We recently moved to Laramie and discovered a mouse problem. Being pregnant, I was terrified but the service was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable with the treatment and confident that the situation could be handled. He even offered to assist in trap removal if my husband was out of town. I could not be happier with the service! I will be recommending Hawkons Pest Control to anyone and everyone! Hands down some of the best customer service I've ever received. "G" came by my house late last night on his way home from another job to look at a yellow jacket ground next issue in my back yard. He took one look and commented that this would be an easy one and he'd take care of it right then and there if I wanted! Which he did in no time flat. Friendly knowledgeable, professional, punctual, quick, etc.... I own a couple of businesses and thrive on providing great customer service....Hawkons Pest Control gave me exactly that! I found out I had a severe ant problem so I emailed on a Sunday and he called me back in about 10 minutes and came out to spray in about an hour. I haven't had problems with ants since and I plan on to continue using Hawkons for my pest problems. I had both the inside and outside of my house sprayed, having animals, I was terrified they'd get sick but as soon as the spray dried we were good to go. In fact, I am still finding the odd dead bug in the garage where he sprayed and it's been a year.

G is great--he called me back on a Sunday about 10 minutes after my first email. He showed up the next day and spent the majority of the afternoon fixing everything that needed it. I have a dog and he made sure to place everything in areas where she absolutely wouldn't go. He went through the entire house and explained everything to both my landlord and myself. When I had a question about services later that night, he called me back immediately and put my mind to rest. Great company.
