Hired this company to get rid of my small ant problem. After 4 visits I still had the problem. Paid $150 for their non- service. They will not even answer the phone now. Also during the last visit he said the ant problem was my fault due to caulking that needed doing. Give me a break, the house is 75 years old. I could spend my life caulking holes in this house and not get them all. This company does not know what they are doing in my opinion. Stay away and hire a real exterminator .

I should have listened to others on this post. I’m not sure if he even did the job I paid him too do, because I was told to leave due to the chemicals being sprayed. However, I tried to keep the money local and Alex seemed like a good guy. I haven’t heard from him since and he didn’t answer when I called for my second appointment. I paid 200 bucks but my pest problem isn’t gone. Go with a legit company. I feel cheated and for how much work I did in my house and all he had to do was just spray. Alex you shared some stories with me and we talked for a good amount of time. I believed you would do a good job at first, but now I’m disappointed.

Alex doesn't show up when he says he will and he ignores calls and texts. He comes out to treat the problem ONE time, then you never see him again. We gave him several chances to either refund us some of the money, or to come back out to complete the job, he failed to do either one.

I cannot say enough about this small town company! I heard a bird in the basement that I thought was stuck in the ductwork. But turns out he had flown down the chimney and was stuck down below. The nicest man came out and cleaned out the chimney and saved the bird. I could never have done it myself. I recommend them with 100% satisfaction. Thank you T & A Pest Control !!!

I love to support local businesses, so after reading the great reviews I called to schedule an appointment. The first time they didn't show up, and when I called to inquire about their intentions on keeping our appointment, for which I scheduled my entire day around, they didn't answer. I called a few days later and got ahold of the owner who, very humbly, apologized for our missed appointment. He politely explained that he was unexpectedly indisposed and his employees had hadn't followed through with his appointments. He actually promised to appear personally for another visit to make up for the poor service, so I took a chance and scheduled another visit only to be stood-up by them again. That's right! Not once, but twice. Both times I arranged to be home or have someone else available for their visit. Don't even bother with this place, it was quite literally a waste of time.

Paid $100 for treatment and NOTHING Happened.. He came back again and NOTHING but sprayed.. still have the same problem,, now I'm calling a better company to SPEND MORE MONEY.. SMH

They have sprayed to prevent spiders at my home for the second year now. It only took them 2 days to get out to my home and maybe 20 min to lay down a treatment. They were very personable and kind and they remembered me from last year. I was offered advice for other concerns around my house like cleaning my dryer vent as well. Best of all, the spider problem completely went away each time. They are highly recommended, if not for great service, then for being $400 cheaper than everyone else

We started off on a good note. He was very friendly and very informative. Sense I live in an upper and lower unit and started noticing roaches I treated my apartment myself. Sense most of the work was done Alex said he'd give me a cheaper deal. I thought that was good sense I was paying for to get rid of the other apartments bug problem. He was suppose to put a barrier in between the apartments to help control them coming down and treat them both. The first time he came he was pretty close to on time, the second time which was for treatment me called to say he was going to be late, to do his check up appointment he was over 4 hours late and I had to call him. He was suppose to come back and treat again and I haven't heard from him sense. I've left messages and texts. I have an animal that's allergic to roaches and is sick from this on top of it all. Then this guy wanted me to rate him right after the first treatment without seeing results or how he is as a professional for follow ups. He garenteed his work and here I am a month later with even more bugs then I started with. I don't suggest going with this company. If your going to pay then just pay a real professional!

Called Alex on a Friday evening after finding 50+ wasps in our bedroom. He came over that evening and sprayed through the hole in the closet ceiling where the bees were entering the house. He also sprayed the powder where they were entering on the outside of the house by the soffit. He then taped up the hole in the ceiling and explained what precautions we should take. He came back Monday evening, and then applied one more dose on Tuesday afternoon; and removed the nest and swept up. We paid one reasonable fee. Based on this experience I would recommend him for bee problems. He called before he would show up and was very courteous and understanding.

Took our money and never came back to finish the job! Now he refuses to return our calls! Do not hire this person!!! He is a thief!!! First, he claims he couldn't come because he was sick. Second, he says his wife left him so he couldn't make it. Third, someone else answered the phone and claimed he is now in Mexico. The last time we spoke with him, he was obviously intoxicated and cussed my husband out for asking for a refund for the job he never finished. Unbelievably unprofessional!!

We only got one visit paid the money and never came back to seal it up . Wish I would've made my mom read these reviews I'll never call him again on the 2nd week almost 3rd since it was supposed to be done. And never answers his phone and he was late his first time too. Very disappointed in the service we got 150 and still got mice . Horrible

Made an appointment and making accommodations to make sure someone was available he never showed up at my house. Tried to call to see if he needed to reschedule and got a voicemail with a full mailbox. Very unprofessional and will look for someone else to take my business.

Hired him for a job last year when bees drilled a hole from the outside wall and were living inside my wall - and were found drilling inside to my house. Alex came quickly on a Saturday and swiftly applied some chemicals and help us close up the whole inside the house. After 3 days he came back promptly and filled up the hole on the outside. Plus he even threw in some Caulk when I mentioned we had a bunch of flies sneaking in (and showed us where they could be coming from) TL;DR - Will be looking into him after my contract with my current bug guys close (who don't do weekend work...)
