I just recently closed on a house that required a pest inspection to be done at the last minute and was putting the entire deal in jeopardy. I called and spoke with the owner Pete who, between him and his staff, went out of their way to ensure I got my inspection done in time. Just when we thought we were in the clear, a remediation was deemed necessary and everything was coming down to the wire on the deal. Once again, Schopen made it happen and got someone out to ensure the remediation got done and we were successfully able to close on the home. I can't thank Schopen enough and specifically want to give a big thanks to Laura and Kim for being so understanding and willing to help me through a very stressful home purchase. I highly recommend Schopen and will definitely use them again if necessary.

I used them for my moms house and they really took care if the issue. They were upfront very friendly and honest. Explained that maintenance needs to be done. I am currently using them on my house for spiders....great so far. Recommend them to everyone.

THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE. Had them come out to spray for wasps and bees. They sprayed one day and a month later they were all back. They came out a second time to apparently respray and the guy just knocked down the nests and said it was end of season so no need to spray. Days later I received a bill for the guys second trip out to spray when HE DIDN'T EVEN SPRAY THE SECOND TIME. When I tried to call to discuss this, I was told to call the owner Peter who will not return my phone calls and the office people are just plain dumb when it comes to speaking with me about my issues. I would not recommend them to anyone within the Lake County/McHnery area. They're way of running business is pathetic. How do you except to do anything when you can't call a customer back.

Terrible customer service!! I hired them to take care of pest control, and the lady told me I had 30 days warranty- after 3 weeks the bugs were all back and I called under the warranty. The guy, which was the owner, said there's no such a thing as warranty and the lady who gave me this misleading information lied at my face, saying that she never said that!! They even said that I just "trying to get a free service".... that was insulting, because I'm not the type of person who would take advantage of others- but they clearly are!!! STAY AWAY!!!

I highly recommend Schopen Pest Solutions. I have been working with Pete and his team for years. They are very professional and reliable. They provide termite and pest inspections as well as pest and rodent removal. They recently came out to my home to get rid of a wasp nest. After trying to battle the wasps myself for a number of days with no luck I gave Pete a call. They sent someone out quickly. The wasps are gone and have not returned. Thanks again! Dave Catanese
