient for me and I don't like that. They are also now completely surrounded by Colorado Springs, but they are addressed in Fountain, so you have to pay Fountian taxes!

Overall the layout of the store and the items available are great. The only issue would be some of the customers who shop here, they act like they own the store by being rude when they shop. These are the same people who wait in line for free samples and block the isle. They know people need to get by, but they and thier loud, spoiled children block the isles and act like they are starving. The store is great as I said except for some customers. Best bet would be to shop Monday through Friday cause at least you dont need to deal with some of these rude people, seems they only come out during the weekends.

I’ve had a bad experience with Sam’s Club and will not shop there again. I bought a membership and made an online purchase. At checkout, I was offered a $45 credit if I signed up for a Sam’s Club credit card with Synchrony bank. The credit was never honored despite months of calling by about it. I also shopped at a local Sam’s Club and it was dingy and didn’t have a lot of variety of products (bulk organic items etc). I happened to get a survey and was honest in my review. The local store manager reached out via email (no doubt had to because of poor review) and offered me s store credit to make up for the wrongs. I accepted. No response. I responded again. No response. I have therefore come to the conclusion that (1) Sam’s Club has overall lower quality products than competitors and (2) terrible customer service. I spend $1000 a month on groceries, BUT NOT AT SAM’S CLUB.

Sam's Cafe again has disappointed. My family can eat at the cafe here on the cheap, occasionally. But not within the last 2 hours of the store closing for the day. Serious decline in service. I needed tires for our vehicle so I ordered and paid for a set of $800+ tires on a Saturday. They told us they would arrive in 4-5 days. Still hadn't heard anything by the following Saturday. Tried to call the store and just got put on hold for over 10 minutes. No one ever picked up the call so I hung up and decided to just go to the store. Was told at the store the tires had not come in yet but would be there Monday. Waited again for a call to say they had arrived and no phone call. Tried calling the store again on Saturday (two weeks later now) and same thing....transferred to tire department....no answer. Went up to the store and was told that the tires had arrived but they could not find them in the inventory. They claimed that they must not have arrived, but I'm suspecting they sold them to someone else. I requested and received a refund. Very poor customer service. I will not return to Sam's Club again to purchase tires.

The new check out lanes where employees load your items onto the conveyor belt is a little weird, but I prefer the self check out lanes or scan&go any way, which both work well. I'm happy to see more self check out lanes because I hate going to an understaffed Sam's Club or Walmart and checking out after an extrovert with a full cart paying by paper check with a check out person who seems utterly disinterested in scanning more than 6 items a minute.

I’ve shopped here for years and have known of the terrible customer service in all aspects of the store but today they hit a new low. I was scheduled to pick up my order of photos and upon arrival there was no one in the photography center. I arrived 15 minutes before closing and the photos were scheduled to be done then. After about five minuetes waiting I walked over to the vision center and a nice gal said she would help me find my order. Upon looking she came to the conclusion that the photos had not been processed yet and the employee had simply left work early without completing her final tasks. Normally I would have just came back the next day frustrated, but these photos were for a family member set to leave the country the night of the incident. The employee (who worked in the vision center) radioed her managers and asked them to come to the photography center. After a few minutes of waiting they asked “what for?” she replied with the situation, and the managers response was “I doubt anyone knows how to run those machines.” So we waited figuring the managers were either coming over or getting us assistance, but that did not happen. The nice lady said she would give it a try and eventually figured it out and I got my photos. I appreciate that employees help but am disgusted by the lack of customer service shown by the management. When the management can’t show customer service the employees are bound to do the same, if not worse. All in all If you plan on going into the store buying a few things and then leaving you should be fine. If you need to deal with anyone expect delays and problems. I’m not aware of the other locations but as far as the Idaho Falls store goes I am disappointed. Many families and friends have dealt with similar situations. All I can say is that the minute Costco opens its doors you’ll have my buisness no doubt.

Went in to get some meats, picked up some ribs, date said to be sold by October 3rd 2017. Still 2 days away from my purchase date. Picked up a couple other small items as we were there, went to checkout to find out that our membership had expired. So I renewed that as I was in line on the spot. Got the ribs home, opened them up and they smell horrific. Like they were rolled around in manure. I called and they were pretty cool about it, but want me to bring the ribs back to trade them out. I'm not about to bring them back, waste of my gas and my time. I can't hardly stand the smell as it is, let alone with them back in my car a second time. I find it degrading how management treat their staff..many of the cashier's are forced to ask the customers for plus rewards..and the customers always get snappy to the cashier's. There are many CS managers that need to go back to school to learn more about manners as well as respect to every employee and also customers. I have even noticed that new workers are on the floor pretty much defending themselves and not CS manager would help her.CS managers are supposed to help their team mates not sit or stand around and say rude remarks..if a CS manager belittles a teammate then that CS Manager should be terminated No wonder people want to go shop at Costco... I've found a few now-favorite outfits I wasn't expecting while grocery shopping which is always a pleasant surprise. I haven't had a ton of interaction with their sales employees on the floor because we have been able to find everything ourselves so far, but they always smile and say hi was we pass each other. The cashiers have always been friendly and the food service employees have as well. My only wish is that their pet section had a little more variety of things.

Great supermarket. My "go-to" place for shopping in bulk. Great deals on items and the layout is great. The staff has always been very friendly and welcoming. If your hungry, the food bakery is a great place to have a quick bite.

Poor management when you subject a checker to 12 customers in line and don't bring additional checkers on. I'm surprised you have any employees. You owe that checker an apology! There we five employees standing around that could have been checking.

We always have a good experience here. The ladies who work in the optical department are awesome. They call you before your contact prescription runs out so you can buy more before it expires. The store itself is newer and nicer than most of the Sam's I have been in. Everything is well stocked and the line is never too long for Member Service's.

Sam"s club is not a place to go to for service. Employees are typicslly marginal at best and most the time very slow. I too don't understand why one works while others stand and talk. You have to pay attention to prices as they are not always less than other regular stores. One of the things i hate most is finding a product i like and then they discontinue it. But it is near by. Does have some good deals. They tend to have lower quality sams brand items than competitor. So it is ok but plenty of room for improvement. I would give competitor 4 stars. Since it is owned by walmart i doubt they treat the emploees very well.

I enjoy the hot dogs and pizza from the food court. Like being able to buy in bulk, but wish the would not stop stocking items that I get used to going in to buy and then they discontinue carrying it. Avoid the customer service desk if possible. They are usually under staffed and the lady that usually helps me is dumb and rude every time.

They need more employee in Club pick up . I did 4 or more time order in club pick up . Every time I have lost of headaches. Club pick up for we can save time , but this one is take very long time . I’m sorry but they need real more employees

This is a great Sam's Club. I like the covered parking as I came in the rain, got a spot underneath and out of the rain. The store is always well stocked and easy to navigate. Also, a great location next to the freeways

I am in love with Sam’s Club, however the tire center is TERRIBLE! I came to get my flat repaired and TWO HOURS later I’m still standing here. I’ve asked how much longer and I never got a time. The workers are standing around and not even greeting the customers. I guess you have to kmow somebody that knows somebody to get in and out. Like I said, I love shopping in sam’s club but I will NOT be using the TLE department again.

I am completely disgusted with the service I encountered tonight at sams club. I went to the sams club off 17th in Idaho falls. I was there at least 10 minutes prior to when they photo center closed. After standing around looking the lady told us she had already shut down for the evening because the printers take awhile to shut off. I said but you don't close until 7 and it's before that so we can't print. Her reply was we could but would have to come back to tomorrow. Unacceptable. You do not close stores, pharmacies, restaurants etc prior to actual closing time because you have closing activities that go with it and you want to go home! So I said fine I have an online order I would like to pick up. Told her the name, etc and was told it didn't exist. However, I have a confirmation email and the online order status says "pick up in store." The worker then proceeded to argue with me about how my order doesn't exist. At that point I was done and said that was fine I needed to talk to a manager anyways about how they allow the photo center to close down during operational hours. To that she decided to say something nasty about me to the person standing next to her loud enough so she was sure I could hear it. I then went and asked for a manager and explained my two issues. She said that she agreed it was unacceptable and would deal with it so we walked over to the photo center. Did they find my order? No, they said i never even ordered anything despite showing them a confirmation email and order status update. Did they make the photo center operational so I could place me order? No Did anything get solved? No I will be cancelling my account with sams club and will never again do business with this store or any other. I am completely disgusted with the customer service, management solution, and that you can close a section prior to actual time because you want to go home. Now there is no resolution to any of that. I will simply take my business elsewhere and my extended family will do they same.

Don’t buy tires from them!!! If for any reason you decide to not continue membership with sams club. They will not honor their warranty won’t even look at a flat tire if you don’t have a membership. Even if you did purchase the tires from there. Your better of going somewhere else. Was thinking about re joining but not now.

Great Sam's Club. Always clean, friendly staff, layout is ideal. Used to sample fresh orange juice, but stopped recently. Being next to a Walmart helps too for the stuff I don't want to buy bulk.

THEY REALLY SUCK! They are mainly doing business with small business owners. They do accept personal debit cards but business debit cards. They do accept Master credit cards but Visa credit cards. Very poor customer service counter service. They always upset me every other time I went there. I would recommend Costco.
